Don't Buy the Debunked Dominion Voting Machine Conspiracy Theory "One of the more bizarre moments of this endlessly weird election season happened yesterday on Fox News, as the cable news network's hosts and anchors appeared to be operating in completely different versions of reality.

"First, Maria Bartiromo dedicated nearly her entire hour-long program to spreading a wild conspiracy theory—born in the fever swamps of a right-wing message board and tweeted by President Donald Trump on Saturday night—that some electronic voting machines had "switched" or "deleted" votes cast for the president.

"Rudy Giuliani, who was appointed over the weekend to oversee Trump's legal efforts contesting the election results, told Bartiromo that he had "proof that I can't disclose yet" about "corrupt machines." Separately, Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell joined Bartiromo to proclaim that "Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes, but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose." There is so much evidence of this fraud, she claimed that "I feel like it is coming in through a fire hose." Notably, however, neither Powell nor Giuliani offered much of the supposedly readily available evidence." . . .

Widely-used Voting Machines That Helped Dems in Michigan Made by Democrat-linked Firm  "A computer system that reassigned thousands of votes in one Michigan county from Republicans to Democrats is used in 30 states — and has ties to high-ranking Democrats.

“ 'In Antrim County, ballots were counted for Democrats that were meant for Republicans, causing a 6,000-vote swing against our candidates. The county clerk came forward and said, ‘Tabulating software glitched and caused a miscalculation of the votes,’” Michigan Republican Party chairwoman Laura Cox said in a Friday press conference. “We have now discovered that 47 counties used this same software in the same capacity.” . . .

Even the ostensibly moderate Democratic nominee Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. represents an insidious threat to the religious freedom of conservative Christians. He also represents a threat to Roman Catholics, even though he is himself a practicing Catholic.

"How could this be? Biden’s rhetoric and policies single out those who adhere to traditional religious beliefs and moral convictions, aiming to limit their ability to live by their consciences and ostracizing them from polite society. The Democrat may outwardly campaign on a platform of unity and diversity, but his candidacy truly represents a threat to traditional religious believers.

Both Republicans and Democrats have done it, swimming in a current that stretches far back in history.

"Faith, and particularly Catholicism, played a prominent role in Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, which culminated in an election victory speech in which Biden quoted from Ecclesiastes and the saccharine 1970s Catholic hymn “On Eagle’s Wings.” The August Democratic National Convention that selected Biden as its presidential candidate in turn featured a panoply of paeans to Biden’s Catholic faith. Former Ohio governor John Kasich, former first lady Michelle Obama, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and former president Barack Obama all characterized Biden’s religious beliefs as a motivation and guide for his political career. One suspects they are not talking about his submission to the Nicene Creed.

"Rather, as both the Democratic Party and liberal legacy media have constantly reminded us, Biden is a “decent” man who will provide “comfort and solace” to an American nation suffering through a pandemic, economic crisis, and heightened racial tensions. His Catholic faith, we are told, influences his opinions on core Democratic Party policies such as sustainable energy, welcoming immigrants, improving racial equity, and curbing gun violence. However, they also assure us, that same Catholic faith does not influence his position on abortion, sexuality, or religious liberty. In other words, Catholicism has been exploited as a tool of statecraft: essential to Biden’s politics when politically advantageous and discarded when it is not." . . .

The secularization process in biblical scholarship sought to retain a shell of religiosity in its belief that piety was still useful for inculcating civic virtue. Yet the concurrent effort to “demythologize” the Bible and interpret it solely as a work of historical fiction fostered a further privatization of religious commitments, neutralizing the influence of beliefs deemed problematic to the state’s domination of the public square. What remained of “faith” were only generic exhortations to be good, such as Kant’s categorical imperative. And in that, we can see its fruits in the diluted “nice guy” Catholicism of Joe Biden that is acceptable, even exploitable, by the Democratic Party.

If Joe Biden is claiming the mantle of president-elect, he should at least act to stop his allies' harassment campaigns.

"The latest salvo comes from the Lincoln Project, which raised $67.3 million over the past year to defeat President Donald Trump “and his enablers.” But the group wasn’t finished on Election Day. Its most recent move, a personal harassment campaign, should make all Americans sick.

"The super PAC on Tuesday urged its 2.7 million Twitter followers to track down employees of Jones Day and Porter Wright — two law firms that it feels are in cahoots with the Trump campaign — and to confront them for “trying to overturn the will of the American people.” Soon after, the group published employees’ personal, private information online for those eager to do so.

"Co-founder Rick Wilson said the Lincoln Project also plans to “target some of Jones Day’s largest clients,” such as General Motors, as retribution for the firm daring to represent Republicans.

"This harassment campaign, while grotesque, was anticipated. It became clear soon after Election Day that Democrats were going to take their apparent victory as graciously as they took their loss in 2016.

"In mere days following November 3, Mr. Biden’s campaign bragged that the federal government was “perfectly capable of escorting trespassers” like Mr. Trump “out of the White House.” Former First Lady Michelle Obama condemned the “tens of millions of people” who voted for “lies, hate, chaos, and division.” Social justice activists taunted Republican parents, including one activist who gloated that, under a Biden administration, “your children” will be “forced to read my book on anti-racism in school on your tax dollars' .” . . .

And, those who were not known not known until recently to be Liberal, such as Steve Doocy, Sandra Smith, and Jedidiah Bila seem to be relishing the opportunity to drive away the audience which made Fox News Channel number one in the ratings for many, many years.

MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” beat rival “Fox & Friends” in the morning cable news ratings for the first time since 2001 last week, AdWeek reported.

“Morning Joe,” hosted by Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski pulled in an average 1.6 million total viewers for the week vs. 1.4 million for “Fox & Friends.”

The news comes amid amid a ratings slide for Fox News Channel in recent weeks after conservative viewers announced on social media platforms their displeasure with Fox coverage, culminating on election night Fox called Arizona for Joe Biden earlier than other news organizations and proclaimed Biden “president elect” along with other mainstream outlets while President Donald Trump continues his election challenges and states have yet to officially certify results.

“Republicans grew tired of being lectured and insulted by some of Fox News’ anchors,” Red State said, reporting on the news. “We’ve seen it with Chris Wallace, Neil Cavuto, and Sandra Smith (caught on a hot mic). More recently, we saw Leland Vittert lose his mind on a Trump surrogate. Republicans don’t need a news network that lies to them. They do need one that doesn’t needlessly insult them and their viewpoints.”

Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., also kept her role as chairwoman of the House GOP conference, despite opposition from some Republicans over her disagreements with Trump on foreign policy and the handling of the coronavirus crisis.

GOP lawmakers told the Journal that talk about replacing her faded due to concerns about getting rid of the only woman in the House Republican leadership." . . .

. . . "Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., explained, "Republicans can taste the majority, and we're so certain of getting the majority back [in 2022], we're going to keep the team that got us to where we are."

"Banks is running unopposed to become chairman next year of the Republican Study Committee, which make policy proposals in an attempt to influence legislation.

"McCarthy said at a press conference he is confident Republicans will exert more influence over the chamber during the 117th Congress due to the Democrats' smaller majority, The Hill reported." . . .

Where is the support for Biden?

 Alison Tempestilli  "If grand-scale election fraud enables a Biden presidency, the new Cheater in Chief will have less support than he thinks.  Sure, the left-wing politicians; the media; Hollywood; and a cadre of triggered, uninformed citizens are (somewhat) on his side, but more people than they care to acknowledge are on the side of preserving our country and living life in freedom and peace.

"The people I know who voted for Biden are unusually quiet.  They were not a part of the phony spectacle that broke out after the unauthorized media called the race.  Perhaps they know that the mere mention of the election hits a raw nerve with associates who were certain of a Trump victory, or perhaps they realize that something truly untoward has gone on.  The MSM will do what they can to conceal the irregularities and illegalities that occurred during Election Night.  According to them, the collusion of blue states to stop the count when Trump had the momentum is just a right-wing conspiracy theory.  They are pushing the legitimacy of the unbelievable large number of blue ballots that rolled in after the suspicious halt in counting and the Dominion voting machine glitches that changed Trump ballots to Biden.  Nothing, in fact, that transpired after the voting stopped was in Trump's favor.  Mere coincidence, say the media.

"This election stinks to high heaven, and tens of millions of people believe they are being cheated out of their right to a fair election.  There is no telling how many fraudulent ballots were cast or legitimate ones thrown away, but it could be in the millions.  If Biden grifts his way into the White House, it will be with far less backing than the Biden camp or the media would have us believe."

Biden, Pelosi, and Schumer can't bring themselves to condemn Antifa and BLM violence

 Monica Showalter  "After continuous suggestions that President Trump was at the root of violence in America's cities, and that the leftists perpetrating it would abate once Joe Biden was elected president, the left remains angry and violent.  Electing Joe Biden, if anything, made them more violent. 

"This past weekend, the assaults, trashings, garbage fires, and beatings of President Trump's supporters by the mobs of Antifa and Black Lives Matter stepped up.

"And Joe Biden?  The guy who makes "presidential" statements at every turn?  The best he could come up with, under pressure, was this, according to Fox News:

"President-elect Biden continues to denounce all acts of violence," Biden spokesperson Andrew Bates said Monday, although he did not name Antifa or Black Lives Matter.

"Likewise, he also condemns the repugnant displays of white supremacy that were made in Washington, DC this weekend," Bates continued, citing a sign displayed at the march that read "Coming for Blacks and Indians first welcome to the New World Order." 

"Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer said likewise, and House speaker Nancy Pelosi was

completely silent.

"Biden's sorry excuse for a condemnation is roughly parallel with what Pelosi's Congress did when confronted by repeated statements of anti-Semitism by Rep. Ilhan Omar and forced into a vote about it.  Instead of condemn Omar and her introduction of fourth-world anti-Semitic ravings into the national body politic, the kind that are found in hellholes like her native Somalia and places famous for their terrorist production such as Syria and Pakistan, the cowardly Pelosi-led Congress sought instead to spread the blame, making the condemnation against both anti-Semitism and Islamophobia, since, see, everyone does it, and Omar suddenly became the victim.  Remember this?
