AOC Gets Destroyed in Fact Check on 'Black Lynchings' — This Is Humiliating

RedState

"The radical left’s first instinct is to turn tragedy into racial panic first and waits for the facts later. This time, the facts were already sitting there. AOC just got hammered with them."

"Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez had some terrifying news for America this week: Black people are once again being lynched across the United States.
" Not one isolated case. Not one suspicious death still under investigation.
" According to the New York Democrat, America is facing “widespread modern-day lynchings” and “racial terror,” with 10 Black people already found hanging this year.
'“This year, there have already been 10 reported hangings of Black people in the U.S.,” Ocasio-Cortez wrote on X, announcing that she had joined Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., and dozens of other Democrats in demanding federal action.
“I’m proud to have signed onto @RepPressley’s letter to address these widespread modern-day lynchings and put a stop to this racial terror.”
"Pressley somehow managed to turn the temperature up even higher. “Black folks are being found hanged in America,” the Squad member declared. “This is a national crisis and we CANNOT stand by while strange fruit hangs from trees across the country.” “We're demanding a federal investigation NOW so we can stop modern-day lynchings.”
“Strange fruit.” “Racial terror.” “Modern-day lynchings.”
"Radicals in America have a real problem: Their demand for racism outstrips the supply. So, what do you do when you have a narrative that demands "racist" white people are mysteriously "oppressing" black people? You invent things. That's what the Southern Poverty Law Center was doing before it got busted literally funding the KKK. Allegedly." . . .

The Lone Juror: Even braver than we thought

J.R. Dunn - American Thinker

"This is simply the latest of a series of own goals by the left, and we’ll be seeing plenty more to come. Eventually, moribund Republican Party aside, they’re going to create an effect."

"The revelation that the Holdout Juror was a “person of color” has sent the internet and the left as a whole into gyrations usually limited to taser victims.

"The revelation came on CBS Mornings. Reporter Gayle King was questioning the juror, an admitted “feminist,” when, in one of the most extraordinary exchanges you’ll ever see, it slowly became evident that the holdout was black. King, pulling tooth after tooth, asked if the juror was a “person of color,” then if he was a man, then if he was, like, y’know… the man? When the juror answered “yes.” King stared at her aghast and then said, in a subdued voice, “I’ll have to sit with that for a moment.”

"This one fact has pretty much wrecked the case of Lindsay Clancy while gutting the entire campaign that the left-wing media was building around it. The assumption was that the juror was a white man -- a throwback, some kind of Christian, maybe even MAGA. (Note that the three jurors interviewed by NBC were careful to make no reference at all to the juror’s race.)

"The juror has wisely decided to keep his head down. The left may not be as lethal as the old KKK, but they are certainly as vicious.

"NBC Boston was the first to open fire with an “investigative report” that, without naming him, revealed a dismissed 2021 assault case, a divorce, and a restraining order taken out by a nephew. Of course, there are no details – why, those might identify him, and NBC would certainly never do a thing like that – but that, of course, also means that we can’t hear both sides of the story, and that there’s no way he can mount a defense. So this “investigation” amounts to nothing more than doxing – about what you’d expect from legacy media." . . . More.

Lindsay Clancy and the cuckoos

"The female foreman’s note to the judge about permanent deadlock is also cuckoo — to wit, “it is with a heavy heart that we report we are unable to come to a unanimous decision and will not be able to.” “Heavy heart”? How dare she invoke such emotion? What a bunch of feminine fluff."

Transforming 9/11 Into Trump Derangement Syndrome

The American Spectator | USA News and Politics

"The authors, who participated in administrations whose foreign policies helped to create the dangers we now face abroad, blame Donald Trump for his relentless efforts to eliminate or lessen those dangers. This is how Trump Derangement Syndrome even affects commemorations of 9/11."

"Writing on the Foreign Affairs website on the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks by Islamic terrorists, two former Clinton and Obama administration national security officials claim that the war on terror that resulted from the 9/11 attacks led to the “unraveling of American democracy” in the form of the “authoritarianism” of the Trump presidency.

"Daniel Benjamin and Steven Simon both served in the State Department and on the National Security Council during times when the U.S. responded ineffectually to the growing threat of Islamic terrorism (Clinton presidency) and later when the U.S. simultaneously continued the war on terror while apologizing for America’s past sins in the Middle East (Obama presidency).

"It is no wonder that Benjamin and Simon ignore the flawed foreign policies they helped to formulate and implement and instead blame the Trump presidency for its efforts to undo the damage caused by his predecessors. (RELATED: What We Must ‘Never Forget’ 25 Years After 9/11)

"Benjamin and Simon criticize the U.S. “fixation on Islamic terror,” which they claim “shaped a culture drenched in fear, as voices from politics, the media, civil society, and a swelling counterterrorism-industrial complex insisted that the country faced an existential threat.” Apparently, the authors believe that our Islamic enemies who have repeatedly killed Americans since at least 1979, if not before (as Norman Podhoretz pointed out in a series of articles in Commentary which were later collected into a book titled ), and who 25 years ago attacked the American homeland, are a narrow group of extremists rather than the vanguard of what Samuel Huntington rightly called a “.”

"They lament the rise of “Islamophobia” and anti-immigrant sentiment, especially pronounced, they claim, in the Trump presidencies. While praising some of the successes in the war on terror, Benjamin and Simon claim that 2016 was a “hinge” year when the focus of our efforts shifted from the external war on terror to the “other” war on terror at home — a war against Muslims and immigrants waged by the Trump administration.

"Trump’s war on terror, they claim, is a war on American democracy. Their evidence for this claim is Trump’s “Muslim travel ban,” his designation of Antifa (which the authors call a decentralized, left-wing movement against white supremacy and fascism) as a domestic terror group, his focus on attacks against Christians and conservatives, his use of military strikes against seaborne drug traffickers, his deployment of National Guard troops to quell left-wing, anti-government violence in major cities, including the nation’s capital, and his crackdown on illegal immigration." . . . More.

Fox News legal analyst Jonathan Turley thoroughly dismantles Lindsay Clancy's attorney after debate challenge

The Western Journal

"Here's the main concern: Blaming the juror rather than the woman who strangled her three children encourages delusional feminists to take matters into their own hands."

"Lindsay Clancy's attorney, Kevin Reddington, was destroyed by Fox News legal analyst Jonathan Turley on a Thursday broadcast concerning Reddington's demonization of a key juror.

When asked about Turley's critique in a subsequent interview with Fox News, Reddington responded, "I'd like to meet with him sometime and maybe debate a few things."

In response to Reddington's debate challenge, Turley responded on X.com, "I am curious as to what is debatable in his view: the professional duty of lawyers not to fuel the rage against a holdout juror or his apparent self-exemption from that duty."

While a debate has not yet happened, Turley released a blog post on Friday morning detailing Reddington's failures.

What were these failures?

First, Turley questioned Reddington's choice to attack the juror during the televised trial. He also called Reddington out on his gloating "about how he 'crushed' the prosecution." While neither of these is a good look for Clancy's attorney, these were merely secondary issues.

The primary concern was about how Reddington spoke with reporters concerning the one juror who prevented a "not guilty" verdict. "[The other jurors] know that they were robbed by one man," he said. "I hope that guy can sleep well at night."

"It was taking that rage outside the courthouse that crossed the line for me," Turley said.

Zealously advocating for your client is one thing; publicly harassing a juror is another. While Reddington never revealed the juror's identity, Turley pointed out that there were "just three males on the jury. [Reddington] knew the juror’s name would likely be disclosed in time, given the anger over the trial’s outcome."

It appears as though Turley's prediction will likely come true. Over the past couple of days, many of the other jurors have taken to popular media, sharing their frustration with the holdout juror." . . .More.

Truth behind AOC and Mamdani 'laughing' at 9/11 memorial exposed

The Daily Express

"The controversy follows the weeks of protests led by families of 9/11 victims to bar Mamdani from attending the 25th annual remembrance event."

"A top aide for former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is "sick" of critics who claimed that Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez were laughing during Friday's solemn 9/11 remembrance ceremony.

"Michael Ragusa, head of Giuliani's security, posted to X on Friday, a few hours after thousands gathered at Ground Zero in New York City to hear the names of the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks be read.

"Online outrage was sparked after Mamdani and Ocasio-Cortez were briefly spotted exchanging words and laughing during the ceremony. It comes as a mystery 9/11 video appears on YouTube showing the second plane hitting the tower at a new angle.

"However, Ragusa attempted to dispel the rumors, saying, "The videos of @NYCMayor and @AOC laughing are not true. I was standing next to them the whole time. The camera just caught her greeting him hello. Multiple other politicians were laughing and joking behind me. Republicans and Democrats."

"He added in a comment under the post that he was a "lifelong Republican" critical of the pair, but was "sick of this fake news."

"'And for the record, I am a lifelong Republican who has been very critical of these two. I'm just sick of this fake news and people just saying whatever they want," he wrote.". . . More...

Texas Senate race heats up as James Talarico’s pastor caught saying some churchgoers 'wish' Trump assassin was 'more successful'

Texas Senate race heats up as James Talarico’s pastor caught saying some churchgoers 'wish' Trump assassin was 'more successful'

The Texas Senate race between Republican Ken Paxton and Democrat James Talarico has faced intense national and local attention regarding the role of religion in politics, including major controversies surrounding a pastor's remarks linked to Talarico's church.

Reports and social media posts circulated regarding a minister at Talarico's Austin-area church who allegedly made highly controversial statements suggesting some members wished the Butler, Penn., assassination attempt on Donald Trump "had been more successful.”

Reverend Babs Miller, the "minister to the parish" at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Austin, made the viral remark that leaked on video.

“We still have people in this church who wish that that young man had not just nicked his ear, but had been more successful,” Miller said.

Critics and political opponents immediately condemned the remarks, arguing they provided a dangerous theological justification for political violence. Texas leaders called the comments a "betrayal of the Gospel" of peace and warned against using the pulpit to spiritualize or condone violence against political figures." . . . More...

Boom: RFK Jr. Torches the Democrat Party in Epic Convention Speech

RedState

"In a single year, my party obliterated 250 years of constitutional guarantees," he asserted. "The only right they left unscathed was the Second Amendment," he stated. "And probably because there is a Second Amendment."

Bo Snerdley

"Robert F. Kennedy Jr. may have delivered one of the best speeches of the Republican convention.

"He started off noting how he was 72, and that for 70 years of his life, he would have bet he would not be addressing a Republican convention. Given his family, he had of course been to many Democrat conventions. He spoke of the party of his father, Robert Kennedy and his uncle, President John Kennedy. RFK Jr. explained how his uncle ran on a platform in 1960 of "tax cuts, strong defense, and fighting Communism."

"'Does that sound familiar?" Bobby asked.

"He said at that time the Democrats were the party of labor, they championed the Bill of Rights and were for "unbridled free speech." His uncle and father stood firmly against crony capitalism and against socialism. They were all for competition, meritocracy, and for excellence, he explained. They understood the difference between "forever wars that they oppose and wars to protect our national security which we should never hesitate to defend." They promoted physical fitness and they protected women's sports. He recalled how the party used to be against illegal immigration.

"But oh, how they've changed over time.

"When it came to COVID, RFK Jr. said he saw the Democrats turn against "every one of its essential values, its principles, and all of the policies that define my party." Democrats who he thought were once the champions of the Constitution "systematically obliterated the Bill of Rights.'" . . . More.

All We Needed After 9/11 Was A Closed Border. Instead We Got Spied On And Force-Fed Halal Food

Since 9/11, America has imported 1.8 million Muslims into the country from 2001 to 2024.

The Federalist

"But globalist neocons, who both believe in mass migration as a policy matter and were also afraid of being called racist, used the tragedy to completely undermine American culture and society."

"In order to prevent another 9/11, the only policy the American government needed to pursue was closing down the borders and never allowing Third-Worlders into the country again. Politicians not only refused to do that, but actually did the opposite.

"Instead, Americans got stuck with a mass surveillance state, two forever wars, the importation of countless Third-Worlders, and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), which to date has never stopped a terror attack, but has made Americans’ travel experience miserable. Americans, in other words, got a major reshuffling of their constitutional rights in favor of government power, and a homeland that quickly became unrecognizable.

"Just six days after the most deadly terror attack on American soil in history, President George W. Bush made a hajj to the Islamic Center of Washington, D.C, where he proclaimed that the very people who just murdered 2,977 innocents in New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia are peaceful.

"“These acts of violence against innocents violate the fundamental tenets of the Islamic faith. And it’s important for my fellow Americans to understand that,” Bush said in a speech titled “Islam is Peace” on Sept. 17, 2001. “The face of terror is not the true faith of Islam. That’s not what Islam is all about. Islam is peace. These terrorists don’t represent peace.”

"Bush went on a campaign to make sure no American blamed Islam for the attack. He repeated the message in the Oval Office on Sept. 19 and to a Joint Session of Congress on Sept. 20. That same day he claimed that Muslim terrorists were trying to “hijack Islam itself,” an assertion he repeated on Oct. 11, 2002, and numerous other times in various forms.

"His Nov. 15, 2001, Ramadan message attempted to advance the “the terrorists hate you for your freedom” message, stating, “This new enemy seeks to destroy our freedom and impose its views. We value life; the terrorists ruthlessly destroy it. We value education; the terrorists do not believe women should be educated or should have health care, or should leave their homes. We value the right to speak our minds; for the terrorists, free expression can be grounds for execution. We respect people of all faiths and welcome the free practice of religion; our enemy wants to dictate how to think and how to worship even to their fellow Muslims.”

"He carried this message all the way through the end of 2002 and beyond.

"And he meant it. In an effort to make sure he could not be subjected to claims of “Islamophobia,” he started importing Muslims by the millions into American communities." . . .More.

What We Must ‘Never Forget’ 25 Years After 9/11

"Remembering the victims is sacred. Remembering the evil that killed them is essential."

The American Spectator | USA News and Politics

"The final answer to September 11, then, cannot be a memorial alone. It must be a country that still believes those principles are worth defending. It must be a people confident enough in their civilization to still distinguish good from evil."

"Never forget.”

"In the 25 years since 9/11, Americans have spoken those words over and over each anniversary — a solemn promise to one another and to those lost. But a quarter century on, it’s worth pausing to question what exactly it is that we commit to remembering.

"Is it just the 2,977 victims and the selfless acts of heroism from firefighters, police, and ordinary Americans who rushed toward the chaos? Is it the deep, simmering anger that welled up in our hearts watching smoke rise above Manhattan and the Pentagon? Is it the 20 years of conflict that followed, with trillions of dollars and thousands more lives sacrificed in service of sometimes noble, sometimes foolhardy goals?

"Or is it something much deeper — something more fundamental about the fragility of life, the preciousness of freedom, and the nature of evil itself?

"In September of 2001, I was a 20-year-old freshman at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Just a month before, I’d finished basic training, and the thrill of seeing majestic mountain peaks soar above the campus each day still had not worn off.

"I was in chemistry class when someone came in to say that a plane had flown into the World Trade Center. Like most Americans, my first thought was, “What a terrible accident.”

"We went through multiple uniform changes that day, and the pre-smartphone world meant I didn’t have access to any information until later that afternoon. I was on my way to basketball practice when I learned another plane had hit the second tower, and both had fallen. It was the first time I saw the footage on TV — images forever seared into the American consciousness.

"That was the first moment that I truly realized that evil existed in the world. Until then, I couldn’t imagine that there were people motivated enough to kill themselves by flying planes into buildings to kill people they never met. (RELATED: 9/11: Remembering the CIA’s Failure to Protect America)

"I also knew that, more than anything, I wanted to understand that evil so I could destroy it. Yes, I wanted revenge against the monsters who planned and executed this attack on our country. But I also wanted to eradicate the very ideology that lived in the hearts of these Islamic terrorists.". . . More.

George W Bush Claims Islam Is 'Religion of Peace' for 9/11 Anniversary "So Much for 'Never Forget'"

Mamdani and AOC seen smiling and laughing as names of 9/11 victims are read Video "New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez were caught laughing together at the 9/11 25th anniversary memorial service on Friday while the names of victims were being read out by their relatives.

"The Democrats were seen bursting into laughter at the solemn Ground Zero event in lower Manhattan, at the same moment that mourners stood silently around them.

"A relative of a victim was seen weeping on the memorial seconds before the camera cut to Mamdani and Ocasio-Cortez, while victims' loved ones stood on stage reading the names of the deceased." . . .

Hamas' barbaric attack on Israel evokes memories of Nazi atrocities "Ezra Levant looks at terrifying footage from Israel following Hamas' barbaric terrorist attack against the Jewish state. The atrocities evoke memories of Nazi Germany's treatment of Jews, except in some ways, as Ezra explains, this attack was even worse."

Mamdani Thought He Can Get Away With Attending 9/11 Memorial... Until Now! "He stands in front of the camera saying “September 11th was a horrific act of terror” with a straight face, then gets caught laughing while the names of the victims are being read at Ground Zero. That is not a mistake. That is not “human.” That is pure disrespect.
You cannot claim to honor the nearly 3,000 people who were murdered by Islamist terrorists on 9/11 while smiling and laughing during the most sacred moment of the memorial. That is not leadership. That is not empathy. That is performance. This is what happens when a city elects someone who has spent years surrounding himself with people who minimize 9/11, refuse to clearly condemn those who say America “deserved” it, and treat the worst terrorist attack on American soil as just another political talking point. The families who lost fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, firefighters, and police officers that day do not get a second chance. They do not get to laugh it off. They carry that pain for the rest of their lives. And the mayor of New York City thought it was acceptable to sit there and laugh while their names were spoken. Fake emotion." Comment to the video.

Adam Carolla Told Sean Hannity the Word Every Los Angeles Resident Says Before They Leave

"Newsom has a constituency that are nutjobs" I would have said Wack jobs, but that's me.

Deplorable Daily

Karen Bass promised she would end street homelessness in Los Angeles by 2026.She didn't – and now even the comedians who grew up there are done waiting. Adam Carolla just said out loud what 54,000 Los Angeles residents decided with their moving trucks last year.

"ADAM CAROLLA: "You [Democrats] act like we’re arguing with your ideas. YOU CAN'T PULL YOUR IDEAS OFF.”

"You don't lift people out of poverty. You don't solve the homeless problem. You don't fix the environmental problem. You don't have clean, sustainable forms of energy. YOU DON'T DO ANY OF THAT STUFF. YOU TALK ABOUT IT."

"ADDED CONTEXT: California spent $24,000,000,000 (that’s billion) on homelessness in five years. Despite the excessive spending, the state's own audit found Homelessness climbed 53% over the past decade to roughly 187,000 people.

"High-speed rail was sold to voters in 2008 as a $33,000,000,000 bullet train from San Francisco to LA. Eighteen years later, completion sits at a whopping ZERO percent. Not a single mile of track is in service, and the state admits even the 171-mile Merced-to-Bakersfield starter segment can't be finished by the end of 2032 without more funding.

"That's the Democratic Party in a nutshell. Say you want good schools, lift people out of poverty, make life better for the little guy. Then spend a whole bunch of money and get nothing done.

"They say they want to end suffering for low-income communities but somehow end up solving nothing and instead extend the suffering to everyone else.
— The Vigilant Fox 🦊 (@VigilantFox) September 7, 2026
