- This woman is not only beautiful and personable, she's brilliant! Kudos to Tucker for having her on!
- Totally respect Fox for getting "traditional democrats" (i.e., moderate liberals) such as Batya Ungar-Sargon and Tulsi Gabbard as guests. Shows a high level of journalistic integrity. Interestingly, both of these individuals are deeply spiritual: Ungar-Sargon is Jewish, and Gabbard is Hindu. Additionally -- and quite possibly as a direct result of their faith-based lives -- they both exemplify a fantastic level of objectivity, common sense, class, sophistication, kindness, non-fanaticism, and awareness of how the far left has lost their way.
- Perhaps, this is what is sorely missing in the far left: total lack of a spiritual or religious foundation and moral compass to guide their words and deeds. Faith is faith, regardless of the belief system. Hope to see more guests of this great caliber on Fox. Well done, Tucker.

I settled on “parodical,” and to this day, I have no idea if I made it up or if it actually passes muster as part of the English language. Google is inconclusive on that question.

"A new poll shows that more than 1 in 3 white college applicants has falsely claimed to be a racial minority on their application. An online survey commissioned by Intelligencer.com found that 81 percent of the people who lied did so because they believed it would increase their chances of admission.
"Additionally, fifty percent said they lied because they thought claiming to be part of a minority group could give them access to more financial aid.
"White men were three times as likely as white women to say that they lied about their race (48 percent to 16 percent). Of all those who lied, 48 percent claimed to be Native American. However, men were more likely to claim they are Native American, while women were more likely to claim they are Black.

Kyle Rittenhouse's Call of Duty Habit and Post-Arrest Silence Aren't Evidence of His Guilt . . . "But there was another courtroom fixture centerstage on Monday: Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger, who—no matter how you feel about Rittenhouse—should serve as a reminder of just how pitifully low prosecutors will stoop while in pursuit of a conviction.
"Binger's Rittenhouse cross-examination should have been a big moment, which it was, but not for the reasons Binger would have hoped. He began with a probe of Rittenhouse's interest in purchasing an AR-15, asserting that Rittenhouse must have declined a pistol or a shotgun because of his Call of Duty habit. There are a few problems here: Players use many different sorts of guns in simulation games, including pistols and shotguns. But more fraught is the implication that playing violent video games somehow makes you a murderer, or more likely to murder someone—a hysterical assumption that is not based on fact.
"The questioning was desperate, but it quickly moved from breathless to potentially unconstitutional as Binger faced off multiple times with Judge Bruce Schroeder after the former noted Rittenhouse's post-arrest silence with the insinuation that it somehow indicated his guilt.

Second Amendment, or with some longshot play to replace Tucker Carlson in
the 9 p.m. hour. Schroeder is a liberal on matters of criminal justice, and this is
how liberals on matters of criminal justice tend to judge." . . .

Issues & Insights "A poll taken earlier this month shows that voters believe job No. 1 for President Joe Biden is to vacate his office. His replacement, of course, would be the vice president whose approval rating is so low it hardly registers. Take a bow, voters. This is the mess that America has become.
"When 1,000 voters were asked what is “the single most important goal for Biden over the next year,” the top answer at 20% was “resign/retire/quit.” That answer was almost twice as popular as the No. 2 response, “economy/jobs,” which logged in at 11%. These are the unsurprising-to-many findings of a Suffolk University-USA Today poll taken over three days last week.
“ 'Nearly half of those surveyed, 46%, say Biden has done a worse job as president than they expected, including 16% of those who voted for him. Independents, by 7-1 (44%-6%), say he’s done worse, not better, than they expected,” says USA Today, which didn’t bother to include in its report that voters want Biden to leave, but did admit there’s a “gloomy landscape” ahead for Democrats in next year’s midterms.
"No one should be puzzled by the poll’s results. Americans are weary of Biden’s inflation, his border crisis and unforced foreign policy errors, a supply chain and a COVID promise that have both been broken, his failed energy policies, his undermining of policing and law and order across the country, his divisiveness and hard-left swerve, his “woke” military, a shaky economy, and his vaccine mandate, to name but a handful of his more notable failures.
"Count us as being among those who wish to see Biden leave the White House as soon as possible. But his replacement would be no better. There’s a reason Vice President Kamala Harris has an approval rating of 28, 10 points lower than the approval rating of her boss, the man Americans want to be rid of." . . .
