As Dallas Faces High-Risk Threat, Police Department Slams Journalists for ‘Making Jobs More Difficult’

Independent Journal Review  "While the Dallas Police Department faces another alarming scenario from a ‘real deal’ threat that caused police headquarters, law enforcement are fending off another aggravating factor: False reports in the media.
"A Dallas News source reported that a “masked man” was seen near the police department. It was also reported that headquarters were sent into “lockdown,” and speculation caught on like wildfire. Another source claimed it was a possible “radio hoax.”
"Police had to warn the public it was the “real deal” and to move away from the garage." . . .
