Michigan Dem Senator Slotkin: Abandon JFK Idealism, Prosecute Trump Staffers |

The American Spectator | USA News and Politics

. . . "Suffice to say, sadly, Americans are beginning to realize just how far today’s Democrats have strayed from these ideals of service advocated by JFK." . . .

WASHINGTON — Michigan Sen. Elissa Slotkin publicly called on Democrats to intimidate young conservatives who want to work for the Trump administration by prosecuting the president’s staffers.

“I want them to be like, ‘Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems I don’t want, and so let me avoid participating in that,’” the senator went on. “I want that deterrence message sent.”

"Which is to say, Slotkin and who knows how many other Democrats are hell and long gone from JFK’s idealistic call for young Americans of the day to “Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country.”

"Instead, as made clear by this Democrat United States Senator, the objective of modern-day Democrats should be to intimidate young Americans into refusing public service. It is no longer acceptable to follow JFK’s inspiring call to serve their country, idealistically thinking of a career in public service.

All of which can have the unintended effect of backfiring, serving as a call to young conservatives to get involved in politics — politics whether at the local, state, or national level. Or to get involved in the media, signing on to one of the seemingly limitless conservative websites that are spread throughout the Internet. Not to mention participating in the world of television or radio.

However, whatever today’s young Americans choose to do in the world of public service, they should make sure they choose to listen to the inspiring words of JFK — not the serious negativity and prosecution threats of Senator Slotkin." . . .

Slotkin Slapped With Ethics Complaint Over Plot to Scare Young Conservatives From Working for Trump

. . . "That's right. The woman who spent months whining about a faux weaponization of government against her for being part of the "seditious six" very blatantly expressed her intent to weaponize the government against her political opponents.

During an October 13 appearance at the University of Chicago, Slotkin said she wanted Democrats to pursue “signature cases” not only against the president but against the people who “enabled” him.

She then made her intent explicit, stating that she wanted young people coming out of school to look at a job in the Trump administration and conclude that it might mean “buying myself a ton of problems that I don’t want.” . . .

France falling to the new Jacobins?

"So-called “progressives” are the biggest threat to Europe, Australia, Canada… and the U.S. They will not tolerate views that differ from their own, even as they glory in the decline and fall of the countries they infest. And attack."

. . . "Those attacking Paris and other major French cities are a mix of leftists/communists, disaffected youth, antifa, and Muslims. Emphasis on leftists/communists and Muslims.

"These attacks are anything but spontaneous. They are fomented, planned, and funded by various subversive groups that are determined to bring about the destruction of the Western democracies. A Fox News investigation found that 54 radical groups were involved, very few of them 'students' as the media has been reporting.

"We shall see how long the Fifth Republic lasts, but, merde, things don’t look good at the moment. Let’s hope a new version of Vichy France doesn’t come into existence, though things couldn’t get much worse for Jews in France as it is.

"There is simply no doubt that Europe and America are under assault, though some of our politicians don’t appear to realize it.

"And others embrace it. Europe is literally being invaded by a tsunami of Muslims, and is in mortal danger of having its culture, history and customs washed away forever.

"If we wish to save ourselves — and Christendom — we must take action now. It should be obvious what steps need to be taken to save ourselves, but these measures will not be easy or without cost, as the New Jacobins are determined, well-funded, and crazy. That said, we can still save our societies without need of massive bloodshed or truly large-scale suffering. But the same could’ve been said in 1937 or 1938." . . .

Abdul El-Sayed has his Hillary Clinton 'hot sauce in purse' moment in cringey, pandering interview

 The Western Journal

"It's not easy getting lower than Hillary Clinton, but Abdul El-Sayed just pulled it off.

'A decade after the former first lady, senator, and secretary of state managed to turn "hot sauce" into a national punchline of pandering, El-Sayed used a luncheon interview with a black publisher for even more obvious pandering to black voters.

"What he ordered to eat was embarrassing enough -- but not even close to the most embarrassing part of the interview.

"El-Sayed was meeting with Ashley Allison, publisher of the black-oriented magazine The Root, at a Washington, D.C., restaurant trying to whip up enthusiasm for his campaign among Michigan blacks. (Even CNN admitted he has a problem with one of the Democratic Party's most loyal constituencies.)

"It was an exercise in pandering that would make even a Clinton blush.

"From ordering fried chicken -- El-Sayed's interlocutor went with the blackened salmon -- to belittling those of his own background, the man aiming to become the country's first Muslim senator managed mainly to show just how low he was willing to go to pull the wool over the eyes of Wolverine State voters." . . .   Hillary's hot sauce
