FBI Busts Arsonist Using Her Custom-Made Etsy T-shirt to Track to Vimeo, Linkedin…Faces 80 Years in Jail

100% Fed Up

"The FBI just nailed an arsonist who was photographed torching police cruisers during the riots in Philadelphia.
"They used a custom made Etsy t-shirt to track down the woman via Vimeo, Poshmark, and Linkedin.
"The custom-made t-shirt that Blumenthal wore says, “KEEP THE IMMIGRANTS, DEPORT THE RACISTS”
"The Daily Mail is reporting that Lore Elisabeth Blumenthal,33, c.ould face up to 80 years in jail for two counts of felony arson. She torched two s Philadelphia Police Department (PPD) police cruisers on May 30th during the Black Lives Matter riots." . . .

Senators React to Trump’s Dangerous Appointment of John Bolton as National Security Advisor

WIN WITHOUT WAR is referred to in this post from Jack Hellner: But let's take a trip down memory lane to see what the left had been saying about Bolton before turned on Trump

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT): John Bolton’s poor judgment and record of reckless right-wing warmongering should disqualify him from any White House role, much less National Security Advisor.
Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE): Ambassador Bolton’s stated positions on today’s major issues, most notably North Korea’s and Iran’s nuclear programs, are overly aggressive at best and downright dangerous at worst.
Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA): (1/2) This is the new National Security Advisor? Disqualified by horrible judgment and dangerous for America and the world.
Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY): Mr. Bolton’s tendency to try to solve every geopolitical problem w/ the American military first is a troubling one.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA): .@realDonaldTrump promised to reduce US involvement in wars overseas, but his new National Security Advisor has never met a war he didn’t like. The last thing we need is someone like John Bolton who embraces military solutions first and puts us all at risk.
. . .
"Know what this reminds us of? Creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti, now a career criminal, who went on CNN 121 time and MSNBC 108 times to serve the left's attempt to destroy Trump.
"At one time he was touted as a presidential candidate to run against Trump in 2020.

"Michael Avenatti once dominated cable news. Now he’s watching it."

SDG&E Worker Fired Over Alleged Racist Gesture Says He Was Cracking Knuckles

For background on this, we covered it here: 4chan trolling turned the OK sign into a symbol of hate  "In February 2017, 4chan users started the hoax "Operation O-KKK," a call to spread the sign around the internet and claim it as a symbol of white supremacy. The anonymous 4channer who started it added a graphic demonstrating how the gesture could spell out the letters WP for "white power." The same month, Media Matters for America accused Gateway Pundit founder Jim Hoft, who made the gesture in a photograph in the White House press briefing room, of using a "hate symbol." . . .
These fearful people scared to death of the millennial Taliban, took away a man's living out of panic!
NBC 7 spoke to the man who originally posted the picture on Twitter. He has since deleted his account and said he may have gotten "spun up" about the interaction and misinterpreted it. He says he never intended for Cafferty to lose his job.

Weasel Zippers  "A complete media fiction and people are still being fired or punished for this nonsense. No one is allowed to crack their knuckles anymore.
It all started about two weeks ago near a Black Lives Matter rally in Poway when Emmanuel Cafferty, a San Diego Gas and Electric employee, encountered a stranger on the roadway.
The stranger followed Cafferty and took a picture of him as his arm hung out the window of his company truck.
The picture made the rounds on Twitter accompanied by a claim Cafferty was making a “white power” hand gesture made popular by white supremacists groups. ‘Today Is a Great Day to Celebrate’: San Diego DACA Recipients Praise Supreme Court Decision
According to the Anti-Defamation League, the gesture — made by forming a circle with the thumb and index finger, and extending and separating the other three fingers — has been used in recent years by white supremacists to form the letters W and P, but has also long been used as a sign signifying “OK” or approval. Therefore it shouldn’t be assumed to be a white supremacy symbol unless there is other evidence to support those claims, according to the ADL.

Colossal Screw-up: Did You Catch What an NBC News Reporter Tweeted in Their Hit Job Against The Federalist?

Matt Vespa

"Well, it looks like NBC News’ Verification Center tried to go after conservative news sites and ended up peddling fake news instead. It comes after a story they pushed claiming that Google has demonetized The Federalist. Yet, Google denied they did any such thing, even refuting it on their Twitter account. This forced NBC News to edit their piece
. . .
"Remember to the Left, words are violence. Silence is violence. And therefore, anything that makes them uncomfortable is violent and hateful and any pieces criticizing the Black Lives Matter movement could slate you for demolition by the left-wing mob. Coach Mike Gundy of Oklahoma State University is under siege because he simply wore a One America News T-shirt that criticized the movement. Cornell Law Professor William Jacobson is now facing calls for his firing after his blog, Legal Insurrection, published a couple of posts criticizing BLM."

Judge Napolitano on Rayshard Brooks case: Murder charge against Atlanta officer is 'catastrophic mistake'

According to Napolitano, the murder charge was either done because Howard is up for re-election in Fulton County this year or to "pander to the crowd."
Fox News

"It was a "catastrophic mistake" to bring a murder charge against one of the police officers involved in the shooting of 27-year-old Rayshard Brooks, Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano asserted Thursday.

"Appearing on "Fox & Friends," Napolitano stated that the 11 charges against 27-year-old former Atlanta police officer Garrett Rolfe -- including the felony murder charge, which could potentially lead to the death penalty -- are "grossly inflated."

" 'Look, if there's a jury trial, here's what the judge is going to say to the jurors before they start deliberating. If that police officer reasonably believed that Mr. Brooks was using or was about to use deadly force on him, the police officer, then the police officer is permitted to use deadly force to protect himself," he explained. "Secondly, the determination of what was in the police officer's mind is not what a reasonable civilian would do, but what a reasonable police officer would do."

"Brooks, a father of four, was shot and killed almost a week ago outside a Wendy’s restaurant where he’d apparently fallen asleep in his car in the drive-thru lane. He allegedly failed a field sobriety test -- and ultimately was seen wrestling with the officers and running with one of their Tasers leading up to the shooting.

'Snap, Crackle, Pop' Determined To Be Racist

Wait a minute here! Just who are the racists in this story?

Rick Moran

"Fiona Onasanya, a Black Lives Matter activist and former member of the UK parliament, claims that Kellogg’s Rice Krispies is a racist cereal because it has “three white boys” as mascots.
"Now that’s “systemic racism”!
"If Ms. Onasanya had stopped there, she would simply be dismissed as a fool and that would have been that. But in her eagerness to prove racism, Onasanya doubled down on her charge and, in the process, proved she is an ignorant fool."
. . .
"Onasanya’s online attack quickly drew ridicule from users on Twitter who made sure to point out that the beloved characters of Snap, Crackle, and Pop are also the brand champions for Cocoa Krispies, the chocolate flavored Rice Krispies.
"Another responded to Onasanya’s attacks with “Elves Lives Matter.
"Kellogg’s told the Daily Mail in a statement that it “stands in support of the black community.”
“ 'We do not tolerate discrimination and believe that people of all races, genders, backgrounds, sexual orientation, religions, capabilities and beliefs should be treated with the utmost dignity and respect,” the company said, going on to note that the Coco Pops monkey is also the same character representing the white chocolate cereal. “The monkey mascot that appears on both white and milk chocolate Coco Pops, was created in the 1980s to highlight the playful personality of the brand.”

You Can’t Order Police Officers To Die For Your Politics

Hot Air

"Now that the Senate GOP has begun the process of rolling out their own version of a “police reform” bill, predictable partisan fights are already breaking out. One of the major bones of contention is the idea that the bill would “discourage” the use of chokeholds by the cops during confrontations with non-compliant, disruptive or violent suspects. As with some other provisions, this doesn’t go far enough for the liberals and Democrats who are aiming to either defund or abolish the police, but will settle for as much as they can get in the meantime. They want the maneuver to be forbidden entirely with punishment meted out to any cops who violate the prohibition. (Washington Post)" . . .

. . . "We ask a lot of our police officers. Probably too much in some cases. With the exception of a few rotten apples we need to weed out quickly and aggressively, they are all out there on the front lines fighting so you can have a peaceful life under the rule of order and exercise all of your freedoms. Seeking to exert this sort of granular control over them from on high is offensive. And if a lot of them start walking off the job after this I certainly couldn’t blame them."

Man Accused of Shoving Elderly Woman in NYC has Been Arrested Over 100 Times Since 2005

Can we assume the left would say Brimmage cannot be racist because he is oppressed? But this lady will now be racist if she fears people like this guy? TD

Legal Insurrection
“She slammed against the fire hydrant and lay on the ground until a passerby called 911 and medics rushed her to nearby Beth Israel Hospital.”

"Police told many New York media outlets that Rashid Brimmage, the man accused of shoving an elderly woman into a fire hydrant in NYC, has been arrested more than 100 times.
"The New York Post reported that Brimmage has been arrested 103 times since 2005. The paper outlined all of his past offenses:
  • 2012: Sexual misconduct
  • 2014: Two sex offenses
  • May 2014: Exposing and fondling himself in Harlem
  • July 2014: Grabbing a woman’s butt
  • 2017: Did not notify authorities of his new address and had to register as a sex offender
  • February 2020: Misdemeanor assault and harassment charge (released without bail)
  • March 5, 2020: Received trespassing summons
  • March 9, 2020: Criminal possession of controlled substance, assault, and attempted assault charges . . .
"Now he faces assault charges for allegedly knocking 92-year-old Bronx native Geraldine in Manhattan the other day:" . . .

Joy Behar says Trump rally 'ten times worse' health risk than BLM protest: 'Completely different'

Behar at work ...
Washington Times  Joy Behar and Sunny Hostin have accused the Trump administration of being a “menace” to public health for planning to hold its first political rally since the coronavirus pandemic shutdowns.
"The ladies of ABC’s “The View” — aside from co-host Meghan McCain — lambasted President Trump’s upcoming Tulsa rally as a far greater threat to public health than the throngs of Black Lives Matter protests across the nation.
...and at home
“ 'He only cares that you come and supply kudos to his massive ego,”  Ms. Behar said Tuesday before imploring Trump supporters to stay home. “He won’t even give you health insurance if you get sick. Why are you going? Why?”
. . . "“You’re inviting 60,000 people to a rally where … masks are optional,” said Ms. Hostin of the June 20 event. “They very well may be infected with a life-ending virus. I just think it’s — [Trump is] a menace.”
"Ms. McCain countered that she doesn’t support any large gatherings, given that 116,000 U.S. deaths have been attributed to COVID-19, but that her peers look like giant hypocrites for excusing tens-of-thousands of protesters who gather in any given city."

The Real Reform We Require

Conrad Black
Never mind the police. The greatest failing of the American judicial system is the fact that prosecutors have practically unlimited power.

"The current inflamed condition of political debate presents opportunities as great as its challenges. There is some merit in both the Democratic and, as far as they are now known, the Republican proposals for reform of police techniques. No doubt many American police forces have habitually and excessively harassed African Americans. That community accounts for an inordinate percentage of both offenders and victims of felonies, and strictly from a policing perspective, the inevitable discussion about the sociological reasons for the relatively high African American crime rate is not relevant. Whatever the motives of the lawbreakers, it is a police problem to deal with it, but that does not justify the proactive suspicion that any African American is apt to be guilty of something.
"Most police activity is not a federal jurisdiction, but the fiscal influence of the federal government can assert irresistible pressure on local police forces to observe reasonable guidelines in the apprehension and treatment of all suspects.
"It need hardly be added that there is a 100 percent consensus that the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis was a monstrous crime; it was an almost unimaginable affront to the sensibilities of everyone in the world who watched the video. Nothing since Bull Connor’s vicious dogs in Birmingham, Alabama—nearly 60 years ago—has in a single depiction done so much damage to the reputation of the United States, nor produced such a convulsion in domestic public opinion.
"We can now see that the most remarkable result of Floyd’s death has been the sudden revelation of the proportions and ferocity of the urban terrorist guerrilla movements in the United States.
"We saw Antifa at Berkeley, Portland, and Charlottesville in 2017 and saw that it had its adherents and emulators elsewhere, but it is clear that none of the municipal governments in the many cities that have been afflicted in the last two weeks—and apparently not the U.S. Justice Department either—had any idea of these movements’ ability to exploit peaceful demonstrations in such a hugely destructive and well-organized manner." . . .

Tucker triumphant

Not likely to be said of anyone at CNN

Thomas Lifson  "Tucker Carlson is the most important journalist working in America, and, thankfully, the public has caught on, making him not simply the ratings champion of cable news, but on Monday the top rated program on all of television, cable and broadcast combined.  If the nation survives intact the current insurrectionist movement, future historians will credit him as a courageous truth-teller who braved social, political, and physical intimidation to break through pervasive smog of propaganda emanating from most of the media and the commanding heights of the economy, culture and academy, who are cheering on and financing the forces that want to destroy our constitutional republic.
. . .

"Tucker has bravely taken on the power of Google, and did so before almost anyone else. He is now an indispensable man." . . .

Hmmm. An Amazon Warehouse Is Burned to the Ground in LA.

It could have been the Millennial Taliban; that's what they do.

Three Disgusting Anti-Cop Shirts Amazon Is Allowing on Their Platform  . . . "Not only are "blue lives murder" shirts still available, but so are other offensive shirts, like "all cops are bastards" and "the government protecting and serving the s**t out of you," with an image of cops beating a person." . . .

. . . "As this division continues, people are deciding to show their disdain for law enforcement by making, purchasing and even wearing anti-cop garb. Various sellers have anti-law enforcement t-shirts posted on Amazon. The most concerning one, however, is that "blue lives murder."
"I reached out to Amazon to see if they would be allowing the listing to stay or if they would pull it. Four days later and I still have yet to receive a response. I think it's safe to say it's staying up (as it currently is at the time of this writing).
A warehouse used by Amazon was burned to the ground Friday morning in Redlands, CA.  PJ Media  . . . "A fire spokesman told KABC in a live interview than 100 people were working at the time the fire broke out at 5:30 Friday morning. Everyone got out of the building safely." . . . They may have been the only 100 people in California allowed to work.
