"Several local media companies are reporting that some dead cats and dogs across the country are receiving voter registration forms by mail — amid an increasing push by Democrats to replace in-person voting with mail-in voting.
"Fox 5 reported an incident on July 11 where the family of a deceased feline in Atlanta received voter registration for their pet cat, Cody, which has been dead for 12 years — or since the administration of former President George W. Bush.
" 'We have a voter registration application for Cody Tims! How did this happen?,” the former owner, Carol Tims, told the local media. “It’s not reality, he’s a cat and he’s been dead for a long time.”
“ 'If they’re trying to register cats, I’m not quite sure who else they’re trying to register. I don’t know if they’re registering dogs, mice, snakes?” she added, noting that Cody would have voted in the polls as a “DemoCAT.” Watch the video!

“ 'The main thing is how can something like this happen?” John Schneider said. “I think that’s the big thing. How can some group just start sending a dog a voter registration application? If someone sent this in, that would constitute voter fraud. But it could get sent in and then what happens if she got a voter registration card back?”
"A similar incident reported by CBS News also took place in July 2012 in Olympia, Washington, where a black labrador named “Rosie Charleston” was sent a voter registration form in the mail."
