They were held captive for more than seven weeks.

"I have unwavering support for Israel and always have. This will not change. Early on after the massacre of Oct. 7th, I obviously loathed hamas but was on the fence about how to feel towards the Palestinian citizens. That completely changed when I saw a video one of them had uploaded to their social media page where the Palestinian women and children of gaza were spitting on, kicking, standing on the head of, laughing at and gleefully pointing their cell phone cameras at the nude, bloody body of a young Israeli woman that was kidnapped and then murdered in Gaza. Afterwards her body was dragged through the streets for the locals to desecrate. "I have ZERO support for the Palestinians. After what I saw with my own eyes, this also will not change. Barbaric, vile, demonic, purposefully evil- are just a few descriptives that come to mind. If I see or hear anyone having sympathy for them, I immediately share the true side that I saw of the Palestinians myself in an attempt to correct their mistaken sympathetic behavior."
