They can't stand Trump.
They can't deal with the fact that Trump uses business tactics rather than diplomacy. And it works, which hurts their sensibilities.
They aren't interested in actual peace. They prefer activism over meaningful dialogue.
They hate Trump. Did I mention that already?

"The head of the Nobel Peace Prize tried to justify not giving the award to President Trump early Friday — subtly suggesting the commander-in-chief was not worthy of the illustrious award despite his historic breakthroughs seeking the end of the Israel-Hamas war.

"A statement from Machado said she dedicates the prize “to the suffering people of Venezuela and to President Trump.” Trump showed support for Machado in January for “peacefully expressing the voices and the WILL of the Venezuelan people with hundreds of thousands of people demonstrating against the regime.”
