"However, as Mediaite noted, the podcast has peddled hate directed at Kirk and his widow, Erika Kirk, for which no apology has been provided."
"A giddy progressive podcaster learned the hard way that even when Democrats win elections, celebrating the assassination of a conservative is revolting to mainstream Americans.
"Two days after the Democrats swept the midterms, the leftist hosts of the “I’ve Had It” podcast decided to celebrate by reveling in their hatred for conservatives, according to Breitbart.
"During an episode titled “Drinking MAGA Tears,” host Jennifer Welch and co-host Angie Sullivan amused themselves by mocking conservatives’ positions on abortion, transgender issues, and vaccines.
"Then it was time to celebrate the September 2025 assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk by reading a post that glorified violence.
“'We’re digging up Charlie Kirk and doing it again,” Welch read.
"Then came giggles amid the smug contemplated murder."
"As backlash over the comments grew, Cash App, Chewy, Boll & Branch, and Lola Blankets all said they would stop sponsoring "I've Had It." . . .
More, including reactions from sponsors.
Jennifer Welch has learned nothing. Charlie wasn’t murdered by the 2nd Amendment or because someone mishandled a firearm. He was murdered by a political assassin - a culture they roundly endorse with every laugh, snicker, and vile joke at his expense. But of course, she knows that. She and her co-host laughed uncontrollably because they’re actually happy Charlie is dead. If they apologize for being part of a toxic and evil culture that perpetuates violence against conservatives, I might actually be willing to listen. Until then, I hope and I pray every sponsorship dollar continues to dry up until they are left without a cent to make any more insulting, half-hearted donations to their pet causes. This isn’t about politics, it’s about basic human decency, something they still very clearly lack.
