How repulsive that designer scarf people call the victims of the German SS "Nazis"

Jewish student told 'Hitler didn't finish job' on TMU campus | Toronto Sun ..."This one, however, will haunt the 21-year-old, fourth-year student — as it was meant to.

A pro-Palestinian protester outside the university yelled this at her: “It’s too bad Hitler didn’t finish the job,” and added, “You wouldn’t be here.”

"It’s a heinous thing to say to anyone, let alone someone who’s great-grandparents were Holocaust survivors.

"And since they survived the horrors inflicted by Hitler’s Nazis, Laura now lives in a free country where she is entitled to go to school without being dehumanized and terrorized. That’s not her experience right now.

"While there are repercussions for someone like a conservative-leaning Don Cherry for something he did not say but is perceived to have said, there are no repercussions for statements like this on Canadian university campuses." . . .

The courage of a female fencer

 Mike McDaniel

"This isn’t about bravery or nonexistent "trans rights." It’s about mediocre male athletes “identifying” as women to suddenly, dishonorably, win. Hopefully, American fencing will once again recognize reality and if so, we’ll have Stephanie Turner to thank."

"The Trans Superiority Narrative (TSN) adopted by America’s leftists and their institutions tells us anyone who so identifies is a superior being. In touch with a higher morality and reality, their whims must not only be adopted but praised by mere Normal Americans. Compared to their brilliance, the hard work, sacrifices and rights of America’s women are meaningless. We are also told of their superhuman courage, which when backed by the entire leftist establishment, and prior to January 20, the entire federal government, might be considered something less than genuine bravery.

"At the beginning of April, fencer Stephanie Turner joined the expanding ranks of actual women demonstrating real courage. She refused to fence a man pretending to be a woman, was black- carded—fencing’s most serious sanction--and in an act of spite, tournament officials ejected her from the venue.

"Turner had previously avoided competitions with trans entrants, but this one apparently registered after Turner, and she wasn’t aware she’d have to fence him until she’d already fenced four bouts. USA Fencing was quick to defend itself, saying she was ousted for refusing to fence, not because USA Fencing was upholding any ideology, no sir. While such a rule exists, there is more than sufficient reason to believe they were motivated by the TSN." . . .

Morning Joe said this was the "Best Biden Ever""

 Dayton Olesen

"So the Biden family kept the secret while watching Joe’s dementia grow.  There were no lawyers or friends nearby who dared to address the issue.  The Biden family and his colleagues were hiding it from the world, for their own advantage, forcing the demented man to agree to their decisions and assent to the signing of documents that in a court of law could be successfully contested.  This is a crime we are talking about, not a joke.  And those who are guilty need to be held accountable."

"Many close associates and colleagues are now revealing that they knew the state of Biden’s brain almost from the beginning of his presidency.  We are told that the president seemed befuddled about what he had done, that he had forgotten he had signed bills, such as House speaker Mike Johnson reported after his meeting with Biden.  And most everyone saw the president wander into the jungle while on a trip.  Even as they report on the mistakes Biden made, they do not seem to understand the demented brain.

"Those of us who have dealt with loved ones suffering from dementia know that you can’t take much of anything they say at face value.  They simply are not capable of knowing what they think.

"The first thing most people lose as their dementia progresses is executive function.  They can’t take the evidence before them and make decisions; they can’t run committees or respond well to papers or arguments that are put before them.  That Biden, according to Ron Klain, thought he was president of NATO isn’t funny; it shows that he was in another world through most of his presidency.  Taking his comments and decisions seriously is ludicrous.

“ 'Being of sound mind” is always on the will when one signs it.  There can be some levels to this; as one is fading, one can determine that it is time to get one’s documents in order.  But there is a line where the “being of sound mind” clause kicks in, and one can be declared non compos mentis.  Documents signed by someone with dementia can be contested.  There is room for mischief here.  Some states offer legal help and consultation to the elderly who feel they are being conned out of their money and property.  Indeed, that is a good and beneficial service.  There is, without doubt, a lot of fraud around those issues." . . .

Victor Davis Hanson: The Nature of War

Daily Signal   "Traditionally, the way that political differences were settled—the aggressor versus the invaded—was by defeating the enemy through superior force. Not proportional force, not symmetrical, but asymmetrical and disproportionate force. Forcing them to either surrender or to forcibly destroy their means of opposition. And then humiliating them and subjecting them to political reform."

"What do I mean? They’re saying, “I don’t really care if Iran says they have a nuclear weapon or not. We’ll deal with that. But we are going to defeat Hamas, humiliate it, and force them either out of Gaza or to disband. And we’re gonna do that by superior force. And we do not really care what CNN shows you on your television screen.' ”

The Rank Foolishness of ‘Proportional Response’ - The American Spectator

"The principle of proportional response is like most ideas from the left. They are all good sound bites and make for snarky bumper stickers, but never work in practice. The ascendancy of proportional response under Obama made the world less safe and its practice under Biden has directly led to hundreds of thousands of deaths in Ukraine, Russia, and Israel. But never mind for the left, what matters is appearances, bad results are for others to clean up."

Kash drops trans school shooter’s manifesto—now we know why they buried it…

 Revolver

"The manifesto, which was written by trans mass shooter Audrey Hale, confirms what we already figured: this was a radical, mentally unhinged leftist who openly hated white people, Christians, America, and her own body. The FBI and Nashville PD conveniently left this out of their report. Why would they do that? Because it didn’t fit their “trans are victims” narrative."

"The media and the Left controlled the narrative by doing what they do best—hiding the truth and literally burying the manifesto.

"No more…

"Now, thanks to our new FBI Director Kash Patel, we’re finally getting a look at what they tried so hard to bury. Kash just released over 1,000 pages of the trans school shooter’s writings to Megyn Kelly and Congress—and what’s inside is absolutely bone-chilling." . ..

. . .Investigative reporter Andy Ngo shared the breaking news on X:

Andy Ngo:

Breaking: @FBIDirectorKash has released to @megynkelly and congress over 1,000 pages from the writings of the Nashville trans Christian school shooter. The @MNPDNashville had downplayed and omitted key aspects of Audrey Hale’s beliefs in its recently released report into the 2023 Covenant School shooting. A judge had previously blocked the release of the writings as well.

The writings provide clear statements Hale was an autistic leftist trans violent extremist, having extreme hatred for whites, America and cisgender society.

“I’d like to dispose my vagina.”

“Female pronouns make me feel like I wanna die.”

“I hate being in a woman’s body. Need to die.”

“Kill all the white kids. Kill my own race.”

“Every white person who lived and died, I hate you all”

“I have to kill so I can be remembered in the most horrific way possible that no one can ever forget.”

Hale’s rants reflect many common views among the far-left. They have been sympathetic to Hale, honoring her as a victim days after the mass killing.. . .

. . ."These aren’t just random ramblings. They reflect the growing radicalism within the trans movement—a movement that’s riddled with mental illness and embraces liberals who treat violence like virtue and mental instability as an identity."

Nancy Pelosi Helped Cover Up Biden's Decline and We Now Have the Receipts

PJ Media

Of course, the most revealing aspect is how Pelosi tried to have it both ways. She privately pushed for Biden's removal while publicly praising him, even suggesting he deserved a place on Mount Rushmore during Harris's nomination celebration at the DNC convention in August.

America's best and brightest.

"A bombshell new book by Chris Whipple, "Uncharted: How Trump Beat Biden, Harris, and the Odds in the Wildest Campaign in History," has exposed Nancy Pelosi's duplicitous role in President Biden's dramatic exit from the 2024 presidential race.

"According to Whipple's reporting, Pelosi privately acknowledged Biden's declining mental state while publicly defending him. During a May 2024 White House visit for her Presidential Medal of Freedom ceremony, Pelosi was reportedly “startled” by what she saw.

According to Whipple's book, Pelosi went to the White House in May 2024 for an awards ceremony and was "startled by how much the president had aged."

"He was not the same Joe Biden," Pelosi told a friend, according to the book.

Pelosi was at the White House to accept the Presidential Medal of Freedom, but the day was "awkward, even painful" for her as she worried Democrats would suffer on Election Day, the book says.

"She couldn’t shake the realization that Joe Biden was a shadow of himself," Whipple wrote.

The next month, the Wall Street Journal published a bombshell report titled "Behind Closed Doors, Biden Shows Signs of Slipping," which outlined several instances where the president made gaffes and displayed low energy in various meetings with lawmakers and officials, citing dozens of interviews with Republicans and Democrats who either participated in meetings with Biden or were briefed on them at the time.

While the Journal’s report featured multiple claims that mirrored what the book claims Pelosi felt at the time, she took to social media to trash the "hit piece."

. . . This was not merely a casual concern. We all remember how Democrats repeatedly pushed the narrative that Biden selflessly chose to drop out of the race. We didn’t believe it, of course, but the book confirms what we long suspected — that Pelosi played a key role in the Democratic establishment's eventual push to replace Biden with Kamala Harris as their 2024 nominee.

"This maneuver, which culminated in Biden's July 21 withdrawal, left him feeling "betrayed" by Pelosi and Barack Obama. Reports at the time suggested that Biden endorsed Kamala as payback because both Pelosi and Obama had wanted an open mini-primary." . . .

Military Starts Reenlisting Troops Ousted for Refusing COVID-19 Vaccine

 The Epoch Times

"The reenlistments are happening under an executive order from Trump.

"Military officials say they’ve started bringing back troops who were removed from the force over their refusal to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.

"Three active-duty soldiers have been brought back in recent weeks, Christopher Surridge, a spokesperson for the Army, told The Epoch Times in an April 10 email.

"More than 100 other former service members are in the process of reenlisting, Surridge added.

"President Donald Trump in late January signed an order that called the military’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate unfair and overbroad.

"Further, the military unjustly discharged those who refused the vaccine, regardless of the years of service given to our Nation, after failing to grant many of them an exemption that they should have received,” Trump wrote at the time.

"He directed military officials to offer reinstatement to all members removed over COVID-19 vaccine refusal. The former members should be reinstated to their former rank and receive “full back pay, benefits, bonus payments, or compensation,” according to the order.

"Surridge said that the soldiers who have been reenlisted have not yet received back pay because the agencies involved “are still working to verify compensation packages.”

"Other branches said they had not yet brought back any troops or did not have information to provide.

" 'Since the process was approved on Monday morning, no Marines have been reinstated under the new pathway, as the process is still in its early stages,” a spokesperson for the Marines told The Epoch Times in an email.

"Some 40 Marines have completed the initial questionnaire, which is the first step in the reenlistment process, and officials expect that number to grow in the coming weeks." . . .

Covid Reporting Taught Me Anti-Vaxxers Aren't the Cartoon Figures They Are Portrayed As | Voice of San Diego

"I didn’t realize at the time that I was carrying around a fair amount of lazy thinking – courtesy of the echo chamber in which I spend much of my days. Most of my friends are liberal. Gasp! I’d told a lot of them about our findings in Lakeside – that deaths there more than doubled after the vaccine was released, while going down in the rest of the county – and so many people said some cutting version of: “Serves them right.”

Are Democrats Synonymous with Treason and Sedition?

The Thinking Conservative     . . ."The name may have changed from “Tesla Takedown” to “Hands Off” to protect the treasonous guilty organizers but their intent remains the same communistic playbook play. “Accuse your enemy of what you are doing as you are doing it, create confusion.” – Karl Marx" . . .

                    https://youtube.com/shorts/6MPkcPwbLkY?si=FF1HE_o9l3fLPvdV

"One of the hot topics for conservative Americans on social media platforms are lists of the names of famous Democrat leaders and groups of people they would like to see brought up on charges of treason and sedition by Attorney General Pam Bondi. Some of these posts are coming from actual legal professionals. So what constitutes as “treason and sedition” and why is nobody being brought up on such charges?

"The Law Dictionary has this to say about treason and sedition:

"“The terms “treason” and “sedition” are often used interchangeably, but they actually have different meanings. Treason is a federal crime that consists of acts against the United States government, while sedition is a state crime that consists of inciting rebellion or violence against the government. Although both crimes can be punishable by imprisonment, treason is generally considered to be more serious.”

"As Americans we have certain protections and one of those is the First Amendment right to free speech. But still, that right comes with limitations. Any attorney general has to walk a fine line between what constitutes Constitutionally protected free speech and what is somebody going off the deep end inciting violence. On top of that, our laws are always open for reinterpretation to fit to the times we live.

"A year ago nobody would have thought people attacking a specific model of automobile would be considered “domestic terrorism” but then a year ago we did not have mass attacks on innocent Tesla owners and dealerships. Innocent people were suddenly afraid for their own wellbeing as well as that of their property simply because of a vehicle they drive founded by Elon Musk, Tesla. Musk is now cooperating with President Donald Trump in the new DOGE office they founded to audit the Federal government. So because he is under heavy security protection some “low IQ individuals” (as President Trump refers to them) figured it would be a good idea to start attacking Tesla’s in place of Elon Musk.

"So of course in the scenario above we are talking about lawless liberal lefties trying to impose their will on the right. In this case they want to pressure Musk to stop the audit and DOGE to cease existence. But what is the conservative radical right doing as a response?

"The answer is they are calling for and demanding the prosecution of liberals by name citing their alleged criminal acts of engaging in treason and/or sedition. It was a real stretch by the left to call the J6 Protesters, “insurrectionists” back in 2021. But this time around the charges to come against the lefties (if they ever do) may not be so farfetched as some of those who could be charged would be due to their own words and actions. Those words and actions rise to a level far more serious than an elderly woman praying in the Capitol Building not knowing she was doing something wrong." . . .

Lesley Stahl HUMILIATED As Freed Israeli Hostage Calmly Lists The FACTS About Hamas

Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein

"She was not being insensitive. She was trying to put doubt into his mind about his experience. She was gaslighting him because she wanted to promote the idea the Hamas isn't that bad. How terrible of her to treat anyone that way, let alone a person who was tortured and denied food and feared for his life as a hostage!"

Here are your starving Hamas fighters, Leslie.
. . ."Police have privately shown journalists a single horrific testimony that they filmed of a woman who was at the Nova festival site during the attack.
"She describes seeing Hamas fighters gang rape a woman and mutilate her, before the last of her attackers shot her in the head as he continued to rape her." . .  .

The Word Went Out: ‘Get Trump’

 Issues & Insights

To our memory, he was never called a fascist, Nazi, aspiring tyrant, authoritarian, racist or bigot during this time. But someone gave the orders, and Trump was consequently villainized, smeared, maligned, and dehumanized." . . .

Babylon Bee: 'Unite Not Divide' Sign Partially Obscured By 'Donald Trump Is A Nazi' Sign

"It’s fair to ask how Donald Trump went from celebrity real estate developer to the man most detested by about half of Western society. We think we know how this vilification happened.

"Read on.

"In 1949, William Randolph Hearst, owner of the largest newspaper chain in the U.S., sent a two-word message to his editors: “Puff Graham.” It made evangelist Billy Graham, in Los Angeles for one of his early crusades, into “an instant celebrity nationwide,” according to the Los Angeles Times.

“The sudden front-page coverage showered on Graham by Hearst newspapers in mid-October (after three weeks of little notice) was quickly matched by other newspapers and news magazines – literally a media circus descending on his rallies under a big tent,” says the Times.

"Graham’s fame soared as he later appeared on the covers of the day’s leading magazines, from Time to Newsweek to Life.

. . ."Quite clearly, we’ve seen the opposite happen in the case of Trump. It’s not unreasonable to conclude that one powerful and influential person, but more likely a cabal of the powerful and influential, sent a two-word message somewhere around 2015: “Get Trump.”

"Before he was a presidential candidate, Trump was a superstar. He was a frequent and popular guest on Oprah Winfrey’s shows. In 2000, Winfrey, who had a warm relationship with Trump, and might be the original media influencer, wrote a letter to the future president in which she said “Too bad we’re not running for office, what A TEAM!”

"Trump was also once considered “America’s business icon,” a “budding media darling,” “the definition of an American success story,” and was known as the rich but empathetic man who talks “to porters and maids.” He was so popular not that many years ago that he had his own brand of retail products, which Macy’s once relied on to “build its image as a national brand.” He was, simply put, “a popular celebrity.”

"To our memory, he was never called a fascist, Nazi, aspiring tyrant, authoritarian, racist or bigot during this time. But someone gave the orders, and Trump was consequently villainized, smeared, maligned, and dehumanized. Two people have already tried to kill him, and no one knows how many more want to because they’ve bought the left’s lies and misinformation. More than half of self-identified leftists say killing Trump would be a justifiable act. The outpouring of mindless hatred toward the man is psychotic.

"To think this happened organically is to believe that the anti-DOGE protests aren’t astroturfed but a grass-roots movement of Main Street Americans. Someone or someones somewhere saw Trump as a threat to their political hegemony and sent out word that this meddlesome man must be removed. The campaign might eventually succeed, but it will have come at the cost of the well-being of tens of millions of Americans who are suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome and might never recover their mental health."

USS Cairo Gunboat and Museum -

Vicksburg National Military Park (U.S. National Park Service)

Brief Overview   "One of seven shallow-draft City Class river ironclads, The U.S.S. Cairo was commissioned in January of 1862. Named after towns along the upper Mississippi and Ohio rivers (Cairo, Illinois in this instance), the seven formidable City Class gunboats prowled the Mississippi River and connecting shallow waterways, menacing Confederate supply lines and shore batteries.

"The Cairo’s career was short, seeing limited action in battles at Plum Point, Tennessee (also known as the battle of Fort Pillow) in May,1862, and Memphis, Tennessee in June, 1862."

Selfridge and the Sinking of the USS Cairo   "The Cairo's skipper, Lt. Commander Thomas O. Selfridge, Jr., was an aggressive and skilled captain. On the cold morning of December 12, 1862, Selfridge led a small flotilla of gunboats into the hazardous confines of the Yazoo River. Tasked with destroying Confederate batteries and clearing the river of torpedoes (underwater mines) the flotilla inched its way up the murky waters. As the Cairo reached a point seven miles north of Vicksburg the flotilla came under fire and the aggressive Selfridge ordered his guns to the ready and called for full steam, bringing the ironclad into action. Seconds later, disaster struck. Cairo was rocked by two explosions in quick succession. The first tore and gaping hole into the port (left) bow of the wooden hulled ironclad. The second detonated a moment later near the armored belt amidships on the starboard side. The hole on the bow proved to be catastrophic. As the doomed ironclad took on water, Selfridge ordered the Cairo to be beached and the crew to abandon ship. Within twelve minutes the Cairo slid from the river bank into six fathoms (36 feet) of water without any loss of life."

'Everybody should be fired': Rob Lowe says entertainment industry has abandoned Los Angeles and California

The Blaze

. . ."He said that it was more expensive to walk across the street and shoot a film than it was to move the entire production to another country." . . .

"Actor Rob Lowe decried the state of the entertainment business in California and claimed that he was forced to miss out on a television show because of mismanagement.
"Lowe made the comments while speaking with guest Adam Scott on his "Literally! With Rob Lowe" podcast. He said that it was more expensive to walk across the street and shoot a film than it was to move the entire production to another country.
" 'It's cheaper to bring a hundred American people to Ireland than to walk across the lot to Fox, past the sound stages, and do it there," Lowe said.
" 'Crazy!" Scott responded.
"Scott then asked Lowe if they were to film the popular series "Parks and Rec" again if they would have to move it out of California.
" 'One hundred percent, we would be," Lowe replied. "We would be in Budapest."
“ 'It’s so weird how nothing shoots in Los Angeles,” Scott said.
" 'Nothing!" Lowe interjected. “I had my next show already done, scripts, deals closed, and they said we’re shooting this in New York, and I said I’m not moving to New York to do this, and it went away. The show’s done. Not doing it."
" 'Wow!" Scott replied. "No s**t!"
"Lowe explained that other places in the world offer tax incentives of up to 40% and other perks in order to steal production from Los Angeles.
" 'That's not even talking about the union stuff!" he added.
" 'It's criminal what California and L.A. have let happen. It's criminal. Everybody should be fired," Lowe said.
"Scott offered an anecdote about studios where he had worked, claiming they were bustling with new shows in the past but have since become a ghost town.
" '"It's weird," he said.
" 'Super, super weird," Lowe added.
"Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom recently announced a plan to double the tax incentives for the entertainment industry to $750 million in an attempt to revive business in Hollywood. Some have criticized the effort as not comprehensive enough to reverse the industry's decline." . . .
