Beto's Gun Grab and Constitution Day
"Beto is becoming more clownish every day." Lucianne
. . . "Critics of the Second Amendment say that they are not going after guns used for legitimate activities such as hunting. But when the Founders wrote the Second Amendment, it was because the British were coming, not because it was the start of deer season. As Fox News contributor Judge Andrew Napolitano notes:" . . .  "Come and take them, O’Rourke -- from our cold dead hands."

Arizona Gun Store Offers ‘Beto Special’ On AR15s And AK47s – Sells Out In ONE DAY
As before with Obama, "Now Beto O’Rourke is getting in on that action. After Beto declared his intentions to confiscate guns at the last Democrat debate, one Arizona gun store decided to do a sale in his name."  "It worked out pretty well for them."
That was pretty unequivocal — and totally done at the spur of the moment. It’s not like it was something that was endlessly rehearsed or anything. And his campaign clearly wasn’t in on it.  Oh, wait, what was that?
"I’m hearing something in my rhetorical earpiece — ah yes, we’re going to go to Twitter, where we’ve seen reports of a new product in the Beto 2020 online store:"

Hell yes, we're going to take your AR-15.

Cartoon Shows What Will Happen When Beto Comes For Your AR-15s  . . . "While the odds are “Beto” will never be elected President we believe any of the 2020 candidates would do the same thing, even if they don’t explicitly say so yet.
"So how will your average Joe react to someone showing up at the door to collect his AR-15 rifle?
"The cartoon below purports to answer that question with a brutal illustration of what might happen:

Democrats, have you no sense of decency? At long last have you no sense of decency?

Notice these accusations against the hard right? What similarities do you see today in the Democrat Party both in Congress and in Hollywood? Never forget the Democrat star chamber in their inquisition of Judge Kavanaugh and the media persecution of President Donald Trump. I'd love to go down the Democrat side of the Nadler Judiciary Committee and ask each one, "Have you no sense of decency? At long last, have you no sense of decency?". I would say no when recalling one Stephen Colbert writer declare of the Kavanaugh hearings, "I'm Just Glad We Ruined His Life"   The Tunnel Dweller

NYT Insider Reveals Who Drafted And Sent The Vile Tweet About Kavanaugh
. . . "The only supposedly new claim made in the book isn’t new and comes from Democrat attorney Max Stier, a Yale classmate of Kavanaugh’s with whom he has a long and contentious history. In the words of the Yale Daily News, they were “pitted” against each other during the Whitewater investigation in the 1990s when Kavanaugh worked for Independent Counsel Ken Starr. Stier defended President Bill Clinton, whose legal troubles began when a woman accused him of exposing himself to her in [the] hotel room she had been brought to. " . . .

What seems clear is that Mr. Stier's claims were meant to buttress an allegation from another Yale woman, Deborah Ramirez, whose story was litigated at length in 2018:
. . . "Other 2020 Democrats, from Elizabeth Warren to Beto O'Rourke, have piled on this reckless, institution-undermining talking point. "Sham process," asserts Harris, whose own conduct during said process was appalling, and whose party sat on unsubstantiated allegations against the nominee until the initial hearings (including closed-door hearings for sensitive topics) were over.  This is despicable and demagogic; classic Harris." . . .

The Ongoing Smear Campaign against Brett Kavanaugh  . . . "The New York Times’s disgraceful weekend performance is a reminder that the media performed abysmally during the Kavanaugh confirmation process." . . .

Brit Hume Slams The New York Times For Trying To Smear Brett Kavanaugh Again: ‘They Are Corrupt’
Shame, shame on The New York Times and its sweaty minions for abetting the revival of this grotesque calumny

Lindsey Graham, Start Fighting For Justice For Brett Kavanaugh  "Yes, Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed. But that isn’t justice. Justice requires consequences for those who tarnished the man and lied to Senate Judiciary investigators and committee members."
. . . "The left isn’t done. They aren’t nearly done. They will continue to hound Kavanaugh, either to twist him into a virtue-signaling pro-Roe vote, or to caution future conservative nominees to stay clear of the Supreme Court, or they’re coming for you." . . .

Trump Calls for Mass Resignation at NY Times

The print version of CNN.
Newsmax  "President Donald Trump is calling for the resignation of all journalists at The New York Times involved in the Brett Kavanaugh “SMEAR” story, claiming the reporting has ruined the “Old Grey Lady’s” reputation.

"The Times over the weekend published a story of a new allegation of sexual misconduct against Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh from his time as a student at Yale.

"The claim hinged on the recollection of a Yale classmate who the news outlet reported contacted the FBI and lawmakers during Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing. The essay was based on a forthcoming book written by two Times reporters.

"But in the book, "The Education of Brett Kavanaugh," the woman declined to be interviewed. Moreover, her friends said she did not recall the incident.

“ 'I call for the Resignation of everybody at The New York Times involved in the Kavanaugh SMEAR story, and while you’re at it, the Russian Witch Hunt Hoax, which is just as phony! They’ve taken the Old Grey Lady and broken her down, destroyed her virtue and ruined her reputation,” Trump tweeted.

“ 'She can never recover, and will never return to Greatness, under current Management. The Times is DEAD, long live The New York Times!” he added.

"The Times issued an editors’ note on Sunday that reads: “An earlier version of this article, which was adapted from a forthcoming book, did not include one element of the book's account regarding an assertion by a Yale classmate that friends of Brett Kavanaugh pushed his penis into the hand of a female student at a drunken dorm party. The book reports that the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say that she does not recall the incident. That information has been added to the article.' ”
As Trump calls for resignations, NYT finger-pointing begins on deceptive Kavanaugh hit piece  . . . "The omission of the exculpatory evidence is inexcusable by any legitimate journalistic standard, and while the activist fanatics want to press onward, journalists know that the stink is going to permanently attach itself to someone.

"The authors of the book and op-ed, NYT reporters Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly, took to MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell’s show to point fingers at their editor, claiming that their submission to the editor included the exculpatory evidence. Chuck Ross of The Daily Caller News Foundation:" . . .
What I may remember about an incident that may have happened  . . . "It should not matter that my memory of these possible events is hazy.  Nor should it matter that I have no evidence of them.  Nor should it matter that I am making the entire thing up — the technical term for which is lying.
"I should be believed.  Period.  End of story.  (Well, not yet.  There may be more.)"

Iran bombs Saudi oil refinery, aided by Barack Obama

Obama and Valerie Jarrett gave the Drone Technology to the Iranians. Now they have a "Clone Drone"

Jewish Press; Iran’s Stealth Drone that Penetrated Israel’s Border a Gift from the Obama Administration  . . . "President Obama acknowledged that the downed drone was his, and requested that Iran return it. We’re not kidding."

Obama asked Iran to return the drone. Iran is said to have produced drones based on the captured RQ-170. Got cleverly taunted by the Iranians
. . . "And the ministry spokesman, Mehmanparast, stated that "it seems he [Obama] has forgotten that Iran’s airspace was violated, spying operations were undertaken, international laws were violated and that Iran’s internal affairs were interfered with... . Instead of an official apology and admitting to this violation, they are making this request."
"Former U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney criticized Obama's decisions on the drone, saying that, after the aircraft went down, the president should have ordered an air strike within Iran: "The right response to that would have been to go in immediately after it had gone down and destroy it. You can do that from the air ... and, in effect, make it impossible for them to benefit from having captured that drone." Instead, "he asked nicely for them to return it, and they aren't going to".[30]
"On 17 January 2012, an Iranian company said it would send miniature, pink, toy versions of the captured drone to President Obama as a response to the request for sending the drone back." . . .

California, are you aware of what your state leaders are up to?

Yes, Justice Kavanaugh should sue! UPDATED

Silvio Canto, Jr.

"The left can't let go of Justice Brett Kavanaugh.  I guess that's what Roe v Wade has done to them.

"The latest attack is familiar and it involves the New York Times:

Times reporters Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly stated in a piece published Saturday that well before Kavanaugh became a federal judge "at least seven people" had heard about how Kavanaugh allegedly exposed himself to Deborah Ramirez at a party.
The report also included a new allegation that Kavanaugh similarly thrust his penis at an unwilling woman at an alcohol-fueled college party.
The president defended Kavanaugh, whom he nominated to the court in 2018.

"At some point, this malicious reporting has to stop.
"First, this "new" story is simply a replay of one retailed last year in which Deborah Ramirez claimed to be the victim. It was thoroughly debunked at the time and the Times story adds no new evidence.

"Second, the alleged attack occurred in the 1980s at a college party.  Did anyone actually see it?  The Times reportage doesn't mention anyone.

"Third, I think that there should be limits on attacking public people, especially allegations like this that go back 35-plus years.

"President Trump is right.  Justice Kavanaugh should sue and force his critics to take the stand in a trial.  Maybe it will never happen, but enough with these attacks on Justice Kavanaugh, and, more specifically, judges who think that voters rather than courts should decide the matter of abortion."   Hat tip to Cathie Post

UPDATE: Christine Blasey Ford’s Friend Doesn’t Believe Her On Kavanaugh Accusation, Says New Book  . . . "The whole tale falls apart at the end of the book, Mollie Hemingway writes. There, the authors say: "We spoke multiple times to Keyser, who also said that she didn't recall that get-together or any others like it. In fact, she challenged Ford's accuracy. 'I don't have any confidence in the story.'"

"In her own book, "Justice on Trial: The Kavanaugh Confirmation and the Future of the Supreme Court," Hemingway details the pressure applied on Keyser to get her to back up Ford's tale. The new book does so, too, saying Ford's friends "had grown frustrated with Keyser. Her comments about the alleged Kavanaugh incident had been too limited, some of them felt, and did not help their friend's case. Surely, given what a close friend Keyser had been, she could say more to substantiate Ford’s testimony and general veracity, even if she could not corroborate Ford's more specific memories." . . .

National Review: No, Brett Kavanaugh Has Not Been ‘Credibly Accused’ . . . "Imagine for a moment that you’re a lawyer investigating whether to take a case. Christine Blasey Ford has been in your office and told you a heart-rending tale of a high-school attack, but you do due diligence before taking a case, so you ask an associate to investigate. And when he does, what he finds does not support any single element of her story.

" 'Not one of the witnesses she puts forward back her account. Her own friend says she doesn’t have “any confidence” in Ford’s story. Ford herself has offered differing accounts of her age at the time of the attack, and her therapist’s notes contain a substantially different version of the story. She won’t release the complete set of therapist’s notes, and she won’t release the complete results of a polygraph she took. She’s scrubbed her social-media past, but she’s apparently extremely partisan and seems to have an ideological motivation for coming forward — to help preserve Roe v. Wade.

AOC Calls for Kavanaugh’s Impeachment following Botched NYT Article
I'm sure her declaration was greeted by a horde of adolescent voices cheering.

Only President Trump can stand up against CNN, MSNBC, TV sitcoms, and their Democrat drones.

In 2020 Trump Will Reduce the Blue Wall to Rubble  . . . "The Democrats have attempted to repair the damaged wall, but it has only weakened further as the unemployed voters who took a chance on Trump have found jobs. They won’t desert him next year, which means the crumbling blue ramparts will completely collapse in 2020.
"These voters, many of whom found themselves out of work for the first time in their lives during the Obama years, see the resurgence of the job market since the last election as a promise kept by the president. In states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, unemployment has plummeted. In Pennsylvania, for example, Obama and his Democratic accomplices declared war on coal and drove unemployment to a peak of 8.8 percent. It was still 5.2 percent when President Trump took office. Unemployment is now 3.9 percent. In 2016, the President won Pennsylvania by 44,292 votes, less than 1 percent. He will win by a far larger margin next year.  "The story is much the same in Michigan. " . . .
Donald John Trump is still your president.  . . . " 'Yemen’s Iranian-aligned Houthi rebels claimed credit for the attack, saying they sent 10 drones to strike at important facilities in Saudi Arabia’s oil-rich Eastern Province. The production shutdown amounts to a loss of about five million barrels a day, the people said, roughly 5% of the world’s daily production of crude oil."
"Glenn Reynolds wrote, "Good thing we have frackers."
"This is why Democrats want to end fracking." . . .

. . . "Speaking of Coons, the Washington Examiner reported, "Chris Coons to Beto O'Rourke: You are so not helping.' " . . .
. . .  "Zero Hedge reported, "More than 1.2 million American households moved to above $50,000 in annual income between 2016 and 2018, according to Census Bureau data released on Sept. 10, a sign of a growing middle class."
"Mitt Romney must hate this." . . .
