Raw, Uncensored Footage On The Ground At D-Day
Dinah Project presses Israel to charge Hamas terrorists for sexual violence
"Two years after the massacre, Israel has still not prosecuted any of the hundreds of terrorists arrested on Oct. 7, 2023." Sad that "Palestinians" and the Western left hate Israel more than they care for any decent people of Gaza. TD
"On the second anniversary of the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas attacks, the Dinah Project is working hard to encourage Israeli prosecutorial authorities to charge Hamas terrorists with using sexual violence as a weapon of war, as well as to increase international awareness of the issue.
"The issue of sexual violence as a weapon of war presents unique challenges, according to Ruth Halperin-Kaddari, a founding member of the Dinah Project as well as a founding academic director of The Ruth and Emanuel Rackman Center for the Advancement of Women’s Status at Bar-Ilan University, where she is a professor of law.

“It is often impossible to connect a specific perpetrator to a specific victim, which is the usual way that prosecution works,” Halperin-Kaddari told JNS in a recent interview. “In the case of Oct. 7, there are very few survivors because most of the women were killed afterwards.”
"In addition, she said, much of the forensic evidence that would have proven the use of sexual violence was destroyed in the fighting. “It was a war zone,” she said. “The first priority was to recover the bodies, identify them and bring them to burial, so no forensic tests were performed.”
"Halperin-Kaddari previously served three terms on the United Nations Committee on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW).
"The Dinah Project, named after the Biblical Dinah, the daughter of Jacob who was raped, was launched after the Oct. 7 massacre to pursue justice for victims of sexual violence. It was founded by Halperin-Kaddari, a legal scholar and former chief military prosecutor, Att. Col (Res.) Sharon Zagagi-Pinhas, and former judge and deputy attorney general Nava Ben-Or." . . .
Home - Dinah Project Recognition and justice for victims of sexual violence in conflict
Remembering the atrocities of October 7th, 2023.
"Patten and her team, tasked to gather, analyze, and verify information on conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV) from October 7 onwards, documented clear evidence of severe sexual acts such as rape, torture, and humiliation. Incidents of rape and gang rape occurred at several locations, notably the Nova music festival, Highway 232, and Kibbutz Re’im.
"The team found a patten of victims, mostly women, who were partially or fully naked, their bodies shot and mutilated, across multiple locations.
"While acknowledging the circumstantial nature of this evidence, the team concluded it indicates deliberate sexual violence, including sexually motivated torture and cruel treatment. The team was also convinced that this violence persists against the remaining hostages." . . .

War to intensify if hostages not freed ‘in the near future’
IDF finds two terror tunnels near hospitals in Gaza City
. . . "Hamas “operates systematically within hospital complexes, exploiting humanitarian facilities for military purposes. For years, the terrorist organization has built an underground system beneath hospitals across the Gaza Strip, used to manufacture weapons and to conduct combat operations,” the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit said." . . .
War to intensify if hostages not freed ‘in the near future’ “The prime minister is in regular contact with President Trump, who stressed Hamas must move quickly, or else all bets will be off,” the spokeswoman said.
"A possible sticking point is that Hamas claims it does not have all the hostages’ bodies and would need time to locate them, some of which have been buried, or are in areas controlled by Israel’s military."While the details are ironed out, the Israeli Defense Forces have taken a defensive position in the Gaza Strip, with orders to fire when fired upon. The IDF has also suspended certain bombings, but no official ceasefire is in place, Badrosian told JNS." . . .
In the End, Everyone Hated the Iranian Theocracy
VDH’s Blade of Perseus- Victor Davis Hanson
"The new reality is that either Israel or the U.S.—if they keep their earned confidence within proper limits—can now ensure a non-nuclear Iran by easily blowing up its costly nuclear program as often as it is rebuilt."
"It is hard even to digest the incredible train of events of the last few days in the Middle East.
"Iran had been reduced to an anemic, performance-art missile attack on our base in Qatar—the last Parthian shot from a terrified regime, desperate for an out—and a ceasefire.
"Iran would have been better off not launching such a ceremonial but ultimately humiliating proof of impotence.
"Even worse for the theocracy, Iran’s temporary reprieve came from the now magnanimous but still hated Donald Trump.
"So ends the creepy mystique of the supposedly indomitable terror state of Iran, the bane of the last seven American presidents over half a century.
"For Supreme Leader Khamenei, it was hard to swallow that U.S. bombers got their permission to fly into Iranian airspace from the Israeli air force.
"A good simile is that Trump put a pot of water on the stove, told Iran to jump in, put the lid over them, then smiled, turned up the heat—and will now let them stew.
"As postbellum realities now simmer in Iran, the theocracy is left explaining the inexplicable to its humiliated military and shocked but soon-to-be-furious populace. All the regime’s blood-curdling rhetoric, apocalyptic threats against Israel, goose-stepping thugs, and shiny new missiles ended in less than nothing.
"A trillion dollars and five decades’ worth of missiles and centrifuges are now up in smoke. That money might have otherwise saved Iranians from the impoverishment of the last fifty years.
"How about the little Satan Israel, to which Iran for nearly 50 years promised extinction?
"Israel had destroyed Iran’s expeditionary terrorists, Iran’s defenses, its nuclear viability, and the absurd mythology of Iranian military competence. And worse, Israel showed it could repeat all that destruction when and if it is necessary.
"So, the most hated regime in the world crawled into the boiling pot because it looked around in vain for someone to void Trump’s ultimatum for a cease and desist.
"But there were no last-minute saviors to rescue them." . . . More...

Victor Davis Hanson Reveals Terrifying Strategy Mamdani Will Use to Achieve 'His Ultimate Aim'
PJ Media Can America's population be this unschooled?
"The threat of Mamdani winning the election has frightened city business owners so much that reports say many may bolt if he takes office."
"Hanson made the comments during an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity.
"Republicans and a handful of Democrats have heavily scrutinized Mamdani for his past anti-police remarks and his refusal to denounce the phrase "globalize the intifada."
"Hanson discussed the deepening divide between Americans on the left and right during the interview, which led Hannity to ask him if, despite these ideological differences, reconciliation between the two sides was possible.
“Well, they’re incompatible with the history of the United States, the 249 years, and you have to refute them at the polls. Everybody has to get out in November and do something historic and win for the end party, the Republicans. A huge midterm victory, and that will refute it,” Hanson explained. “That’s how McGovernism was refuted. That’s how Carterism was, but this is much more extreme.”
"Hanson highlighted one of Mamdani's most recent controversies: his use of the phrase "seizing the means of production," a foundational pillar of socialist and communist ideology.
"Philosopher Friedrich Engels, co-founder of Marxism, wrote in his book, Socialism: Utopian and Scientific, that when a society takes over the means of production, "production of commodities is done away with, and, simultaneously, the mastery of product over the producer."
"The government taking over the means of production ultimately leads to the end of private ownership of property. A person no longer owns anything, including the fruits of their labor.
In a free market economy, the price for goods and services rises and falls based on the principles of supply and demand. For example, if apples grow scarce, their price goes up. This tells farmers they need to grow more apples.
"When the government seizes the means of production, central planners set prices instead of allowing markets to adjust. If the price of apples is set too low, the demand skyrockets, but farmers have no incentive to produce more. And that leads to food shortages and empty store shelves.
"When central planners try to plan for the needs of millions of people, they ultimately create mismatches because the needs of human beings are in a constant state of change. For example, they might have workers produce a ton of shoelaces when, in reality, what people need is more milk." . . .

Two Years Later, ‘Much of the World No Longer Remembers Oct. 7’
For the victims of the Holocaust, the 1972 Israeli Olympic team, the innumerable Israelis murdered in stores, cafes and homes. Add to those the countless (perhaps innocent) Arabs killed as a result of those actions by Arab terrorists. TD
"If Hamas rejects the deal, Trump told Netanyahu, “Bibi, you’d have our full backing to do what you would have to do.” So if the war drags on and on, blame Hamas terrorists, not Netanyahu and Israel."
"The brutal Hamas-led attacks in Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, left some 1,200 dead. I never would have predicted that, two years later, Hamas would continue to imprison hostages, refuse to release the bodies of dead detainees, and still be rewarded with increasing recognition of a Palestinian state.
"Terrorists proudly documented their brutality for the world to see.
" 'The astonishing fact was that at more than thirty locations, more than 3,000 Hamas fighters, along with numerous Palestinian civilians, had broken through the fence between Israel and Gaza,” Fox News Chief Foreign Correspondent Trey Yingst wrote of that day in his book, Black Saturday: An Unfiltered Account of the October 7th Attack on Israel and the War in Gaza.
" 'Hamas gunmen were going door-to-door, systematically executing civilians. In some homes, grenades were thrown into living rooms and bedrooms. In others, children were shot in front of their parents, their bodies disfigured. Terrified residents clung to their bomb shelter doors as militants fired on the handles,” Yingst wrote of Hamas’ Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. “When they were unsuccessful at breaching the rooms, Hamas burned houses down, reducing the people inside to ash after they suffocated from the smoke. Those not immediately killed were kidnapped and taken hostage into Gaza.”
"At Harvard, pro-Palestinian students jumped into action with a statement that held “the Israeli regime entirely responsible for all the unfolding violence.” Which, in America, used to be known as blaming the victims.
"Meanwhile, progressive activists turned big-name university quads into their own private camping grounds, classrooms were occupied, and scholarship took a holiday. To their shock, many Jewish students faced virulent antisemitism at institutions they thought would shield them.
"College administrators got sucked into the controversy. Within the year, three university presidents — Harvard’s Claudine Gay, Columbia University’s Minouche Shafik, and the University of Pennsylvania’s Liz Magill — resigned." . . .
In Gaza Peace Offer, Trump Should Reject Palestinian Statehood
Hamas obviously should not rule, as it is genocidal.
"President Trump should not include Palestinian statehood in his vision for peace in Gaza. While his plan seems to make statehood contingent on PA reforms, the PA’s continued rhetoric demonstrates that it is most likely unreformable."

"As multiple countries have recently declared their support for a Palestinian state, there are reports that Trump’s current peace proposal dealing with Gaza includes mention of a path to Palestinian statehood. President Trump should abandon this idea.
"Hamas obviously should not rule, as it is genocidal, refuses to end its war with Israel, and will not release the hostages. But Fatah/the Palestine Liberation Organization/Palestinian Authority (collectively, the PA), presumably the entity that would become the owner of this new Palestinian state, is also unfit. Recent developments show that the PA continues to: call for war against Israel, deny Israel’s right to exist, promote libels against the Jewish state, and seek to partner with Hamas.
Calling for War and Genocide Against Israel
"The PA continues to beat the drums of war and genocide against Israel. A host on Official PA TV stated that “the Palestinian people has the right to resist, and to resist with weapons.” The Ramallah District Governor stated that dying a martyr is “greater” for Palestinian children than finishing high school.
"Sometimes such calls to war and genocide even take religious tones, which may come as a surprise to those who incorrectly believe that the PA is a secular organization. PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’ Advisor on Religious Affairs and Islamic Relations called on Palestinians to wage “Ribat” (i.e., war based on conquering land in the name of Islam) over Israel. On Official PA TV, a PA sharia judge called on Allah to genocide the Jews, stating: “count them one by one, kill them one by one, and do not leave even one, O Master of the Universe.”
"And the PA continues to praise the violence of Oct. 7. The Former PA Prime Minister (who was the sitting Prime Minister during the Oct. 7 attack) and current Fatah Central Committee member stated that the Oct. 7 attack was “a daring operation, unprecedented in history, honestly, and it is an important chapter in the history of the Palestinian struggle.” PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’ Advisor on Religious Affairs and Islamic Relations stated that “everyone praised [the attack] and cheered as if we had liberated Jerusalem… it stirred the emotions of all of us.”
Denial of Israel’s Right to Exist
"The PA continues to deny Israel’s right to exist, which in turn feeds into inciting the Arab population against perpetual war against Israel. PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’ Advisor on Religious Affairs and Islamic Relations stated that “[W]e and our people have been under this occupation for 100 years,” demonstrating that he believes Israel within any borders does not have a right to exist. In a similar vein, a month before, this adviser to Abbas had dated the “occupation” as being “77 years” long." . . . More
The radical Left and the limitless cash spigot bankrolling it are leading Democrats to their doom. The result will change politics for the better.
"Sixteen years ago, when the Gates Foundation first began funding the Arabella network, the Left commanded the sympathy of the American people, an army of paid protesters, and the donor class. They’ve already lost the people. Now they’re losing the billionaires, too." . . .
"When I began a career of digging into the Left’s shadowy financiers, conservatives were losing the “dark money” war. Less than a decade later, it’s the Left facing extinction — and no one’s more astonished by the turnaround than I am.
"In August, news came that the Gates Foundation — one of the world’s largest mega-funders of “progressive” political schemes — was quietly defunding Arabella Advisors, the dark money ATM that’s benefitted from over half a billion dollars from Gates since 2009. Armed with billions, the Arabella network exploits our nonprofit charity laws to agitate for D.C. statehood, pack the Supreme Court, and fund Democrat voter drives — all under the guise of philanthropy, and entirely tax-free.
"The New York Times waved off the decision as a blip that “sparked unease in the world of progressive philanthropy.” But this is no blip. It’s a sign that, for the first time, Democrats are facing a crisis they can’t bluster or buy their way out of… and it’s only going to deepen.
"I should know. I was the first to expose the Arabella network in 2018, and I have been tracking it ever since. Here’s how it works."AnyFoundation, will quickly recognize the playbook. Instead of cutting checks directly to activist groups, leftist mega-donors and foundations route billions through tax-exempt nonprofits directly controlled by Arabella Advisors. That masks their identities and lets them play at being respectable philanthropies, while still bankrolling grubby political crusades."These are not political action committees like the RNC or DNC, which are heavily regulated by the FEC. The Left prefers to weaponize 501(c)(3) organizations like your local church or the Salvation Army — hence the scheme’s nickname, “charitable money-laundering.” This arrangement skirts clear laws barring foundations from intervening in politics by labeling things like voter registration “charity.” And leftists have been at it since the 1970s.
"The Arabella model adds a sinister twist: It manufacturers “pop-up” front groups that do all the dirty work in-house through a process insiders call fiscal sponsorship. These are little more than jazzed-up websites with generic names like “Fix Our Senate” and “Floridians for a Fair Shake” passing themselves off as independent, grassroots groups. Yet they’re unplugged the moment a campaign wraps up with little to no paper trail. No public filings or disclosures revealing their activities or donors. Nothing real at all — save the damage done to our country. " . . .
. . . "That leaves the world’s oldest political party looking more and more like its most lavishly funded Marxist book club. If I were Arabella Advisors, I’d start looking for a new gig. This one’s up." One always hopes.
Conservative Journalist Arrested After Grabbing Burning U.S. Flag From ANTIFA Member In Portland
Leavitt said the incident on Thursday was not peaceful protesting. Rather, she said, it is "left-wing anarchy" that has been destroying the city for years, leaving police officers battered, citizens terrorized, and businesses damaged.
| Broc Smith |
"The Portland police made a major error here.
"Conservative journalist Nick Sortor who has amassed a large following on X, was arrested while reporting on the protests outside a ICE facility in Portland.
"Sortor who has captured ANTIFA militants acting violent outside of the facility was charged with disorderly conduct.
"According to Fox News Bill Melugin, Sortor was arrested after taking an American flag that was set on fire by members of ANTIFA and proceeded to put out the flames.
"Fox News was the first to report on Sortor’s arrest:"
Conservative journalist Nick Sortor was captured on video being taken into custody in Portland, Oregon, during another night of chaotic protests outside a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility.
The arrest came after the Portland Police Bureau said it was “monitoring the protest during the evening and observed some protest participants engaging in fights.” Sortor was charged with disorderly conduct in the second degree.
“This was as big of a surprise to me as it was to everybody else. All of a sudden, you know, I’m being jumped by Antifa thugs,” Sortor told Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin following his release. “I get back up, I stumble away and go back toward cops where I think, you know, at least, all right, well, maybe that’ll be a safer place for me to go… never suspected that I was going to be the target of the arrest, that they were coming in to me.”
. . . Assistant AG Dhillon also had a message for Portland PD.
“Portland: it’s FO time. Buckle up,” she posted on X.
“ 'Nick and I have spoken, as have @AGPamBondi and I. This is a high priority for @CivilRights. About damn time Portland took the law seriously,” Dhillon added." . . .
Navy logbook that recounted Pearl Harbor recovered after 84 years
"Interestingly, the pages for Dec. 6 and 7, and into the 8th, have brown stains splattered across their sheets. “That’s another question that we’ve been wondering” about, Yockelson said during the unveiling. “We like to think that maybe … somebody was so agitated at what went on that he spilled his thermos.' ”
"One man’s trash is the National Archives’ treasure.
After more than 80 years, an old logbook containing the initial descriptions of U.S. vessels after the Japanese attack on Navy Yard Pearl Harbor in 1941 was recovered, the National Archives recently announced. The logbook covers the 16 months before and after the attack that was the catalyst for the U.S. entry into World War II.
'Its whereabouts can be traced back to the moment it was plucked from a trash bin in the 1970s at the old Norton Air Force Base in San Bernardino, California, by Oretta Kanady, The Washington Post first reported.
'In an interview with the Post, Kanady’s son, Michael William Bonds, said she found it in the bin while working as a civilian employee and thought it looked interesting. She asked if she could have it, and it remained in her possession until her death in 2000. Bonds then inherited it.
“In the last few years, I’ve moved here, moved there, it’s just been in a box,” Bond’s told The Post. “I hadn’t really looked at it.”
'The book is in good condition, and while it may not alter the basic understanding of the events of Pearl Harbor, where more than 2,400 sailors, Marines, soldiers and civilians were killed after Japanese war planes attacked U.S. military installations near Honolulu, it helps to verify the story of the day that lives in infamy." . . .More here...

"Well of course we said no! I'm not going to vote for that. My mother didn't raise a fool. And as I've said before if she did, it was one of my brothers!' "
| Louisiana Man |
"It's at a time like this that we're reminded that Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) is a treasure, and needs to be protected at all costs. During Day 3 of the slog known as Schumer Shutdown, the loquacious and often funny lawmaker took to the Senate floor for some remarks.
"He of course was on fire over the Democrats' reckless stunt driving escapade, which has left the government shuttered for a third straight day, and likely to remain so through the weekend after Friday's failed vote in the U.S. Senate by the same tally as Wednesday's. The Dems, as my colleague Susie Moore noted, do not seem to be taking things seriously, based on their behavior.
"Before we get to the clip with Kennedy's expansive comments about the "mistake" Democrat Senate Leader Chuck Schumer (NY) made by "instructing" his caucus to continue in their effort to keep the U.S. government closed for business, he said something of especial importance. And it's information that will be no surprise to most conservatives and Republicans reading in these pages.
"The Louisiana senator reminds us that radical leftists have all but hijacked the once semi-reasonable major political party on the other side of the aisle at this moment. It's crucial to stress this during the shutdown battle, since it is a reality that the Democrats would rather keep hidden from the voters at large." . . .
"This week, though, the issue that the Left is not dealing with in an honest way is: Why the federal government is closed. Kennedy does not mince words on the facts, while including a fun and apparently favorite personal saying involving his upbringing.
"It takes a few sentences before he unwinds the saying, but it's worth reading:" . . . More...
Sen. Kennedy Just Exposed More Absurd Things Democrats Shut Down the Government For
. . .“ 'Basically, President Trump just said, ‘We want you to take some stuff out of the budget that we think is wasteful,’” Kennedy began. “And we did — and that upset the congresswoman.”"That “congresswoman,” of course, is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), who, according to Kennedy, went ballistic when Trump and congressional Republicans started cutting some of the more absurd Biden-era spending priorities.
"Kennedy didn’t hold back as he read aloud what Democrats are fighting to restore. “We found that under President Biden, they were spending $3 million for circumcisions and vasectomies in Zambia,” he said. “We took that out. The congresswoman says, ‘We’re gonna shut down government until you put that back in.’”
"And that was just the beginning." . . .
Build-A-Bear Store Angrily Refuses Teenager's Request to Name Stuffed Bear 'Charlie Kirk'
Uh-huh. Did I mention that the sign posted inside the Build-A-Bear store where the incident occurred reminds customers not to use “indecent or distasteful” names? Hmm. I wonder how many "birth certificates" from that store are inscribed with "George Floyd"?
"We’ve reached the stage where so much of the raw hatred looks less like real news and more like something The Babylon Bee would write as satire. This is one of those stories.
"In a recent pathetic example, a Washington state teenager's innocent trip to a Build-A-Bear store — where the drama usually centers around whether to dress a stuffed teddy bear in a denim jacket or a tutu — quickly escalated into a contentious political showdown.
"Sixteen-year-old Evi McCormick told KING 5 TV in Seattle that she and her friends stopped by the store to create custom teddy bears, following a trend she’d seen on TikTok. But when she tried to name her bear after Charlie Kirk, co-founder and CEO of Turning Point USA, who was brutally assassinated in September, an employee at the register rejected her request outright.
"Yeah, nothing quite says "brave corporate conviction" (AKA "visceral hatred and disgusting behavior") like an irate employee screaming at a teenage girl that her teddy bear's birth certificate cannot be tolerated — by the "tolerant" left, that is.
"As reported on Friday, McCormick said of the employee:
She just didn’t [dis]agree with it. She didn’t support it and she told me, ‘We’re not doing this,’ folded it up in a force and threw it away.
"Kailie Lang, one of McCormick’s friends who witnessed the exchange, said: "It definitely made us all very uncomfortable." As it should have." . . . More...
