"It’s easy enough to dismiss Sen. Bernie Sanders’ endless lament that the rich don’t “pay their fair share of taxes,” but he should still be held to account when he flat-out lies about how much the rich do pay.

"In an op-ed published by the Guardian, Sanders repeats a number of leftist tropes: income inequality has never been greater, the Trump tax cuts benefited the rich and big corporations, the middle class is getting screwed. Yadda, yadda, yadda.

"But then he starts making some remarkable claims.

"He says that Warren Buffett’s tax rate is 0.1%, “while the average schoolteacher paid 9.8%.”

"Elon Musk, he says, faced a tax rate of 3.3%. Jeff Bezos’ is less than 1%. Michael Bloomberg’s is 1.3%, while “the average registered nurse paid 13.3%.”

"If that seems too outrageous to be true, that’s because it is.

"Those numbers are based on an analysis by the leftist ProPublica, which compared the taxes paid by these billionaires with their wealth, not their income.

"But as anyone who pays taxes knows, the government taxes income, not some fanciful measure of wealth.

"That same ProPublica report shows that from 2014 to 2018, Buffett paid $23.7 million in taxes, against an income of $125 million. That’s a tax rate of 19%.

Jeff Bezos paid $973 million in taxes on income of $4.22 billion. That’s a 23% tax rate.

"Musk’s tax rate was even higher – 30% – since he paid $455 million on income of $1.52 billion.

"So how did ProPublica manage to force their “true tax rates” down to near zero? Simple, they estimated how much their wealth had increased over those same years using estimates compiled by Forbes of the value of their stock, property, and other holdings, then said that, because those “gains” weren’t taxed, their “true” rates are super low." . . . More...

Chinese Anchor Babies, Now Adults, Accused of Planting Bomb at MacDill Air Force Base

This incident underscores the severe national security threat that illegal immigration and birth right citizenship pose to the United States.


"A pair of Chinese-American siblings is accused of planting an improvised explosive device (IED) at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. The siblings, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials have revealed, are the now adult “anchor babies” of Chinese illegal aliens who were rewarded birthright citizenship for their two children after their mother delivered them in the United States.

Last week, the Department of Justice (DOJ) brought charges against 20-year-old Alen Zheng and 27-year-old Ann Mary Zheng after they allegedly orchestrated an attack on MacDill Air Force Base, including planting an IED on the premises.

Federal investigators allege that on March 10, 2026, a bomb threat at MacDill Air Force Base was called into the police. Investigators said Alen Zheng made the call, though no IED was found at the time. Two days later, the Zhengs left the U.S. for China.

On March 16, six days after the Zhengs allegedly planted the IED, an Air Force service member discovered the bomb. The following day, Ann Mary Zheng flew back to the United States from China and was arrested by authorities.

Her brother, Alen Zheng, is believed to still be on the run in China.

Alen and Ann Mary Zheng’s parents are Qiu Qin Zou and Jia Zhang Zheng, illegal aliens from China who were both ordered deported from the United States in 1998. The couple had their two children in the U.S., despite being illegal aliens, and therefore, their children were given birthright citizenship — anchoring their parents in the United States for decades.

“Automatically granting citizenship to children of illegal aliens born in the U.S. is based on a historically inaccurate interpretation of the Citizenship Clause and poses a major national security risk,” DHS’s Lauren Bis said in a statement:

James Carville Reveals the Dems' Revenge Playbook Against Trump in Unhinged Rant

"James Carville is not exactly known for measured political commentary, but his recent rant on the Politics War Room podcast took things to a whole new level. The famed Democratic strategist unleashed a profanity-laced tirade directed at Donald Trump, and buried inside all the bluster was something genuinely revealing: a detailed roadmap for how Democrats plan to weaponize the federal government against Trump and his family the moment they return to power.

"Listen to me, Trump, I'm gonna tell your fat f***ing a** something," he said. "You're getting ready to get the living crap kicked out of you."

Classy start, right? Let’s keep going, shall we? From there, he launched into what he clearly believes is a credible prediction, and unlike his 2024 election prediction, this one is probably accurate. Democrats, he said, intend to investigate Trump relentlessly once they retake power. "The Democrats are going to investigate you to no end," Carville warned, name-dropping Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) as the man waiting in the wings with subpoenas ready to go.

Any pretense of post-election civility, he made clear, would be purely theatrical. "They're gonna go down to the White House on November 10, and then you're gonna have some stiff photo of them sitting there, talking about collegiality and cooperation. Ha! Believe that bulls**t."

Then comes the part that should concern anyone who cares about equal justice under the law. Carville wasn't just talking about garden-variety oversight or legitimate congressional inquiry. He was talking about going after Trump's family. "They're gonna start figuring out where all the money stolen is," he said. "Then they're gonna go after your stupid jack*** kids and their spouses and all the other bulls**t that you see, and they're gonna investigate the s**t out of you."

He also floated the idea of leaving Trump exposed to the International Criminal Court. "The one thing that Democrats are going to insist on in the 2028 election is that if you're indicted by the international courts in The Hague or somewhere in the Netherlands, we're not gonna protect your a**."

"The White House ballroom has run into some legal setbacks, which are far from resolved. But now we can report that one other procedural hurdle has been surmounted; the National Capital Planning Commission has officially approved the plans for President Trump's White House project

The commission, which is led by Trump appointees, met last month to evaluate the plans and public comments, many of which were negative. Critics have blasted the project as "appalling," a "monstrosity" and "vulgar" in the public comments.

Will Scharf, the Trump-appointed commission chair, said he personally read every comment submitted to the commission and many of the negative ones were "unresponsive" and "dealt with issues beyond the scope of this commission," such as the ballroom's funding, the demolition process and Trump.

"I think it's safe to say that Rhode Island Democrats have not covered themselves in glory with the way they have responded to a mural of Iryna Zarutska that was being painted on the side of a building in Providence.

"RedState reported Monday on how the city's woke mayor, Brett Smiley, had called for the mural of the murdered 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee to be removed on grounds that it was "divisive."

"I continue to encourage our community to support local artists whose work brings us closer together rather than further divides us," Smiley proclaimed in his original statement, citing the alleged "misguided, isolating intent of those funding murals like this across the country" (read: Elon Musk).

"As we also documented, the owners of the LGBTQ club that had allowed the mural to be put up had to issue multiple statements due to the outcry, first to reassure the community that they were, in fact, Democrats who didn't support President Trump, and then later to confirm they would be bending the knee to the mob and having the rendering removed.

"Not surprisingly, Smiley is doubling down on his own divisive rhetoric, admitting in two local interviews that the funding from Musk was the impetus behind his call to have the mural removed. 

"He also claimed that there was never a mandate from him that it be taken down, even though he knows full well and good that making public comments voicing his displeasure, along with what he felt should be done about it, undoubtedly would fuel the fire and make the flustered club owners feel they had no choice.
