Thanks to those bail-in ballots, and the state’s rule that they can be counted up to two days after the day of the election, the final results weren’t released until Friday night.

"Mosby made a major mistake: She ran on her record. She celebrated reducing the prison population significantly (using Covid as an excuse); she rejoiced at “holding police officers” accountable for their alleged misdeeds; and she was pleased to have exonerated many criminals after she reviewed their convictions through her progressive lens.

"Her record speaks for itself. During the eight years before she took office in 2014, there had been an average of 229 homicides per year in Baltimore. During her five-year reign, that average jumped to 331 — nearly a 50-percent increase.

"Right behind were increases in rapes, aggravated assaults, and robberies, jumping 13 percent, 12 percent, and 42 percent, respectively.

"Mosby gained national attention when she overcharged six police officers involved in the arrest of street thug Freddie Gray in 2015. He was arrested for illegally carrying a flip-out knife (he had a record of at least 18 prior arrests, including drug and assault charges).

"It took all six officers to subdue Gray and force him into a police van for transport to police headquarters. As National Review Online explained:. . ."

"As of late June, according to an Army spokesperson, the Army had only hit 40% of its recruiting goal of 55,400 new soldiers for fiscal year 2022. The reasons contributing to plunging recruitment are complex, including more detailed medical screenings, a shrinking proportion of Americans eligible to serve, poor marketing practices, low civilian unemployment and more. NARAL Pro-Choice America gives Nadler a legislative score of 100 percent. He introduced legislation to pack the Supreme Court in 2021, before the decision in Dobbs that stoked liberal rage at the institution. He also chairs the House Judiciary Committee and has held hearings about the Dobbs decision, including one where a Democratic witness claimed that men could get pregnant and have abortions.

"The only vote Nadler has ever taken that could even remotely be construed as pro-life was his support for the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act of 2002. The bill passed the House by a voice vote, so no roll call was taken, and it is unclear where Maloney stood on it. The bill went on to pass the Senate unanimously and be signed into law by President George W. Bush, demonstrating how uncontroversial it was. Nadler has given leftists everything they could possibly want on the abortion issue. His only problem, apparently, is that he is male.

"This document was sent to me by a friend whose wife is a hospital nurse for new moms and their babies," evolutionary biologist Colin Wright Wright told The Post Millennial. "He said this new 'inclusive terminology' is being implemented at her hospital, and that nurses and other health professionals are being required to ask each patient what terms they wish to have used when discussing their care."

The guideline also includes words "chestfeeding," "human milk feeding," and "lactating person" to use in place of "traditional terms" like breastfeeding, nursing mother and breast.. . .

Well, as it turns out, there was more footage, as our friends at Twitchy covered, and it contains sloppy cuts.". . .

. . ."A major complaint from the video published Tuesday afternoon was that the president didn't blink, once. His voice also sounded croaky and hoarse though. While Biden does blink in the raw footage video, his voice remains problematic. It even sounds like he's slurring his words. "This law does so much more, it saves lives, including yours," he says at one point. "It'll help you do your job, but it's just a start," he says at another. The additional footage also gives deeper context to Biden referencing being "pro-cop," despite how members of his party have supported defunding the police. "Last week, I rolled out by Safer America plan, with a goal of doing three key things," Biden shared, including "taking additional commonsense steps to reduce gun crimes and violence." It's worth reminding that to the president, and Vice President Kamala Harris, "commonsense steps" include a ban on so-called assault weapons, even though fellow Democratic lawmakers acknowledge that's not practical. Many responses point to the particularly poor editing job". . .
