'Squad' member said claims of Hamas rapes were 'propaganda' days after lawmakers saw videos of 10/7 atrocities

Why, Mr. Bowman, did you make the statement you just made? Pictured: Gazans mock and stone the body of an Israeli kidnapped on Oct 6th. How can anybody side with these darlings of the Democrat Party?

"Extreme House Democrats remain so blinded by their Antisemitism and their love of Hamas they will not only ignore horrific crimes committed against Israeli women, but will actively seek to discredit their trauma," NRCC National Press Secretary Will Reinert told Fox News Digital in a statement."

Story by Joe Schoffstall   "New York Democrat Rep. Jamaal Bowman called reports of Hamas terrorists raping Israeli women "propaganda" just days after lawmakers viewed a nearly 45-minute video of the bloody Oct. 7 attacks on Israel.

"A social media post that slipped under the radar shows the 'Squad' member making the remarks during a Nov. 17 rally with dozens of pro-Palestinian protesters in New York.

"There was propaganda used in the beginning of the siege," Bowman said in a TikTok post discovered and reported by Politico. "There’s still no evidence of beheaded babies or raped women. But they still keep using that lie [for] propaganda."

"Bowman made the contentious remarks just three days after he and other lawmakers were offered a November 14 viewing of the Hamas raid. The 150 House members who attended the screening were left in a state of "shock and disbelief" after seeing the attack, Jewish Insider reported at the time. The House Foreign Affairs Committee hosted the screening.

"Politico further noted that evidence of Hamas raping innocent women grew substantially in the months after the attacks. He also appeared to backtrack on the "propaganda" remarks in a statement provided to the publication." . . .

White House Absurdly Claims Biden Won't Let GOP 'Defund the Police,' Other Preposterous Nonsense

"Memo to the White House: The GOP has zero intention of "defunding the police" — and you know it."

Washington Post Fact-Checker Gives Up on Recording Biden’s Lies

The real reason the U.S. is getting involved in this situation is because Joe Biden has an electoral concern. He has to be seen as “doing something” to help the Palestinian Arabs and to interfere with Israel’s efforts to defend itself from Hamas terrorists. This is because his Democrat Party base includes loads of voters who hate Israel and support Hamas.

Biden at his most ridiculous – RedState   "Buck-passing, which embattled Joe Biden has honed to a tee throughout his miserably failed presidency, is one thing; flipping the script on the "Defund the Police" movement and now trying to blame it on the Republicans — and vowing to stop the GOP from doing so — is off-the-charts Looney Tunes.

"Then again, Joe Biden.

"As exclusively reported by Fox News, the opening sentence reads like satire:

The White House is blasting House Republicans and accusing them of taking steps to defund the police while claiming President Biden will protect law enforcement and support crime-reducing programs.

"Farcical — on several fronts.

"First, of course, it was Democrat city officials across America who ushered in the insanity of the Defund movement in the aftermath of George Floyd's death and subsequent left-wing riots.

"Second, to suggest that the Republican Party owns record violent crime rates in this country — which run rampant in Democrat-run cities —is preposterous.

"Then again, Joe Biden." . . .

Which matches up well with what we know about him from the earlier criticism by former U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates, who served with him under both Presidents Bush and Obama. As Gates memorably said, Joe Biden “has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.”

Now it appears that Joe Biden wants to extend his record of foreign policy wrongness into a fifth decade.

Joe Biden Isn’t a Gaffe Machine – He’s a Total Liar (1945)   . . .It would be easy to dismiss Biden’s stories about being a truck driver, confronting a local drug dealer, or even his exchanges with a friendly Amtrak conductor. Joe's being folksy is how it might be explained if Biden were just the kindly old man down the street. His "tall tales" would seem harmless.

"But Biden isn't the old man down the street – he lives at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and is the most powerful man in the world.

"More importantly, in an op-ed defending the free press earlier this year, Biden wrote, "The First Amendment grants a free press extraordinary protection, but with it comes, as many of you know, a very heavy obligation: to seek the truth as best you can — not to inflame or entertain, but to illuminate and educate."

"He added, "It matters. The truth matters.". . .

Trump's Third Act has begun. It's a beauty.

 Scott Adams on X:

The predictable Democrat Summer Hoax will add some excitement, but it will be forgotten and debunked by November.

"Next week, Trump could make over $4 billion when his media company goes public, removing all doubt about his billionaire status.

"And you can stop asking if he would have been better off putting his inheritance in a savings account in the 70s. "I expect Trump to leave a 15% tip for Leticia James and the Democrats because they made his windfall possible by hunting him and censoring him for years. You can call it a bond, not a tip, if you prefer. "When the Supreme Court tosses out the unconstitutional fine, Trump gets most of his "tip" back. "The Democrats planned to cripple Trump financially so he couldn't spend as much on the campaign. Trump turned Leticia James into his best fundraiser. "Lots of interesting developments lately on the topic of the 2020 election. The Simulation wants at least one of those fresh allegations to be a Kraken. "Trump's legal maneuvering is likely to keep him eligible for the election." . . .

The Great Trumpdini strikes again!

The Great Trumpdini strikes again! - American Thinker   "Was there ever any doubt Donald Trump would somehow escape the clutches of his nasty, yet so incompetent enemies?  Martha Raddatz can start tearing up again, and MSNBC hosts can dejectedly trudge away from their camera positions outside Trump Tower or Trump National Golf Course.  There will be no sheriff’s deputies coming with padlocks.

"Mr. Trump got his appeal bond reduced, and he can cover the smaller amount.  Oh, and for good measure, he picks up another $3 billion in stocks next week as his Truth Social platform goes public.

"The rest of us just sit here in slack-jawed wonder to imagine what this guy will do next.  I haven’t seen somebody pull out so many aces from his sleeve since the Great Cardini.

"Letitia James will pound the table that “this changes nothing” — Trump still owes all the money from the verdict — but she is wrong.  Trump will have about two years now to go through all the New York appeals, and then probably the SCOTUS as well, to cut that judgment down to size.  I don’t think the New York appeals court would be giving Trump a break here if they didn’t think that much of Judge Engoron’s decision is weak or downright ridiculous." . . .

The pair invoked Sigmund Freud to analyze liberal America’s insane lust to seize Trump’s assets. They came up with how the Left’s anti-Trump tendencies reek of Soviet-style authoritarianism, infantile regression, and gross disregard for the Constitution and the rule of law—the latter part you probably already knew about.

All Biden's Fault: Hamas Rejects Latest Ceasefire/Hostage Deal, Seals Their Fate

Obama Privately Voiced Concerns That Joe Biden Could 'F--- Things up' (businessinsider.com)

RedState

"Joe Biden abandoned Israel on Monday when he refused to have the U.S. veto a UN Security Council resolution. The resolution called for an immediate ceasefire, which would then stop Israel from wiping out the Hamas terrorists. The ceasefire was not conditional on releasing the hostages, according to the Israeli UN ambassador Gilad Erdan.

"Republicans, including Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) blasted Biden for throwing Israel under the bus and throwing a lifeline to Hamas. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also ripped the move, saying that he would be canceling a trip to D.C. that his aides had planned.

"So what has all that appeasement of Hamas resulted in?

"Israel had agreed to a very bad deal in order to try to get the hostages, which included 5 Americans, out. The offer was a six week ceasefire to have an exchange of people.

It would get out a lot of the hostages, but let a lot of Hamas murderers out who would likely come back into the war against Israel. So not a great idea.

But even that wasn't enough now, with Biden throwing Israel under the bus and the UN being allowed to pass that disgusting resolution. Now Hamas is responding saying Israel is not responding to any "basic demand" -- that they want a comprehensive ceasefire that has Israel completely pulling out of Gaza and returns all "political prisoners" (Hamas terrorists being held by Israel).

"So Biden's actions made Hamas even more reluctant to come to the table and deal honestly. Why should they? They know Biden and the UN will continue to pressure Israel. If they hold out, they likely believe that they can do even better and get more murderers released. That's the result of Joe Biden's weakness. Hamas doesn't care if civilians might be hurt in the process, they don't give a darn about their own people.
"Ambassador Erdan ripped the UN Security Council vote for giving "hope" to Hamas.

"Releasing the hostages should be the first priority of the Council. Your demand for a cease-fire without making it conditional on the release of our hostages harms the efforts to release them and gives Hamas hope of achieving a cease-fire without releasing them. All council members should have opposed this resolution," Erdan said.

"So now what will the left say? Israel was willing to agree to a bad deal, but once again, it's Hamas throwing a wrench into a ceasefire deal. It's Hamas who is always the problem in this equation, yet the Biden administration and the left will continue to attack and blame Israel, while essentially helping Hamas in the process." . . .

Poll: 71% of Palestinians Support October 7 Massacre, Majority Wants Hamas Returned to Power in Gaza

That 71% would be those in Gaza City who we heard cheering at the GoPro views of Israeli families being murdered by Hamas during the actual effort at genocide. The Tunnel Dweller

Cheers for this in Gaza!

Legal Insurrection (legalinsurrection.com)  "More than five months after Hamas-led savage marauders slaughtered more than 1200 Israeli men, women and children, support for the October 7 massacre is at an all-time high among Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza.

“Despite the ensuing war, the humanitarian crisis and the atrocities committed against Israelis, the vast majority of Palestinians in the West Bank (71 percent) and the Gaza Strip (71 percent) still viewed the October 7 “offensive”,” the Israeli TV channel i24NEWS reported Thursday citing a poll released by the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research (PSR)." . . .

. . ."The poll figures once against confirm widespread support for Hamas’s genocidal ideology among Palestinians. While Hamas led the October 7 attacks, its terrorist forces were accompanied by ordinary Gazans as they went murdering, torturing and raping their way across the communities in southern Israel.

"Earlier this month, a United Nations team that investigated the crimes committed on October 7, acknowledged that Gaza ‘civilians’ joined Palestinian terrorists in committing horrific atrocities on Israelis.

"Those who breached the “Gaza perimeter fence at multiple points” on October 7 included Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorists “other armed elements and armed and unarmed civilians,” the UN report admitted.". . .

Amid Rafah criticism, Israel looking for non-American weaponry - The Jerusalem Post (jpost.com)  "Israel is currently trying to find a bypass to obtain weapons and raw materials from non-American outlets to overcome the material gaps of critical combat equipment, KAN News reported on Monday morning.

(saturday-october-seven.com)
"KAN cites a security official as claiming that the "increasing criticism and delegitimization fueled by both Muslim groups and antisemites endanger the transfer of US-backed ammunition and warfare.

"There is concern that the tensions with the US are stimulated by the entry of Israeli troops into Rafah alongside the humanitarian issue in Gaza.[These factors] will affect Americans' willingness to continue assisting Israel with the same intensity."

"There are currently multiple countries that do not provide warfare to Israel and do a "quiet boycott," which states that [these countries] are bound by state laws to sell weapons to countries in conflict.

"For example, Canada stated that they would stop providing Israel with warfare last week, which includes electronic cards and subcomponents used for the Iron Dome and Italy, nor selling Israeli armaments for navy ships." . . .

The Melting Pot Myth Is Destroying America

The American Spectator | USA News and Politics

The fact is that there are a wide array of people, customs, cultures, practices, traditions, and beliefs that we Americans should not want melting into our country, and that we have every right to refuse them entry to our national pot.

Omar's fellow Somalians. Or maybe Antifa rioters?

"Nobody, to my knowledge, has ever accused Rep. Ilhan Omar of being a nationalist. But if her recently surfaced comments about Somalia are any indication, she is, in fact, an ardent one — just not for the nation of America.

"A few months ago, controversy broke out surrounding comments Omar made during a speech about Somalia (delivered to a predominantly Somalian crowd in Minneapolis): “We are people of brotherhood, people of blood, people who know themselves to be Somalis, to be Muslims,” Omar thundered, according to the English-translation subtitles. “We are a gifted set of individuals with a patriotic spirit that acknowledges our homeland and strives to protect it.” In a shockingly candid admission, Omar openly bragged to the crowd about her ambition to serve the interests of a foreign nation while ostensibly representing American voters in the U.S. government: “The U.S. government will do what we tell the U.S. government to do,” she boasted. “That is the confidence we need to have as Somalis.… For as long as I am in Congress, no one will take over the seas belonging to the nation of Somalia and the United States will not support others who seek to steal from us.”

" 'Us,” of course, did not refer to the United States. No serious observer of politics could ever imagine the congresswoman describing America in such terms.

"Omar was not the only Somali-American politician to openly boast of a dual (at best) loyalty. Earlier this month, Ohio state Rep. Ismail Mohamed touted the emergent bloc of Somalia Firsters in U.S. politics: “We have 20 or more different political representatives. And of course, Ilhan Omar is our representative at the federal level…. Our main objective is to discuss things that concern Somalia. It’s our country. It’s our people. Our aim as [a] united front is to lobby for Somalia.”

"Tempting as it may be, it is difficult to lay all the blame for this nation-within-a-nation phenomenon — a potent impulse among many ethnic blocs within America today, well beyond Somalians — at the feet of Omar and Mohamed. In many ways, Omar and Mohamed are rational actors; they came to this country as Somalians, and this country gave them no reason to rethink or abandon that identity. Their comments are the inevitable result of a nation that no longer has the political will to both inspire and demand loyalty to this country, and only this country, from all who wish to reap the considerable benefits of U.S. citizenship." ...  (Emphasis mine, TD)

Chuck Todd Is What’s Wrong With NBC News And Exactly What They Deserve

  Derek Hunter (townhall.com)

There are no standards at NBC News, there are only orders from the Democratic Party. It’s the video version of Yellow Journalism – random YouTube channels have higher standards.

"Imagine being Chuck Todd. Sorry if you just ate, but that’s kind of the point, isn’t it? Todd is a left-wing toady and former staffer to Iowa Democratic Senator Tom Harkin, just in case you didn’t know where he’s coming from. His wife makes a fortune consulting for extremist progressive candidates like Bernie Sanders, but don’t worry, Chuck remains above it all and is an honest broker when it comes to the news. Actually, no, he’s a complete fraud and activist with a press pass.

"Remember when he declared no one would be invited on Meet the Press to discuss climate change if they disagreed with the left-wing’s orthodoxy on the subject? It was because he cares so deeply for journalistic integrity that he forbids differing opinions, that’s how journalism works.

"Why pick on the Ginger Avenger? Because he threw the equivalent of a temper tantrum on Meet the Press Sunday because his employer, NBC News, dared hire former head of the Republican National Committee, Ronna McDaniel.

"I’m no fan of McDaniel; the GOP has managed to lose dozens of winnable elections on her watch, but that a former party Chair would get a contributor gig is nothing new – Howard Dean was hired by NBC News after his tenure at the DNC without any drama, and he’s a certifiably insane lunatic who spews some of the dumbest words ever assembled into sentence form.

"But McDaniel is different because of Donald Trump." . . .

This Is What Living ‘Duty, Honor, Country’ Looks Like -

(RELATED: West Point Leadership Turns Its Back on ‘Duty, Honor, Country’)

The American Spectator | USA News and Politics  "At a time when the United States Military Academy removed “duty, honor, country” from its mission statement in favor of an abstract word salad about “Army values,” it was refreshing to read of an uber-competent man who lived that motto every day of his long life and career, benefitting America and the world immeasurably.

"As Army chief of staff from late 1939 through the end of World War II, Gen. George C. Marshal displayed organizational and logistical genius in shepherding a tiny, ill-equipped, and outdated army of fewer than 200,000 (in 1939 the American army ranked in size with Bulgaria’s and Portugal’s) into a trained and well-armed citizen army of more than 8 million by the end of 1942. Winston Churchill called Marshall “the organizer of victory” with good reason. The complications and sheer density of logistical, cultural, and political difficulties involved in producing millions of fighting men out of civilians, who before the war had never suspected that places with names like Tobruk, Dunkirk, or Guadalcanal even existed, were enough to make a room full super computers blow their tubes.

Statesman and General

"But we didn’t have supercomputers in 1939 and 1945. We had Marshall, who didn’t fire a shot or hear the cannon’s roar during that largest and most destructive war in human history. Instead, he won the critical Battle of Washington. His victory not only gave America its needed warriors, but with a mobilized American industry, it provided the planes, guns, tanks, ships, and let’s not forget, the Spam and C-rations, required to take the battle to determined, formidable enemies and prevail.

"Like Dwight Eisenhower, Marshall’s service to his country didn’t end when he took off his uniform. He served first as secretary of state and then secretary of defense in the Truman administration. He was a statesman as well as a general.

"As the secretary of state, Marshall was the driver behind the European recovery program — better known as the Marshall Plan — which channeled $13.3 billion ($173 billion in 2023 dollars) to Western Europe. The purpose of the program was to give an economic lift to countries devastated by the war to help ensure that they did not fall into the Soviet orbit. Marshall’s contribution to the program and its success won him the 1953 Nobel Peace Prize.

"These accomplishments are dazzling and well-known to those versed in history. They’re covered in detail in numerous volumes detailing Marshall’s wartime contributions, as well as his hand in picking up the pieces after the guns went silent. But these are not Josiah Bunting’s beat in Making of a Leader. Instead, Bunting takes readers through Marshall’s pre-WWII life to show how he became the man needed and available at America’s most dangerous moment." . . .

Biden, Schumer and the Plot to Overthrow Netanyahu

CarolineGlick.com   "Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer says Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is an obstacle to peace and must be replaced. Is he alone among the U.S. government in his efforts to oust the premier? And is there cooperation from forces from within Israel to topple the elected government of Israel? I provide the answers on IN FOCUS."

It Turns Out The Story Was Fabricated. | The Daily Wire    "The former director-general of the Al Jazeera network, which is essentially a mouthpiece for the Qatar government which hosts the leaders of Hamas, admitted that a story on the site alleging IDF soldiers raped women near the Shifa Hospital complex was false." . . .

Israel’s ‘Iron Wall’: A brief history of the ideology guiding Benjamin Netanyahu (msn.com)     "Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has signaled that Israel’s military will soon launch an invasion of Rafah, the city in the southern Gaza Strip. More than 1 million Palestinians, now on the verge of famine, have sought refuge there from their bombed-out cities farther north. Despite U.S. President Joe Biden’s warning against the move, Netanyahu appears, for now, undeterred from his aim to attack Rafah.

The attack is the latest chapter in Israel’s current battle to eliminate Hamas from Gaza.

"But it’s also a reflection of an ideology, known as the “Iron Wall,” that has been part of Israeli political history since before the state’s founding in 1948. The Iron Wall has driven Netanyahu in his career leading Israel for two decades, culminating in the current deadly war that began with a massacre of Israelis and then turned into a humanitarian catastrophe for Gaza’s Palestinians.

"Here is the history of that ideology:" . . .

Speaker Johnson Counters Dem Attacks Against Netanyahu By Inviting Him to Address Congress

  American Greatness

Netanyahu and other senior Israeli officials have also made it clear that the two-state solution is dead until the Palestinians are deradicalized. Israeli officials believe they cannot make peace with an enemy that is determined to destroy Israel, and Israeli and Western leaders made a grave mistake after decades of believing otherwise.

"Kudos to House Speaker Mike Johnson, who yesterday extended an invitation to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to address the U.S. House of Representatives. This was an important and much-needed gesture to reassure the Israeli people that the vast majority of Americans stand with Israel in its war against the Hamas terrorists and do not agree with the surge in hostility toward the Israeli government by the Biden administration and some Congressional Democrats.

Johnson’s invitation was in response to the backlash over shocking comments made last week by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, describing Netanyahu as an obstacle to peace and calling for new elections in Israel. Schumer also condemned how the Netanyahu government has conducted the war against Hamas and for its opposition to a two-state solution peace plan, which Schumer said will make Israel a “pariah.”

"Schumer’s comments were condemned by Republicans and many Jewish groups. His criticism was so over the top that Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz, Netanyahu’s chief political rival, criticized Schumer for meddling in Israeli politics when he said, “Israel is a strong democracy, and only its citizens will determine its leadership and future. Any external intervention in the matter is incorrect and unacceptable.”

"Prime Minister Netanyahu, who usually avoids criticizing U.S. officials, lambasted Schumer in an April 17 CNN interview:

" 'It’s inappropriate to go to a sister democracy and try to replace the elected leadership there. That’s something that Israel, the Israeli public, does on its own, and we’re not a banana republic.”

“ 'The majority of Israelis support the policies of my government. It’s not a fringe government. It represents the policies supported by the majority of the people. If Senator Schumer opposes these policies, he’s not opposing me. He’s opposing the people of Israel.” . . .

. . ."Johnson’s invitation was the perfect response to these craven moves by the Biden administration and Schumer to throw Prime Minister Netanyahu under the bus to boost Biden’s reelection chances." . . .
