Radical Leftist Francesca Hong Does Total 180 – Now Claims Thanksgiving is Her Favorite Holiday! (VIDEO)

 The Gateway Pundit

"Francesca Hong, the radical leftist running for governor of Wisconsin, has been in the news for the last two days over negative comments she once made about Thanksgiving being a symbol of colonialism and ‘the original superspreader.’

"Well, the polling on that must have come in because now Hong is out there telling people that Thanksgiving is her favorite holiday and she totally means it, everyone.

"These people have no shame. They will literally look you in the face and say whatever they think will open the doors of power for them." . . .    More...

When Will The Climate Liars Stop Lying? – Issues & Insights

 Issues & Insights

We’re supposed to believe that water from polar ice sheet and glacier melting caused by human-caused global warming flows into the oceans and spreads toward the equator, shifting “mass away from Earth’s poles,” slowing the rotation.

"For nearly 40 years, the global warming cabal has spread fear and wasted resources on an emergency that doesn’t exist. While their influence has begun to wane, as their credibility has crashed and their lies have been exposed, the fabrications, exaggerations, and junk science continue. How much longer must we endure their campaign of rancid propaganda?

"The dawning moment of the global warming movement was NASA scientist James Hansen’s June 1988 testimony before the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.

“'In my opinion,” he told lawmakers, “the greenhouse effect has been detected, and it is changing our climate now.”

There was evidence, he insisted, “that the Earth is warming by an amount which is too large to be a chance fluctuation and the similarity of the warming to that expected from the greenhouse effect represents a very strong case.”

"And yet 38 years later, there’s been no climate catastrophe.

"Reality hasn’t slowed the flood of lies, though. Let’s take a look at a few.

"Washington Gov. Jay Inslee reflexively blamed his state’s wildfires on climate change. Soon thereafter, a man was arrested in connection with one of the three fires burning through Spokane County and has been questioned in arson investigations into other fires. And as our friends at Power Line have noted, wildfire damage in terms of acres burned peaked nearly a century ago and, in fact, is down more than 80%.

"NPR wants Americans to believe “climate change is now threatening a pillar of childhood: summer break,” which has become “increasingly dangerous through heat, wildfire smoke, floods, and storms.” Retired meteorologist Anthony Watts says “the premise is false, ridiculous even,” with NPR relying “almost entirely on anecdotes rather than evidence.”

“What has changed is not that summer suddenly became dangerous. What has changed is the media’s insistence on framing ordinary weather challenges as catastrophic symptoms of dangerous climate change.” . . . More...

Does Climate Change Cause Forest Fires? | Power Line    . . . "If “climate change” doesn’t cause forest fires, what does? Arsonists. The recent fires in Spain and France appear to have been deliberately set, and the same is true for the fire near Spokane that former Governor Jay Inslee blamed on “climate change.”. . .

Bandcamp Censors Boy George's Pro-Israel Song

"'We Will Dance Again' offers other side to Left's pro-Palestinian messaging"

Christian Toto

"The artistic community has said little about other Jewish performers being cancelled or silenced. Why start now?"

Don’t bother calling Jimmy Kimmel or the ACLU.

Neither the late-night talker nor the once-mighty group care about censorship when it hits anyone perceived to be on the Right.

And if you’re a pro-Israel voice, you’re on your own, too. Just ask Alyssa Rosenheck. The author of the upcoming “White. Blonde. Jew.” saw her Nashville book appearance canceled due to alleged safety concerns.

Now, Boy George is learning this depressing lesson.

The former Culture Club singer released a new song late last month, “We Will Dance Again,” that debunks the pro-Palestinian messaging against Israel. The lyrics pull no punches.

You say genocide, I say war
When you’re attacked, that’s what the army’s for
Does it get ugly? You bet it does
When I know you wanna kill
Every last one of us
Every last one of us
Every last one of us
You never mention October 7
Young girls raped against trees
Murdered brutally
For the crime of dancing
You condemn the Jews, with selective memory
Musicians holding flags, mouthing like sheep
Propaganda fuelled by the Internet feels so weak

"Triggering! And fair.

"The song’s release caused a commotion in the artistic community, because artists are allowed to have one specific opinion on the intractable Israeli/Palestine war.

"It’s a genocide. Disagree? Shut up, bigot. He had to fire his label manager for refusing to promote the song. He pulled out of a “Jesus Christ Superstar” London production due to the chaos the song inspired." . . .More...

What Happened When Germans Opened an American Engine for First Time in WW2?

For you gearheads out there.

Norman Rockwell

WW2 Dossier and WW2 Records  "In October 1943, three Luftwaffe engine specialists stood around a captured American radial engine at Rechlin — Germany's top flight-testing center. They expected to confirm what everyone in the Reich believed: American manufacturing was crude, sloppy, inferior to German precision.

"They removed the cowling. Nine cylinders, air-cooled, twelve hundred horsepower. And within minutes, something was wrong. Not with the engine — with everything they thought they knew about American industry. The machining was flawless. Every part fit without hand-filing. No shims. No adjustments. Then one of them checked the data plate riveted to the housing. The name stamped on it wasn't an aircraft manufacturer. "It was a car company from Indiana. "What the Rechlin engineers discovered inside that engine — and what it revealed about why Germany was already losing a war it didn't know it was losing — is one of the most quietly devastating engineering revelations of the entire conflict." . . .

"When I was an EE in the 1980s (digital logic for graphics cards) the Germans were still doing this (fixing bad engineering designs on the manufacturing floor by very skilled labor). Our management talked with a German company and they decided to share some of their designs so they could be made by both companies. When our engineers saw the German designs we burst into laughter because it couldn't possibly be assembled in a US factory. They were using ECL logic and to avoid clock timing problems (setup and hold violations) they had the factory floor choose one of several circuit paths on the board with different delays presumably according to an oscilloscope measurement. Our board designs could be assembled from any parts with no testing and it was expected to run. This is not a matter of worker efficiency, it was a matter of engineering design effort. The designer was expected to work on a design so that it could use any parts that met the spec for that part. It was not that the parts were "identical" but instead that engineer specified the variation in parts sufficient to work with the design. Translating timing specs on digital chips into dimensional part specs, it's a bad engineer who specifies a part dimension as 0.500". That is an exactness that no factory can produce. Instead, a dimension is always given a range, for example 0.495" to 0.505" and the factory is expected to keep all parts in that range and the engineer was expected to verify that parts in that range would always work in the design. To make manufacturing easier, the engineer is expected to modify the design so that it can use parts with as wide a tolerance as possible (frequently what is available as a standard inexpensive part). That is what US tradition in engineering design is about not quite what this video describes. The tradition dates to the Revolutionary War and war of 1812 when firearms were more or less first specified to have interchangeable parts. To get this to happen you have two actors interacting, the engineering designer and the manufacturing engineer. The designer specifies the necessary tolerance and the manufacturer verifies that they are producing parts within that tolerance." Carl Brannen

Wisconsin gov. candidate Francesca Hong's response about 'canceling Thanksgiving'

 NY Post

A socialist Dem running for Wisconsin governor became visibly uncomfortable and served up a word salad when asked whether she still stands by her call to “cancel Thanksgiving” because it is “celebrating colonialism.”

"At the height of the Covid pandemic, Francesca Hong, who is the frontrunner to become the Democratic nominee in America’s Dairyland, said that the beloved holiday needs to be scrapped, and that America “should have done this in 1621.”

"She added: “If it takes a worldwide pandemic for us to realize we should stop celebrating colonialism and the original superspreader event that killed Indegenous [sic] folx [sic] and women so be it.”

'"CNN’s Kaitlan Collins asked Hong point-blank Monday whether she really believes that, and the democratic socialist uncorked with a bizarre 46-second response in which she made no effort to deny that she still wants to throw out the turkey.

I’m a chef, and one of the first meals that I made that was for the community when i was 16 was a Thanksgiving meal. I always think my hospitality background and owning a restaurant for 7-8 years, that bringing folks around the table to share conversation and build community is always a good thing.

But Thanksgiving is also a time that’s incredibly painful for many people in our communities. So I think there I wanted to make sure people understood there are multiple views, but views can evolve.

And the position I’m running for right now — and I think my background as a chef will actually help me become a better governor that’s able to bring more people to the table.

"Collins then thanked the candidate for joining her and concluded the interview.

"The socialist darling’s Thanksgiving hatred is not an anomaly, though. Hong has gotten hung up about at least seven American holidays in social media posts." . . .More...

Mike Rowe Absolutely Demolishes the DSA's Useful Idiots, One Painful Comment at a Time

Teri Christoph – RedState

"My post referred to . . . a number of elected Democrats who have agreed to campaign on their behalf – including Gavin Newsom, who said, "The Democratic Party must accept the DSA in order to take back the Congress.” His words, not mine."

"Mike Rowe is a gem of a human being. He's a man's man who is both practical and smart – and he's not a bit afraid of using his celebrity to opine on controversial topics. He unabashedly champions America and everyday Americans, making it one his life missions to help young people learn the trades that will keep our nation humming along.

"And, boy does he have a way with words, which usually leaves those who question his beliefs looking quite foolish. One of the best things about Rowe's writings is that he makes his position on a wide variety of things quite clear, but you don't actually know his politics because it's not about that at all. It's about the truth.

"Now, truth being the enemy of the Left, he often finds himself the target of angry keyboard warriors who can't stand the fact that Rowe doesn't always – or ever – share their overwrought beliefs.

"That's just what happened recently when Rowe posted a video of Bill Maher taking Democrats to task for welcoming communists into their party. When Rowe urged Democrats "to speak out loudly and clearly against an ideology that has been proven, demonstrably, to be a really bad idea," he was treated to a barrage of nastygrams from leftists trying to defend the party's embrace of DSA commies.

"His response to the 7,600 comments he got for telling Democrats to wake up resulted in one extremely long and epic X thread (included in its entirety below). Let's take a look at some of the back and forth." . . .More...

Cop involved in George Floyd saga reveals deeply chilling secret

 Revolver News

"Minneapolis officials were desperate to stop the city from burning down to the ground. Dems were turning Floyd into a global political symbol and cashing in on it like never before. Corporate America had also placed its bets on Saint Floyd."

"The death of George Floyd became such an absurd political commandment.
"Within minutes, the media had settled on its cast of characters. They had their martyr, its villain, supporting cast of bad guys, and a well-crafted version of events that Americans were expected to accept without any question whatsoever. And thanks to this media and leftwing narrative, cities burned to the ground, shameless politicians, city officials, and Hollywood celebs took a knee, US corporations flooded the racial-victimhood industry with billions of dollars, and Derek Chauvin was declared a cold-blooded murderer way before the jury ever walked into the courtroom.
"It was an absolutely insane circus, with this dangerous edge that no one could stop.
"But one thing we can say with complete sincerity is this… we never believed justice was served.
"We believe Chauvin became the patsy in a political free-for-all that had no room for reasonable doubt, medical complexity, police training, or evidence that might interfere with the narrative that was racing around the world, like an Olympic gold-medal runner.
"Yes, the photos looked horrible. But a disturbing picture shouldn’t be used in place of medical records, a fair examination of police procedure, or an honest trial. But it was, and Chauvin and his fellow officers never stood a chance against a mouth-foaming mob.
"But the evidence was never as “clean” as the media pretended it was.
"The official Hennepin County autopsy ruled Floyd’s death a homicide and listed the cause as cardiopulmonary arrest. Chauvin didn’t murder him. In addition, that same report also listed arteriosclerotic and hypertensive heart disease, fentanyl intoxication, and recent methamphetamine use as significant conditions that led to this death. The medical examiner also made clear that classifying a death as a “homicide” is a medical determination, not a legal finding of criminal guilt.
"Again, the autopsy didn’t declare that Chauvin murdered Floyd, quite the opposite, actually." . . .More...

How we know Americans will have to pay reparations:  When our national leaders kneel for George Floyd out of fear that the supporters of Maxine Waters, Jasmine Crockett, Al Green, and many other Democrats will burn our cities down.
How did that work out? Humiliating contrition did not work; will reparations suffice? Never enough for the scowling activists and the likes of present and former MSNBC commentators. TD

Navarro Went To Prison For Less Than Fauci's Bogus 5th-Pleading

The witness who appears and stonewalls needs an objectively valid excuse; Fauci’s blanket Fifth is not one.

 The Federalist

"The statute Congress wrote already draws the line. The witness who appears and stonewalls needs an objectively valid excuse; Fauci’s blanket Fifth is not one. The witness accused of willful default must be shown to have known his conduct was unlawful; Navarro’s jury was never even allowed to hear why he believed the opposite."

"One hundred and eleven. That is how many times Anthony Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment before a congressional committee this week, reading the same canned sentence no matter what he was asked.

"Four. That is how many months Peter Navarro spent in federal prison under the very same statute, after telling Congress exactly why he believed he could not comply: President Trump had invoked executive privilege, and the privilege was not Navarro’s to waive.

"The two contempt-of-Congress cases could not be more different, and the difference is not politics. It is written into the text of the statute on contempt of Congress, which Congress split into two distinct crimes with two distinct standards. Understanding that difference tells you two things at once: why a contempt charge against Fauci might actually stick — and why Navarro’s conviction should not survive the appeal now.

"If Fauci is charged with contempt of Congress, it will be under 2 U.S.C. § 192 — the same statute the Biden Department of Justice charged Navarro with. After someone receives a subpoena from Congress compelling his testimony, Section 192 prohibits two different actions: (1) “willfully” defaulting (that is, neither producing requested documents nor showing up for the hearing); and (2) refusing to answer relevant questions without a justifiable excuse.

"Fauci would be charged under the second clause, refusal to answer relevant questions. While the prosecution would have to prove that this refusal was deliberate rather than accidental, that would be easy here. Fauci deliberately and intentionally refused to answer nearly every question put to him on matters big or small.

"The only defense available to Fauci under the second clause would be if he had a justifiable excuse for refusing to answer questions. The Supreme Court has said that the Fifth Amendment, properly invoked, trumps the investigative powers of Congress. So if Fauci properly invoked the Fifth Amendment, he would defeat a Section 192 charge.

Iran is running out the clock to get a weak POTUS

"Between fanatic leftists in the Democrat party and the DSA, feckless Republicans, and apathetic voters, Iran knows that time is on its side."

 M.B. Mathews

"I have never seen America this close to extinction. Nor have I seen this much apathy among conservative voters. Nor has it come this close to destruction at the hands of Islamists and Communists. Something’s got to give."

"The way things are going in America, with communism in the ascendancy, Iran knows it cannot prevail or even implement its jihad against America so long as Trump is in the White House. The plan, then, is to run out the clock until Trump is gone. Then, after the midterms, if Democrats win, they will attack a weakened America, the voters of which had the unfathomable chutzpah to install even more communists in Congress and governorships and courts.
"America will be weaker the moment Trump leaves office. The left still plans to impeach him, and jihadists plan to destroy us.
"Current leftist contenders for the Resolute Desk are, at the very least, anti-conservative. In the middle are the socialists. At the far end are the communists and Islamists who want more than life itself to conquer the Land of the Free and make her their slave. It’s what they live and die for.
"America has been an irritant to Islamists from the beginning. Now, under Trump, she is too strong to conquer. But the next POTUS, unless he is as MAGA as Trump, will be bait dangling above the dark hoods of the Islamic Republic’s fanatics. Bait gets eaten. The star in the crown of Islam will be killing the Great Satan—America. Then Israel.
"Current leftist presidential hopefuls in America are extremist socialists, extremist communists, or extremist Muslims. The leftists have no normal people to run. All they have, by design, are America-haters who have promised to do very bad things that will make America unrecognizable to the Founders. The SDA and Communist candidates plan to: . . .More

Fauci’s Private Diary Contradicts His Public Claims

 Victor Davis Hanson

"He’s the most important famous man in the nation, maybe the world, on and on and on. It’s just unfiltered egomania unchecked. He’s also unscientific. Remember, he told us that, “I remain the science.'”

"By the time you hear this, Anthony Fauci has testified before Rand Paul’s senatorial committee, and he’s going to be extensively cross-examined. Why now? Because Anthony Fauci had come under a lot of controversy for his role as Donald Trump’s unofficial COVID czar between 2020 and ’21, and Joe Biden’s czar from ’21 all the way up to the end of the Biden term, and he had communicated through emails, but he was very careful usually to say, “Erase this email,” or not to be candid.

"But for some reason, he kept a diary, and he did so on government files, government property. It was very hard to find. It was on 11 different servers. But Rand Paul’s team compiled some 1,100 pages since 2019, right on the eve of the COVID pandemic, and it is completely at odds with what he was telling you, the public, telling the President of the United States, and telling colleagues in the scientific community.

"What does one learn about Anthony Fauci? I must say at the beginning, it is kind of unfair to expose someone’s inner thoughts. I’ve never kept a diary, but I suppose that people who do vent sometimes, they exaggerate, they let off steam, and we don’t know to what effect he was doing that, but we do have an incriminating record written by Fauci himself.

"He is a narcissist. While 9,000 to 10,000 people are dying a day, he’s talking about whether he’s going to be eating with Jake Tapper that night. That’s against Fauci’s own rules of social distancing and in-house quarantine. You can’t go out. Remember, you couldn’t go out for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

"And like Gavin Newsom and like Nancy Pelosi, we see the architects of these policies. Fauci, in particular, is violating them. But he talks about all the awards he could get, how he could angle to get a million here, five hundred thousand there, what type of exemption he could get, how wonderful he was on CNN or MSNBC, how Trump is impressed by him.

"He’s the most important famous man in the nation, maybe the world, on and on and on. It’s just unfiltered egomania unchecked. He’s also unscientific. Remember, he told us that, “I remain the science.” But in his own admission, he calls in 12 expert virologists, and he asks them, given the genetic imprint of the SARS-2 virus, where did this come from? Fifth Amendment Fauci’s Narcissism Destroyed Faith in Scientific Methodology | The American Spectator

. . . "The Atlantic, in a post-hearing article, noted that Sen. Rand Paul had published Fauci’s pandemic-era diary with the writer declaring Fauci “was spending part of his time cataloguing his own growing fame with the excitement of a child star who had been asked to sign an autograph for the first time,” calling it “embarrassing to an excruciating degree.” It speaks volumes that his home office in 2022 was shown with a huge portrait of him, plus two separate images … and a Fauci bobblehead. His diary notes he was particularly proud of the toy." . . .

The Confession of Joe Biden

Jonathan Turley

"The record is now largely complete. So is the inescapable conclusion: Biden lacked clarity on most everything but his alleged crimes. His deception and culpability were established in both the Zwonitzer and Hur interviews. Biden gave Hur a virtual confession, and Hur gave him a pass.

"Below is my column in The Hill on the release of the tapes from former President Joe Biden’s interview with his biographer. The Biden team fought for years to keep the public from hearing the tapes. We now know why. Here is the column:"

"For years, former President Joe Biden has fought to prevent the release of tapes acquired by former special counsel Robert Hur in his investigation. After those efforts collapsed this month, it became clear why Biden and his aides were so determined to keep the public from seeing the evidence.

"In addition to showing Biden’s mental diminution even before he was elected president, the tapes show that Biden effectively confessed to the crimes Hur would later excuse on the grounds of his mental infirmity.

"Biden’s interviews with his biographer, Mark Zwonitzer, conducted four years before he would be elected president, show that Biden was already having trouble remembering names and dates.

"Hur was tasked with determining whether Biden had committed the same crimes that led later to charges against President Trump — retaining classified material, mishandling such material, and related crimes.

"It turns out that Biden had already admitted to these alleged crimes, years before the documents were found in various offices and the garage of his home.

"Despite all the evidence of knowledge and use of the classified materials, Biden and his aides suggested that no one had been aware of its removal and repeated transfer. In the meantime, after the raid on Mar-a-Lago to search for classified material removed by Trump, the Justice Department granted Biden and his team every possible accommodation.

"Then came the searches of his home, with the pictures of files in his garage, office, and other locations. These included clearly marked classified material." . . .More...
