Rebranding – Medical Schools Playing Hide The DEI Ball (Our Report)

 Legal Insurrection

CriticalRace.org Report: “The schools, particularly the medical schools, are hanging on to DEI, like survivors on a shipwreck, and they’re hoping for a rescue…. They’re not giving it up.”

. . . "Medical schools across the U.S. are rebranding their diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) departments as the Trump administration increases scrutiny of DEI programs in higher education and medicine, according to a new report by CriticalRace.org.

"The report, which examined six medical schools, found that although the departments have been renamed, their programming has remained largely unchanged, despite some softened language since President Donald Trump began his second term in 2025.

“'The rebranding is not really meaningful in a sense,” William Jacobson, a Cornell Law School professor and founder of the Equal Protection Project, told Fox News Digital. “The programming hasn’t changed and a lot of the examples, and I think there’s a couple in our report, they simply shift programs over to a different department or under a different name, but the programming hasn’t really changed.”

"The medical schools profiled in the report include Drexel University College of Medicine, Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, Saint Louis University School of Medicine, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, and the University of Nevada-Reno School of Medicine (UNR Med). CriticalRace.org’s report notes that the schools often used terms such as “belonging,” “engagement” and “excellence” in names of what appeared to be rebranded DEI departments." . . .

. . . “The federal and state governments can help, but we need a long-term effort over many years to change the culture on campuses to a culture of equality, not a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion,” he told Fox News Digital." . . .

“Alaskan Voters Need to Know”: Times Alleges Peltola Campaign Conspired to Confuse Alaskan Voters With Decoy “Dan Sullivans”

USS The Sullivans DD-537 | Buffalo Naval & Military Park  "The Buffalo Naval & Military Park’s decommissioned Fletcher-class Destroyer, DD-537, was the largest and most important class of U.S. Destroyers used in World War II. Named after the five brothers from Waterloo, Iowa who died together aboard USS Juneau CL-52 in November 1942, USS The Sullivans was the only ship in the Navy to be named after more than one person."

“Alaskan Voters Need to Know”: Times Alleges Peltola Campaign Conspired to Confuse Alaskan Voters With Decoy “Dan Sullivans” – JONATHAN TURLEY

"The New York Times on Wednesday published a blockbuster story claiming that multiple former staffers on the campaign of Alaska Democratic Senatorial nominee Mary Peltola implicated her and others in the effort to confuse voters with decoy “Dan Sullivan” candidates. Peltola has long denied knowledge or involvement, but the Times reported that she was allegedly aware of the effort that also involved campaign officials, its lawyers and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. Rounding out the array of “usual suspects” is the Marc Elias Group. Elias was involved in the Russian hoax and has been previously sanctioned in court. The Times reported that Peltola’s campaign manager told it that “Alaskan voters need to know.”

"Democrats like Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) immediately ran out to do damage control and depict Rio as a “disgruntled former employee.” The problem is that it is not just Rio. The Times referenced multiple campaign workers and brought receipts.

"The Times names Democratic operative Jerid Kurtz, who allegedly worked with and communicated with Rios and others on the campaign, including Anton McParland, who at the time was Ms. Peltola’s chief of staff. It also states that campaign lawyers were involved in this despicable dirty trick to get voters to cast mistaken ballots.

"The Times reported that the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, chaired by Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), was aware of and involved in the effort. The effort was allegedly called  “a ballot composition” project and Kurtz was allegedly paid through a pro-Peltola fund.

"The Times details the effort to conceal it. For example, the paper reports:" . . . More.

NY Times Exposes Talarico’s Fake Story About Overcrowded Classrooms

 Legal Insurrection

"I have trouble believing that this guy could win in Texas but Paxton got pretty well beat-up politically several years back and spent several years in court."

"James Talarico has a compelling story about teaching classrooms with 45 students during a two-year stint as a Teach For America educator, but even the New York Times is poking holes in it.

“'When I entered the classroom, the Texas Legislature had just gutted the public education budget by $5 billion — so I had 45 kids in one classroom,” Talarico claims on his website. “There weren’t enough desks for everyone, so some of my students sat on the air conditioning unit.”

“'In the richest country on the planet, I knew that was unacceptable,” he says.

"It is a compelling claim – Republicans cut public education funding so these students suffer. Talarico certainly thinks it will resonate with voters, which is why he keeps repeating it.

“'At one point, I had 45 students in one classroom,” he said. “There weren’t enough desks for all those kids, so I had students sitting on the air-conditioning unit in the wealthiest country in human history — in the 21st century, children sitting on the air-conditioning unit.”

"But the NY Times says the story may not be true.

"The Times reported:

Documents from the Texas Education Agency indicate that the most students ever assigned to a class period that Mr. Talarico taught was 30, with most of his classes ranging in size from 22 to 27 students. In the interviews with Mr. Talarico’s former students and colleagues, they recalled classrooms where every desk was occupied, but not crowding to the point where students were sitting on air-conditioners" . . ..

Why socialism doesn’t work — Adam Smith

 Adam Smith Institute

"Tyranny is not an accidental by-product of Socialism; it lies at its very core. It is in its DNA."

"Socialism, when implemented as a political and economic system, has historically led to tyranny and persecution for several reasons:

"Socialism typically abolishes or severely restricts private property. Without private ownership and the ability to reap personal rewards from effort and innovation, productivity declines, and economic stagnation follows.

"Government-controlled economies lack the flexibility and efficiency of market-driven ones. Central planners cannot account for the complexity of supply and demand, leading to shortages, waste, and inefficiency.

"Socialism often requires government control over many aspects of life, including employment, wages, production, and even personal choices. This erodes individual freedoms and forces conformity to state dictates.

"When the state controls the economy, political elites gain enormous power over resources and wealth. This leads to corruption, as those in power use their position to enrich themselves while suppressing dissent.

"Because socialism requires force to implement and maintain, it frequently leads to political repression. Those who oppose the government’s policies, whether intellectuals, business owners, or ordinary citizens, are often persecuted, imprisoned, or silenced. They are even sometimes killed.

"Socialist policies tend to create economic stagnation, as seen in the Soviet Union, Maoist China, Venezuela, and other examples. Without competition or incentives, innovation slows, industries collapse, and poverty spreads.

"Socialism thrives on class struggle, pitting groups against each other (e.g. workers vs. bosses). This fosters resentment and division, leading to societal instability and often violent crackdowns by the state.

"In extreme cases, socialist regimes have led to mass starvation (e.g. the Holodomor in Ukraine, Mao’s Great Leap Forward and Cultural Revolution) as government policies disrupt food production and distribution. Human rights abuses, including forced labour camps and mass executions, have been common in socialist states.

"Free markets drive innovation through competition and entrepreneurship. Under socialism, state-run industries lack incentives to improve, leading to technological and economic stagnation.

"Because Socialism requires extensive government control, it naturally expands state power at the expense of individual rights. This often results in authoritarian rule, as seen in the Soviet Union, China, North Korea, Cuba, and Venezuela.

"Historically, socialist experiments have resulted in oppression and economic ruin rather than prosperity and freedom. Its supporters say these countries never practised Socialism, but they said they did and thought they did and did what they did in its name. Whatever the theory of Socialism might say, it killed 100 million people and ruined the lives of many more.

"Tyranny is not an accidental by-product of Socialism; it lies at its very core. It is in its DNA."

Obama defends Omar and Abdul

 Don Surber

"The rest of his party quietly abandons her because she broke immigration law"

"The New York Times reported, “Ilhan Omar Investigation Involves New Scrutiny of Long-Disputed Marriage.
"“Several current and former law enforcement officials said an Obama-era investigation found some evidence that Ms. Omar had entered into a sham marriage with a man suspected of being her brother.”
"That’s the signal to the communists to drop her like the radioactive booger she is. NYT admitted the conspiracy theory was right.
"This explains the tepid response by the freaks in the freaker’s party to the FBI’s early morning raid on her home in DC.
"Democrats got good use out of her but she’s disposable. She’ll resign—Democrats may even expel her—and be replaced in a few months by another Somali in a special election.
"Fox reported, “A U.S. attorney in Minnesota, appointed by then-President Joe Biden, eventually shut down the probe in 2021, a source familiar with the matter told Fox News Digital.
"“Now, the issue has been thrust back into the spotlight as part of a new federal investigation into the Somali-born congresswoman, part of which centers on whether she or her father committed immigration fraud on her application to become a U.S. citizen.”
"The story continued, “Despite his own administration’s investigation into Omar at the time she was running for the Minnesota House, Obama condemned the renewed probe, which included a Homeland Security Investigations raid on her Washington, D.C. home on Oct. 12. Federal authorities confiscated her passport, personal phone and computer in the raid.” . . .

. . . So much for no one is above the law.
We know that future presidents will use lawfare to bankrupt political because that is exactly what Obama’s puppet Joe Biden did as he used the FBI, New York’s attorney general and a couple of local prosecutors to hound Trump and his supporters.
We also know that left-wing activist groups in the DC area are training people to get on juries and sabotage justice. House Oversight Chairman James Comer has promised hearings on the efforts to turn juries into little Judge Boasbergs who ignore the facts and the law.
Omar should be toast but DC juries and federal judges could spare her. No excitement without an indictment, but the New York Times story shows Democrats are through with her."    More.

Opinion: Obama's appalling new low has tipped the election on its head   "And we thought Michelle was the sellout.

"In endorsing Abdul El-Sayed at a Detroit rally on Saturday, Barack Obama has done the unthinkable.

"Yes, the one-time kingmaker of the Democratic Party has begun losing his own – and it's symbolic of the absolute chaos engulfing the party.

"The mainstream media would have us believe that it's Donald Trump and MAGA on the ropes.

"But little attention is paid to the pandemonium on the left, from Congresswoman Ilhan Omar to streamer Hasan Piker to twice-failed Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris, who is weighing another White House run in 2028 despite the party begging her not to.

"At the moment, it's El-Sayed – and Obama's backing of him – that's causing the most heat." . . .

"Obama, fresh off castigating black male voters in 2024 for refusing to back Kamala, outright accusing them of misogyny – 'Part of it makes me think that, well, you just aren't feeling the idea of having a woman as president' – is now implying that Dems reluctant to vote for El-Sayed are religious bigots."

Douglas Murray: The West Will REGRET Turning on Israel...

Stand Tall Israel

"The "just because we started a war and lost it why do we have to suffer argument" is pathetic. Palestinians had a number of excellent opportunities to vastly improve their lives but instead chose the path of violence. Most people know this. Trump knows this. Netanyahu knows this. Many who pretend not to know this do know this. Palestinian violence finally needs to be confronted by the free world. And that would help Palestinians confront their ruthless leaders." If Trump can punish lying FBI agents, who among us is safe?

Ann Coulter
"Times Subhead: “The charges intensified the administration’s efforts to go after the law enforcement and intelligence personnel who cast doubt on unsubstantiated claims that Joseph R. Biden Jr. engaged in corrupt dealings in Ukraine.'”

"If the midterms give us the Democratic sweep that the media is promising, at least we can look forward to a renewed trust in government. Like when the FBI manipulated social media companies into censoring The New York Post‘s exposé of Hunter Biden’s laptop by insinuating it was “Russian disinformation”—soon followed by 51 former senior intelligence officials signing a letter saying the same thing.

"'It was one of the most baldfaced deceptions ever perpetrated on the American people (not counting the one about Michelle Obama being the pinnacle of feminine beauty). Now, two FBI agents have been charged with lying to Congress to hide the agency’s role in the chicanery. Unless the prosecution is making up its facts, they look pretty guilty to me.

"'As we later found out, the FBI had known the laptop was genuine nearly a year before the Post published its scoop on October 14, 2020. Surprisingly careless for a crack addict, Hunter had left his computer at a repair store, but never picked it up. The shop contacted the FBI, which took possession of the computer and confirmed its authenticity back in 2019. Nearly a year later, the same place gave the computer to the Post.

"''Perhaps anticipating that the public would eventually get wind of the laptop, the FBI had been grooming social media companies throughout 2020, warning them about a coming Russian dump of misinformation before the election. Naturally, when intelligence specialists labeled the laptop “Russian disinformation,” the companies cried “EUREKA!” and shut down any mention of the laptop across their platforms.

"'Not taking any chances, the day the Post‘s bombshell report came out, FBI officials called top executives at social media companies to discuss the story. Whatever they say they said (there are no tape recordings), the G-men sure didn’t make clear that the laptop was not Russian disinformation. As a result, we got unprecedented, sweeping censorship across the digital public square.

"'Twitter, for example, immediately suspended the accounts of the Post and White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany. The next day, it suspended the Official Trump Campaign account. Anyone who tried to tweet the Post‘s story was blocked and informed: “We can’t complete this request because this link has been identified by Twitter or our partners as being potentially harmful.” (This was done at the direction of Twitter “Safety” exec Vijaya Gadde—one of our highly skilled, very talented Indian immigrants.)

"'Facebook fiddled with its algorithm so that users could post stories about the laptop to their heart’s content — but no one would see those posts. It also announced that the story would be investigated by the company’s “third-party fact-checking partners” (Rachel Maddow and Hunter’s crack dealer)." . . .  More.

Someone Bought the UTSA Student’s Domain Name After She Read a Giddy Poem Celebrating Charlie Kirk’s Murder, Now Anyone Who Googles Her Will Know Who They Are Dealing With

"Kirkiversary"? Not an original thought from her. Stay here for her raised fist.

The Gateway Pundit; by Cassandra MacDonald

"The University of Texas at San Antonio student who stood up at a Turning Point USA “Pick Up the Mic” event and read a gleeful parody poem celebrating Charlie Kirk’s assassination has been identified as Isa Casahuga-Lemgruber, and someone bought the domain for her name so that everyone will know just what kind of person she is."

. . . "What makes the video even more disturbing is that there were people there who cheered her on.
"Kirk, of course, was fatally shot in the neck while speaking at Utah Valley University in September 2025.
""Collins posted the video and said he would pray for her.
"Now, someone has registered the domain IsaCasahuga.com and published her information and the poem’s full text so the record of what she said remains permanently available, including to potential future employers.
"The page states she attends UTSA, lists her major, and notes she attended St. Agnes Academy in Houston, a Catholic school." . .  .

"A despicable and [perhaps] mentally unstable student at the University of Texas at San Antonio walked up to the microphone at Turning Point USA's "Pick Up the Microphone" event, read a poem publicly celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk, then told the guest speaker he was "brave" because he appeared on campus without wearing any neck protection.

"Christian Collins, founder of Texas Youth Summit, posted a video of the exchange and wrote that the student read the poem "with such joy," then commented on his neck. "Read the rest of the story, with links in the comments."  More.

Trump Shreds Obama for Cheesecake Factory Comments, “He Doesn’t Notice the Dirt and Filth that Hadn’t Been Cleaned”

 The Gateway Pundit

"The bricks can’t be falling off from under the plaster, and for you to say it’s a cheesecake factory that just shows why you were a lousy president,” he added before walking away from reporters."

Uncle Paul's Parodies

"President Trump went off on Obama for attacking his White House renovations, slamming Barack’s “poor taste” and “inability to notice the dirty and broken Presidential living quarters.”
"Obama was out stumping for Democrats on Saturday, and he attacked Trump’s White House renovations. “He should be on HGTV,” Obama said, slamming Trump over the Ballroom, White House Rose Garden, and his helipad.
"“There’s gold everywhere! What’s up with the gold? Everything, more gold! He’s got the White House looking like Saddam Hussein opened up a Cheesecake Factory. It’s gold everywhere!”
"Somehow, Obama thought this is a bad thing.
"“I’ve taken care of the White House. I fixed it with the artisans in the world. We’ve reskinned it. It was in horrible shape. A lot of the ornaments and things originally built for the White House were missing, damaged, or gone for a long time. They were lying on the ground in some cases, and it was in terrible shape,” Trump told reporters in response on Monday.
"“The exterior plaster was broken, cracked. The painting was terrible, and I’ve reskinned the building beautifully with the highest, most talented people anywhere in the world. You’re not going to find more talent, and the White House looks beautiful.”
"Trump then slammed Obama’s poor taste, saying, “Guys like Obama, they would pass the front door; they’d see the broken masonry, they’d see the broken, the beautiful pilasters that were all broken— for years. They were broken, and he wouldn’t notice because he doesn’t notice that. He doesn’t notice dirt and filth that hadn’t been cleaned, where the walls hadn’t been cleaned for years. He doesn’t notice areas that haven’t been painted.”
“So, it’s very easy for me to do. I do it very, very simply because it’s by nature, you know, a very clean person, and the White House was in terrible shape. The White House is now in the best shape it’s been since 1792 when it was built. It’s in beautiful shape,” he said." . . .

Sophie Cunningham Reveals Shocking Toll for Defending Girls, Blasts Players Who Skip the Anthem

RedState

"Sophie Cunningham embodies courage under fire.

"All too often, there have been stories of the Alphabet Mafia (LGBT) engaging in violence in recent years. Violence that has escalated into tangible threats, if not actual assassinations. Conservatives have been victims time and again.

"But even those with enough common sense to declare the reality behind two sexes and the determination to keep biological males out of women's sports (hardly a conservative platform with 90 percent support behind it) have been targets.

"Now, the WNBA enforcer is starting to face those same frightening headwinds.

"Cunningham says the FBI is watching roughly 20 people tied to threats and stalking against her as her public profile has grown. She made the claim during a recent appearance on Theo Von’s podcast, where she discussed the security challenges that come with rising visibility in the WNBA.

"Let's not get this confused, either. Sophie has seen a rise in popularity in part because of her charm, good looks, rapier wit, and the toughness she shows on the court as Caitlin Clark's (for now) enforcer.

"But the spotlight grew exponentially brighter when she took a stance in defense of women and girls.

"Cunningham noted that greater attention brings benefits, but it also brings unwanted attention.

"'We’ll have to check if I’m even allowed to say this," Cunningham said. "I have, I think 20 ... people kind of that the FBI are watching for me. Me alone."

"'We do have a lot of stalkers. I know I do," she told Von. "And like that’s a negative side of things that people don’t think about. And so you do want to feel secure." . . .

Billionaires Compensate Us Many Times Over. Wealth Taxes Endanger That.

Billionaires are wise to distrust the “one-time” promise.

The American Spectator | USA News and Politics

Uncle Paul's Parodies

"No matter what happens in Tuesday’s elections, support for wealth taxes keeps growing. Its justification is based on the idea that the very rich owe all of us something, and taxing their fortunes is collecting on that debt. We’re told their success fuels inequality and that it’s selfish of them to keep so much, especially if they don’t proclaim that they want to do more for society.

"Former International Monetary Fund chief economist Olivier Blanchard of France recently gave this narrative a clear voice. Writing on X, he wondered why California’s wealthiest are spending so heavily to defeat Proposition 40, the supposed one-time 5 percent tax on the net worth of billionaires. Blanchard added that billionaires “typically have not indicated that they are building their wealth to eventually make the world a better place.”

"The entire notion misunderstands how fortunes are made. In a market economy, people don’t build great wealth first and redeem it later through good works. They build it by making the world better first.

"When I buy an $800 smartphone, it’s because I value the phone more than whatever else I would have bought with the money. The seller values my $800 more than they do the phone. We both walk away richer by our own measure. Neither owes the other anything more.

"Repeat this exchange a few hundred million times, and vast fortunes take shape for the people who create amazing technology so abundantly and affordably that we take it for granted. More importantly, though, people hand over every cent of it voluntarily.

"As my colleague Arnold Kling aptly explained over the weekend, “Profits are earned within a positive-sum game for society. Profits induce firms to serve consumers and to innovate.” The drive for wealth taxes relies on “the opposite point of view. It regards profits as something that businesses take from the rest of us, as if we can take innovation and efficiency for granted. [It] acts as if we are in a zero-sum environment in which one person’s gain is necessarily another person’s loss.” . . . More.

Secret Scheme To Sabotage GOP Senator Revealed After Democrat Denied Involvement: REPORT

  The Daily Caller

"Peltola visited the other Sullivan’s hometown on May 28, days before he filed to launch his candidacy, according to the Anchorage Daily News."

Uncle Paul's Parodies

"Former Democratic Alaska Rep. Mary Peltola’s campaign reportedly plotted to sabotage Republican Alaska Sen. Dan S. Sullivan’s reelection bid by recruiting a candidate with the same name, The New York Times reported Wednesday.

"Peltola’s team actively searched for other Dan Sullivans to be on the ballot in November to boost the Democrat’s chances of winning, a review by the Times found. An operative introduced by aides from the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) made secret trips to Alaskan communities while using a fake name and pitched his idea to would-be candidates over beers at brew pubs.

"Peltola’s campaign lawyers and senior aides at the DSCC participated in regular conversations about the effort and considered forming a new political party to draw conservatives to the ballot, according to the Times.

"The Times interviewed 12 people over the past two months who participated in or were told about the plan. It obtained dozens of text messages that provided updates on the effort. (RELATED: Other Dan Sullivan Advances To General Election Against Incumbent Dan Sullivan)" . . . More.

NYT Confirms Alaska Democrats and Mary Peltola Organized Fraudulent Dan Sullivan Candidate - The Last Refuge   "NEW YORK TIMES – In the summer of 2025, a staffer for Mary Peltola, the Alaska Democrat who was eyeing a run for Senate, received unusual instructions from top campaign aides: Find as many people named Dan Sullivan in

Alaska as you can.

The staffer complied, combing through voter records to produce a list of Dan Sullivans from across the state.

This was no random request. Dan S. Sullivan is the name of the state’s Republican senator. And if the Peltola campaign or its allies could track down and persuade another Dan Sullivan to run for Senate, the confusion could cost the senator crucial votes on the state’s unusual, four-person ballot.

The plan worked. This spring, a retired teacher from a tiny fishing village along the Alaska Panhandle, reachable only by air and sea, announced his candidacy for Senate. His name was Dan J. Sullivan.
