The Hill "Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) dismissed the notion that Steele won't be forced to resign because of the RNC's decision to reimburse a GOP consultant for a party at a bondage-themed nightclub in Los Angeles.
When asked in an interview on MSNBC if she thinks race will preclude Steele from being fired, Waters repled. "No, I don't think so."
