He looks like my buddy Ralph Shafter from my Army days. He went AWOL from our base in Virginia in 1970 to marry the girl of his dreams who was the 15 year old daughter of the local sheriff. As they hauled him off to jail, Ralphie yelled, "I should of asked her for I.D.":-)
The hit song for our platoon became, "What's it all about, Ralphie?"
