"The Power Of Positive Weakness" and America's decline in stature

"With the Syria imbroglio Obama demonstrated that he has no plan, no resolve, no domestic support, no international support and is desperate for something he can spin as a win. Of course people want to negotiate with him now."

You can be sure it is in Iran's best interest to have the Democrat party in power in the US and they also know the character of our liberals. They have seen the Code Pink antiwar signs and the anti-Israel protests; they have taken note of Americans defecating on our flag while crowds looked on, laughing. These are the same people who, in 1930s Great Britain cried "warmonger!" at warnings of danger over the growing Nazi war machine; the ones who thought Britain's preparing for the coming war with Hitler was aggression itself.
Democrat voters sleep the sleep of the blissfully ignorant, content to enjoy the thought that they are "nice people".  The Tunnel Dweller
JustOneMinute: The Power Of Positive Weakness
With the Syria imbroglio Obama demonstrated that he has no plan, no resolve, no domestic support, no international support and is desperate for something he can spin as a win. Of course people want to negotiate with him now:

U.S. and Iran Agree to Speed Talks to Defuse Nuclear Issue  "But Mr. Rouhani has yet to propose anything concrete to suggest how different the Iranians really are in their approach. The first glimpse of that is due to come on Oct. 15 and 16, when Iran plans to present its own road map in Geneva.

How many out there know what the phrase, "Peace in our Time" means?
Will Israel be Obama's Czechoslovakia?
"The White House quickly offered Israel and leaders in Congress a readout of Obama’s discussion, and one official, speaking on background, conceded that Netanyahu will justifiably insist on strenuous testing of Iran’s deeds, not mere acceptance of its vow to cooperate."
They rest their nation's hopes on Obama's strength of character and his resolve.

CNN calls this "a risk worth taking"   "Now, it seems, at a time when the president has seen his foreign policy approval numbers hit new lows, he has reverted to his old idea of actively speaking to our enemies as the best way to prove he is not turning away from the region. He has collaborated with circumstances to choose this option in Syria--and Iran."

The Occasional Winston  "Listening to Barack Obama advertise his man crush on Hassan Rouhani makes my skin crawl. Rouhani is a man with whom the United States has many scores to settle but he and the mullahs have Obama’s number, not that it’s all that hard to pick up. Fresh off his diplomatic “triumph” in Syria, Obama is all but shrieking: “I am a chicken ripe to be plucked.' ”  Scott Johnson
Here is some historical contrast for you in sizing up world leaders:
