Obamacare isn't shovel-ready yet

"Shovel" is such a serendipitous word for this whole mess.
Next Tuesday and the Fate of ObamaCare  "Republicans running in 2014 and 2016 are watching whether Ken Cuccinelli wins to determine if they should be bold, hard-charging Ted Cruzes, or whether they should roll over by making weak, token passes at ObamaCare that will do nothing but ensure its permanence.
