"Hunter Biden's plea agreement with the Department of Justice was revealed in a filing early last week. According to the filing, he will plead guilty to two counts of "willful failure to pay" his federal income taxes, and will also enter a "pretrial diversion agreement" for possession of a firearm "by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance" to avoid the felony charge.
