Fani Willis Faces Another Charge Filed With Gov. Kemp & AG   "Fani Willis will soon be in divorce court over her affair with the Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade. She also faces potential disbarment and state criminal charges.

"DA Willis was served a surprise subpoena to testify in Wade’s divorce trial. She is already contending with the U.S. House Judiciary Committee probe on whether her office abused taxpayer resources by coordinating her prosecution with Biden Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith.". . .

  1. Nathan Wade, Willis’s lead prosecutor in the Trump case, had an “improper” relationship with Willis.
  2. Wade’s law firm used funds paid by the county to take Willis on luxury vacations by using potentially fraudulent payments.
  3. Wade was appointed without the required approval by authorities and had little to no prosecutorial experience.
  4. Wade met twice with President Joe Biden’s White House counsel before indicting Trump in August, raising questions about whether the White House coordinated prosecuting Biden’s 2024 political opponent.

“ 'I really have high expectations of Governor Kemp and our Attorney General Chris Carr,” the Georgia congresswoman said. “There should be a criminal investigation.' ” . . .
