MSNBC staffers ‘in a panic’ as NBC parent Comcast plans to spin off channel — and possibly change its name    . . ."Comcast announced Wednesday that MSNBC — home  to anchors including Joy Reid and Lawrence O’Donnell — will join CNBC, Oxygen, E!, Syfy and the Golf Channel as part of a new company called SpinCo." . . .
