NCAA: No More 'Trans Women' Competing in Women's Sports

 Hot Air

. . ."I voted for Kamala but as a female former Div 1 shot putter I could not agree more with the Trump administration here.  I was loving seeing him sign this executive order surrounded by girls and women who had real skin in the game speaking out."  "Harris voter"

"Yesterday, President Trump signed an executive order which would ban trans women from participating in women's sports at all federally funded educational institutions. You probably saw the video of Trump surrounded by women and girls as he signed the order." . . . "That EO did not have the power to change the official policies of sporting bodies like the NCAA or the IOC, however the White House made it very clear that they expected these organizations to follow their lead. And today, the NCAA has fallen in line. The new police announced today is effective immediately.

“We strongly believe that clear, consistent and uniform eligibility standards would best serve today’s student-athletes instead of a patchwork of conflicting state laws and court decisions,” Charlie Baker, the president of the N.C.A.A., said in a statement. “To that end, President Trump’s order provides a clear, national standard.”

Brooke Gossett commented:   "Thank you President Trump and to everyone who stood up to protect the rights of real women!!

"For centuries, women fought to be seen, to have a voice, to be recognized for the incredible strength, resilience, and brilliance we bring to the world. But for several years now, there has been a movement determined to push us backward……erasing our spaces, our accomplishments, even our very definition. It’s an insult to every woman who came before us and a direct attack on the generations to come.

"But women are not invisible. We are not a feeling. We are not an afterthought. "Thank you for refusing to back down. Thank you for speaking the truth. Thank you for making sure real women are seen, heard, and protected. "Real women are strong. "Real women matter. "And today, real women have been heard!!"
