"Trump's social media posts are attention-grabbing largely because Trump writes them. That's the point. It isn't some anonymous staffer trying to sound like Trump. It's Trump. For the bit to work, the ALL CAPS posts have to be written by Gavin Newsom, not some bowtied dweebie staffer.
