Homelessness has dramatically increased, despite spending $$billions. Major employers have and are actively relocating taking their tax base and high paying jobs with them. The state how has a systemic annual deficit in the range of $18 billion, despite a 50% increase in tax and fee revenue over the last 10 years. My wife and I left several years ago.
