"I’m not a lawyer, and I’ve never played one on TV, so I won’t opine on the legal aspects of this story. However, I can give you my layman’s view, which is that this certainly smells rotten.

"To wit, a taxpayer-funded water park is holding a big party on June 1, and they’re going to have food, entertainment, and just good ole American fun. The catch: if you’re not Muslim, you’re not invited. No really.
