"Charlie Kirk had a unique gift for articulating the good — the goodness of family, faith, and America. One year ago today, he was killed for it. Secretary Marco Rubio"
"Social media has been full of tributes from conservatives for Charlie Kirk on the one-year anniversary of his assassination, including from the White House.
""One year ago, we tragically lost a fearless patriot. A champion for freedom and for our country. Charlie Kirk changed the course of American history. His courage, conviction, and love of country will never be forgotten," reads a statement from the White House.
"They also released a video titled "America Misses Charlie Kirk," which included Kirk's famous "FREEDOM" t-shirt hanging on a clothes line while audio of him from various events plays out." . . .
"Kirk was shot and killed on September 10, 2025 at Utah Valley University during a Turning Point USA event. Accused killer Tyler Robinson has pleaded not guilty to all seven charges against him and is awaiting a trial date.
"Turning Point USA also marked the anniversary with multiple statements. They will be holding a ceremony in remembrance on Kirk on Thursday evening at Utah Valley University. It begins at 8:30 p.m. EST and airs the same night President Donald Trump will be speaking at the second time of his Dallas GOP midterm convention. The Kirk event has earned some protests from students." . . .More.
Liberals Again Celebrate Charlie Kirk’s Assassination, Proving We Can Never Let Them Regain Power
"It was put on full display last year when my friend Charlie Kirk was brutally assassinated in front of thousands of onlookers, streamed live to millions of Americans. And immediately after this repulsive act of terrorism, millions of liberals began gleefully celebrating. TikTok dances, Halloween costumes, graphic memes, songs, and even video games — millions of “ordinary” liberals took immense pleasure in mocking the murder of a man who wanted nothing more than to peacefully debate ideas."
