NBC DFW reports:

One man’s violent crime spree ended Friday morning when an armed civilian held him at gunpoint until police could arrive to make an arrest.

Bill Nguyen, 47, is accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend, Chi Pham, and setting her home in the 2900 block of Hastings on fire before driving to a nearby nail salon and assaulting another woman.

Grand Prairie police said the good Samaritan intervened and stopped Nguyen’s violent episode in the 5100 block of Magna Carta.

“He held the suspect at gunpoint while this individual had a gun himself. Had he not been there, there is no telling what could have happened. We are in his debt and very grateful for him taking action when he did,” said Assistant Chief Daniel Scesney.

. . . . Nguyen has been charged with murder, aggravated assault, and arson.

I cannot, in good conscience, make light of any infidelity to his wife, but recall how the left defended Bill Clinton and cheapened those with whom he had trysts while calling for Trump to be impeached.

Mike Pence goes for the jugular with anti-Christian Joy Behar

"And in doing this, he made it just a little easier to be Christian. Hollywood culture and people like Joy Behar, have gotten away with putting Christian beliefs down for decades. Now with Pence's leadership and viewer anger, working in tandem, the cost of that just went up for the intolerant.

His credibility is pretty much shot on those issues. But on the topic at hand Chris, I think Jerry Brown is absolutely right,” Harris responded.

These officials also love to burden state residents and corporations with higher taxes. As a result, people and businesses are fleeing a state beset with too many regulations, tax rates that are not competitive with neighboring states and an array of other insufferable liberal policies. Even a sizable portion of the film industry has moved from Hollywood to other states offering tax incentives and a better business climate.
