If You Have Not Been Taught to Think for Yourself, Then Disinformation is Scary "CTH* has encountered criticism for our position on information. Perhaps it is important to step back and explain exactly why we should not be playing by rules established to control us while engaged in the battle of ideas. First, my position:
…”There is no such thing as “disinformation” or “misinformation”. There is only information you accept and information you do not accept. You were not born with a requirement to believe everything you are told; rather, you were born with a brain that allows you to process the information you receive and make independent decisions.”…
"There are only two elements within the public discussion of information, truth and not truth.
"In an era filled with “fact-checkers” and institutional guardians at the gates of Big Tech, let me explain exactly why it is important not to accept the speech rules of the guards.
"When you accept the terms “disinformation”, “misinformation” or the newest lingo, “malinformation,” you are beginning to categorize truth and lies in various shades. You are merging black and white, right and wrong, into various shades of grey." . . . *Conservative Treehouse
Should Mr. Biden stay on track to seek re-election, "awkward" doesn't come close to describing the scurrying behind the scenes that will ensue among the other wannabes. The palpable lack of talent among those on the Democrat bench further adds to the confusion. Beto? Kamala? Hair Gel? Really? Yet there's always the possibility of a "dark horse" trotting into the spotlight. After all, Hillary is tan and rested. Just don't hold your breath (and your little dog, too).
Dem Rep. Jackson Lee: Words ‘Can Actually Break Your Bones’ "Saturday, during an appearance on MSNBC’s “PoliticsNation,” Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) attacked House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), the Republican nominee for House Speaker in the next Congress.". . .
Joe Biden's Senility Catches Karine Jean-Pierre in a Big Lie on Railroad Strike "While it hasn’t received much press lately, one of the most important stories in the country remains the looming possibility of a railroad strike. It goes without saying that a shutdown of most of the nation’s ability to transport fuel and consumer goods would be a disaster for the American public.
Prior to the 2022 election, a tentative deal was reached that froze things in place. What a coincidence, right? Who could have guessed that Democrat-backed unions would take one for the team to ensure that the nation didn’t meltdown before voters went to the polls? Yet, heading into the Christmas season, things remain on a knife’s edge.
That’s left the White House scrambling, and it also happens to be the setup for one of the most blatant lies told by the Biden administration. When pressed on whether President Joe Biden was “directly” involved in negotiations between the unions and the rail companies, his press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, insisted over and over that he was.
But as a new video put together by the RNC shows, that’s simply untrue. How do we know? Because Biden himself told us.
This week, Karine Jean-Pierre repeatedly insisted Biden has been “directly involved” in rail strike negotiations — but that’s not what Biden said yesterday.

Rantz: Seattle Councilmembers are trying to defund the police again
"Despite a rise in crime, some on the City Council are trying to defund the Seattle Police Department again. Too bad it’s getting scant or disingenuous coverage.
"The council is currently debating Mayor Bruce Harrell’s budget. Anti-police councilmember Teresa Mosqueda, who once defended a man threatening to murder police, is looking to cut funds from the SPD permanently. She just doesn’t want you to realize it’s part of the defund movement.
"Harrell’s budget temporarily cuts $11 million dollars from the budget. The money would have been used to fill 200 open staff positions, but it was cut to fund only 120. The SPD is dangerously understaffed, so why would they cut the budget?
Joe, meanwhile, seems to have no idea of his failures of character: Clyburn, though, is now trying to tell us Joe is something he's not. That's the disgusting part. Suddenly we are going to be hearing a lot about how great Joe is for the American people in a Hollywood-style buildup as Clyburn's minions seek to please him by imitating his praise. It's all fine and dandy for Democrats, but ... surely that will repel the voters.
