Liberal Feminist Icon Naomi Wolf Endorses Donald Trump Because ‘He’s More Inclusive’ Than Harris

 Warner Todd Huston; The Lid

“ 'All of my information about him was filtered through legacy media. ‘He’s a fascist. He’s a misogynist. He’s a racist,’” Wolf continued. “I saw someone who was eloquent, articulate, thoughtful, very funny. Not every joke he makes I would’ve endorsed. He was talking about — he was serious. He was a serious person talking seriously about peace in the Middle East, about saving lives, innocent lives — Palestinian and Israeli. And, how can that not be good?" . . .

"Liberal icon and feminist author Naomi Wolf has turned against the Democrat Party this year and is endorsing Donald Trump for president because he is being “more inclusive” than the Democrats.

"Wolf appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room on Thursday and said that there is a “unity party” out there, but it isn’t the Democrats.

"Despite having previously worked for both Bill Clinton and Al Gore, Wolf says she is endorsing Donald Trump this time out.

“President Trump did something very smart,” Wolf said, highlighting how he had aligned himself with people such as former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (R-HI), and Elon Musk. “He’s being more inclusive.”

“He’s speaking out to the concerns of black people, white people, Puerto Rican people, Hispanic people of all kinds, women, men, it doesn’t matter,” Wolf added. “You guys have become the unity party, and he’s leading the unity party, and I would be an idiot if I didn’t recognize that.”

Apparently she listens to Trump and not Mika Brzezinski and her MSNBC crowd. TD

Buzz Aldrin reveals endorsement and says we need ‘tested leader for president’

Heather Hunter, Washington Examiner

"Trump's Democratic rival, Vice President Kamala Harris, has been the chairwoman of the White House’s National Space Council, but as the New York Times noted, "the vice president largely emphasized continuity with policies set by the Trump administration."  Matt Whitlock (@mattdizwhitlock) August 10, 2024

. . ."Aldrin listed the former president's accomplishments in space policy.

" 'The Trump Administration also reinstituted the National Space Council, and our Nation’s defense was enhanced with the creation of the U.S. Space Force – increasingly important as space becomes a contested domain. At the same time, I have been enthused and excited by the great advancements in the private sector space economy, led by visionaries like @elonmusk. These are concrete accomplishments that align with my concerns and America’s policy priorities," he said in a statement.

"SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, whose ambition to help make mankind a multiplanetary civilization by colonizing Mars is no secret, endorsed Trump in July and has been actively campaigning for him.

"Musk has been openly critical of the Biden-Harris administration for practicing lawfare and overregulation, which has affected SpaceX's efforts to expand its work in space.

"He recently told a story about how SpaceX had dealt with burdensome government pressure to study whether his "Starship would hit a shark," and his company wondered if "this is a comedy."

"Aldrin said in his endorsement Wednesday that the next president requires "clarity in judgment."

" 'America is facing serious and difficult challenges both at home and abroad. The Presidency requires clarity in judgement, decisiveness, and calm under pressure that few have a natural ability to manage, or the life experience to successfully undertake. It is a job where decisions are made that routinely involve American lives – some urgently but not without thought," he said.

"The 94-year-old former Gemini 12 and Apollo 11 astronaut added, "In this election, we have a choice, and we all have one vote. For some, the choice may not be easy, but in times of uncertainty, real leaders are most needed — to guide and inspire people, to push through the noise, recognize what really matters, and accomplish missions critical to all citizens. Most Americans rightly consider it an honor to cast their vote for a leader they believe will best serve the nation.' " . . .

We Called It: Kamala Has (Net) Zero Credibility On Fracking

Bob Maistros; Issues & Insights
It’s no surprise that the Institute of Energy Research has compiled 250 ways Harris-Biden and its allies, beginning on Jan. 20, 2021, have pursued an outright war on the oil and gas industries that has included numerous restrictions and outright bans on new production.

"Dear Readers, we called it.

"ZERO. It was one of six numbers listed by your correspondent last week that made up the case against Kamala Harris. It stood for Net Zero, a Harris-Biden administration commitment of which her Veepness took personal ownership, to wit:

“ 'You know, when President Biden and I took office, we set an ambitious goal.  Yes, people said, ‘That can’t be done.’ We said, ‘Well, you know what? We believe in dreaming with ambition and then seeing it through.’ And so, we set an ambitious goal … to reach net-zero emissions by 2050.”

"And now, with the full foot-in-mouth placement by Kamala’s Camila, a tone-deaf aide (and despite her frantic, fruitless effort to backtrack), ZERO stands for the coup-candidate’s remaining credibility on her claim that she won’t ban fracking.

"To understand why begins with a swing back to the nature of Harris’ climate commitment.

"Achieving her “ambitious goal” has involved the Harris-Biden administration’s pursuit since week one of a “whole-of-government approach to combatting the climate crisis” aimed primarily at obliterating oil and gas, including:

  • Commitment to “a carbon pollution-free energy sector by 2035 and net-zero emissions from the transportation sector by 2050”
  • A similar “whole-of-government” approach to mitigating “climate-related financial risk” – aimed at drying up investment in the sector
  • “(R)edirecting resources toward economy-wide decarbonization” as part of achieving “net-zero global emissions by mid-century” – essentially, an end not only to fracking but to all production, transportation and use of oil and gas worldwide (except for the Chinese).

"In addition, the Veep has boasted of her tie-breaking vote on the $1-trillion-plus Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). That spending orgy larded an estimated $18.5 billion in taxes on oil and gas to be diverted into renewable energy boondoggles to achieve “metrics” that, per the Veep, “include holding ourselves to deadlines around time.” (Is there any other kind of deadline?)

"What “metrics” and “deadlines” might those be? Per an Energy Department fact sheet, the IRA is about “putting the United States on a pathway to achieving the Biden-Harris administration’s climate goals, including a net-zero economy by 2050.” (Emphasis added.)

"Let’s take a gander at that there “pathway,” contained in a document appropriately entitled “Long-Term Strategy of the United States: Pathways to Net-Zero Greenhouse Gas Emissions by 2050” — America’s so-called “Nationally Determined Contribution” mandated under the Paris climate accords. " . . .

Is Obama’s Kingmaker Era Over?

By Peachy Keenan @ Tom Klingenstein

. . .They are a sad couple, the Obamas. They achieved more than their wildest dreams and are richer than all but a few humans have ever been. But it’s not enough for them, and it never will be." . . .

"Last week, Barack Obama plaintively wailed at a rally for Kamala Harris, “I don’t understand how we got so toxic and just divided.” Who was this mystery culprit who injected so much hate into the national discourse? We must track down the man who did this to us!

"I wanted to hand him a mirror.

"Obama spent eight years in office tearing up American race relations, which we stupidly assumed had been solved when citizens of every race voted for him as president. But no: that was the start of a long national backslide — thanks to Obama himself.

"As a loyal Alinskyite, Obama knew that division and full-blown race riots were the tried-and-true path to electoral victory for the Left, and he did not disappoint. He reignited animosities that had largely been sublimated, turned illegal immigration into a machete to use against American citizens’ sovereign rights, and, perhaps most cruelly, weaponized the federal government more brazenly against his political opponents than any previous president.

"This election, the stakes are high for Obama: If Kamala loses, it will be the end of his pernicious shadow presidency once and for all.

"Even worse, Democrats may finally realize who the prime architect of the catastrophe is: Obama himself. For he is the key figure responsible for the current predicament the Democrats find themselves in, hamstrung with a sputtering candidate and her bumbling running mate, handpicked for her by Eric Holder, longtime Obama confidant.

"In 2020, Obama used all his considerable clout in the party to shut down all of Joe Biden’s primary opponents. He knew that in a race full of liberal women and Pete Buttigieg, only Joe could hang on to what remained of the Obama-Biden coalition and win. Plus, with Joe in the White House, Obama could keep running things from his estate on Martha’s Vineyard.

"In 2020, Joe Biden was already nearing the end of his shelf life. The Hunter stuff was bad, but they could bury that. But how to hide Joe’s obvious decline? Ignore it and hope he could be dragged across the finish line." . . .

American Jews must rethink their relationship with the Democratic Party

 Washington Examiner

These data should give American Jews real pause. Democratic students hold positions that are at odds with the views of many Jews, and these voices are dominant and well-organized among students on campus. There is no question that they will be powerful political actors in the years to come and that they hold little support for Israel.

https://rofcbybroc.com/page/7/

"A poll from the Manhattan Institute released earlier this month revealed that American Jewish support for Vice President Kamala Harris got the lowest level of support a Democratic presidential nominee has received since the 1980s. If the election were held today, the poll shows 67% of American Jewish voters would vote for Harris, and 31% would cast a ballot for former President Donald Trump

"These numbers are part of a larger trend. Jewish support for Democrats has declined since 1992, when 80% of Jewish voters supported former President Bill Clinton.

"Jewish affiliation with the Democratic Party has lasted for more than a century, anchored by a deep admiration for former President Franklin D. Roosevelt and his New Deal policies of social integration and equality of opportunity. But those ideas have largely vanished among Democrats.

"Even before the Oct. 7 tragedy in Israel, Democrats had already begun moving away from the Jewish community — and the Jewish community noticed. Many American Jews were already disenchanted by ideas such as affirmative action and diversity, equity, and inclusion, which actively promote a mindset of division and opportunity based on immutable characteristics and not hard work, grit, and perseverance. These ideas are fundamental to leftist candidates such as Kamala Harris and run counter to those of Roosevelt, who helped promote both opportunity and a level playing field.

"Add into the mix the post-Oct. 7 response from the Left, and it is no surprise that large numbers of American Jews simply cannot accept the Democrats’ agenda as the nation heads into the November election.

"And yet, even as the level of support for Democrats is declining, there remains a significant level of Jewish backing for the Democratic Party. Especially in light of recent events at home and abroad, this support is contrary to many traditional Jewish values — ideals that hold the Zionist dream and the existence of Israel as a centerpiece of Jewish heritage and faith.

"The long-standing defensive, economic, and ideological relationship, underpinned by our mutual support of democracy and freedom, between the United States and Israel has been a stable principle for American Jews for decades. This relationship now seems under real threat, given the views and statements of not only the Harris campaign but also the changing demographics of the Democratic Party at large." . . .

Oakland coffee shop throws out Jewish customer and calls his Star of David hat 'violent'

UK Daily Mail

"The establishment previously courted controversy after it sold a drink called, Iced in Tea Fada, named after 'intifada' or the Arabic word to describe Palestinian uprising."

"A California Jewish man was kicked out of a coffee shop for wearing a 'violent' Star of David hat.

"Jonathan Hirsch filmed as he was asked to leave the Jerusalem Coffee House in Oakland on Saturday.

"The owner could be seen referring to Hirsch's headwear as a, 'violent hat' before ordering him to leave for causing a disturbance.

"The café describes itself as, 'a truly welcoming abode to our people of Palestine, Oakland, the Bay Area and beyond' which frequently hold Gaza solidarity events.

" 'I wear this hat all the time,' Hirsch told KTVU. 'I mean, I've had this hat for years. And it means a lot to me. It's meant a lot more over the last year.'

"He explained he entered the premises because his five-year-old son needed the bathroom and his wife wanted to buy a coffee.

" 'I wasn't going out looking for a fight,' Hirsch added. 'But when someone comes up to me fighting I can't teach my son that Jews are these meek people that run and cower.'

"The footage shows Hirsch mid-confrontation with the owner who repeatedly asks him to leave.

'You're being asked to leave. You're causing a disruption. This is a private business. You're being asked to leave,' the owner says.

" 'This gentleman asked me to leave because of my hat,' Hirsch responds.

"The owner then say, 'This is a violent hat, and you need to leave' to an incredulous Hirsch.

"The owner then demands to know if the dad is a Zionist, but he refuses to respond.

"Things escalate when Hirsch invites the owner to call the police." . . .

How Woke Politics Are Endangering Our Military and Our Nation

A review of one of the most important books of the last decade.

"When Trump came into office, he was opposed at every turn and had his hands full trying to be President with the deep state trying to sabotage his every effort.  So, the DEI industry during his term, went underground and kept on pushing DEI, etc. It will be different this time, if he is elected. He now knows how embedded the deep state is and will be much more effective at rooting the rot out.' ”

"It is not often that I write a book review and find that the book has gotten under my skin, so to speak. When this happens, as was the case in reading Don’t Give up the Ship: Woke Politics are Endangering our Military and our Nation by The Calvert Task Group, it is because I felt as if I were in the presence of a rare and lost breed of military men: patriotic and possessed of punctilious courtesy, refined manners, liberal education, and personal honor.

"Such is the nature of the men who are the authors of this unprecedented book. They are a group of Naval Academy graduates from the Class of 1969. The moniker for the group is derived from Vice Admiral James Calvert who was the inspirational Superintendent of the Naval academy during their attendance. As you read this stupendous book of personal stories, policy recommendations and, as importantly, an analysis of the way in which woke ideology is weakening our military and demoralizing the Department of Defense (DoD), you will witness a phalanx of honorable men, devoutly dedicated to the armed forces of America and to their country who are still putting up a brave fight. They have given every American a secular Bible functioning as a moral inoculant against the idea pathogens infecting our military.

"The ultimate goal of the book is to describe and provide solutions for the manner in which Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policies, and Critical Race Theory (CTR) are destroying our military.

"A Great Reset is taking place in the military of our beleaguered republic. All this is happening while China and Russia are mocking the United States and expanding and accelerating their imperialist plans.

"As two of the authors, Brent Ramsey and Michael D. Pefley, point out in one of the essays, Social Justice imposed by the state is annihilating the military. Despite the fact that 45% of the military identify as minorities, the DoD insists that DEI are military necessities.

"But let us define our terms here. The authors spell out very clearly what is meant by DEI. Diversity is the promotion of division based on identity quotas or targets; Inclusion is a code for exclusion of specific groups based on race, gender and sexual identity; and Equity—not to be confused with equality—is based on equality of outcomes (usually quotas) which is reformulated Marxism.

"If you want to know why today’s youth are not motivated towards military service and the ways in which they are unqualified from an academic and physical-readiness perspective, then read this book and process the solutions and recommendations offered by its authors." . . .

John Stossel Expertly Highlights Just How Biased the Corporate Media Is

 Brandon Morse

As Stossel points out, there's not much to the corporate media now in terms of quality. In this day and age, it should be well understood by the first world that the media isn't here to give you the news, it's here to give you propaganda. It has no interest in telling the truth if the truth is inconvenient to the elite.

"Few people can explain things like John Stossel can. The man's videos are always a pleasure to watch, and he releases with some regularity, making him a fun follow on social media.

Stossel recently released a video that I feel is something that all people should see, and I don't just mean in America. I really think this video should be viewed before election time because it truly highlights a massive problem the first world is having.

Our media is entirely corrupt, biased, and out of control.

In the video titled "Media Bias (and Not So Subtle) Ways Journalists Slant the News," Stossel shows you just how simpering and worshiping the corporate media is at the feet of the Democrat Party. In the initial clips, you can see that despite the claim that the corporate media's claim that it's wholly unbiased, they do nothing to try to hide their disdain for the right and their fawning over the left.

The first clip shows a CNN reporter telling Kamala Harris that she's "struck" by her presence. He displays how Donald Trump's victory speeches were ignored by corporate news anchors, while Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton's speeches were listened in on.

Stossel points out that it's okay to point out when Trump lies, but it's also good to do the same to Democrats, which the media just isn't doing, giving several examples from Joe Biden. He even points out that he head of NPR is an avowed anti-Trump personality who openly claims he's a "racist," but called the BLM riots, including the destruction and looting, was a reaction to a "system of oppression."

"She's now the boss of government funded radio?" asked Stossel. "Yes!"

He then goes into how the press covers the border, pointing out how the press came down hard on Texas Governor Greg Abbott for enforcing border law, but had an almost reverent tone when talking about sanctuary cities.

The REAL threat to democracy? Read Kamala's plot to change America forever, writes DAN MCLAUGHLIN

 UK Daily Mail

"Democrats have been institutionally bad for democracy. And the woman they anointed leader of their party this summer – despite her not winning a single presidential primary vote – is among the worst of them." . . .

"And for her last act, Kamala Harris is posing as a champion of democracy.

" 'It is time to turn the page on the drama and the conflict, the fear and division,' the Vice President declared in her closing argument on Tuesday night, while standing at the site of Donald Trump's infamous January 6 speech." . . .

. . ."During her 2019 campaign for president, Harris promised all manner of extra-constitutional executive dictates, including mass confiscation of guns. That proposal was so blatantly illegal that Biden told her on the Democratic primary debate stage that it would be an impossibility in America.

"She laughed in his face: 'Hey Joe, instead of saying no we can't, let's say yes we can.'

"That dictatorial impulse has persisted.

. . ."She vowed to pack the nine-person Supreme Court with additional justices – a plot last tried by Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1937. Senators from his party rebelled, saying that court-packing 'should be so emphatically rejected that its parallel will never again be presented to the free representatives of the free people of America.'

"Harris has refused to rule out packing the Court if she were elected next week.

"And if that weren't bad enough, she has done all that she can to undermine the Court's authority.

"When Justice Brett Kavanaugh sat before a committee for his nomination hearing, Harris read into the Congressional record the most outlandish claims (pushed by a lawyer who's now in jail) that the esteemed judge had been involved in a serial gang rape conspiracy.

"Is it any surprise, then, that a record low four-in-ten Americans approve of the Supreme Court? It's undeniable that the Democrats have again and again eroded the rule of law, respect for elections and faith in governing institutions." . . .

Kamala Harris is a mean girl   . . ."There’s no other way to say it: Kamala Harris is mean. And like any mean girl, she enjoys calling those she doesn’t like “weird.” That’s her moniker for Trump and Vance — beloved fathers who, unlike Harris, have spent years building things bigger and better than political careers. Trump is a successful businessman and an adored grandfather. Vance is a veteran, entrepreneur, acclaimed author and family man whose story typifies the American Dream. Kamala Harris is a vengeful, power-hungry bully who calls normal “weird.”

"What’s much worse than a “weird” guy? A mean girl. Kamala Harris has proven, over and over again in her career, that she will trample on the weak and the vulnerable to get what she wants". . . Below: Booker and Harris laugh at their verbal abuse of Judge Kavanaugh.

From the fry machine to the garbage Truck

Trump rides in ‘big, beautiful’ MAGA garbage truck after Biden attack on his supporters   . . ."The stunt comes one day after President Biden, 81, referred to Trump supporters as “garbage” on a campaign call at the White House, denouncing comments made by comic Tony Hinchcliffe, in which he called Puerto Rico a “floating island of garbage” at the Republican nominee’s Madison Square Garden rally on Sunday.

" 'The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters. His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it’s un-American,” Biden said during a call with Voto Latino Group, as Vice President Kamala Harris rallied at the nearby Ellipse in Washington, DC, stressing how the Democratic Party would unify the country.

"Republicans blasted the insult and drew immediate comparisons to then-Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s remark in 2016 that half of Trump’s supporters should be put into a “basket of deplorables.” . . .

Biden Lights a Dumpster Fire on the Harris Campaign    "So now Democrats have to pretend that calling an island with a sanitation problem garbage is the worst thing to ever happen ever ever, while simultaneously pretending that calling American citizens garbage over voting preferences is no big deal.

"It really shouldn't be a problem. Hypocrisy has never slowed them down before, why should it now? "This would be a horrendous tightrope for someone with a conscience to walk. But for a democrat it's just another Wednesday.

So am I garbage with an apostrophe?    . . ."When in doubt use an apostrophe? I guess that the cleanup crew at the White House thinks that we are that stupid. Yes, he didn't call the Trump supporters "garbage" because they added an apostrophe in the transcript. Why didn't I think of that?

"In the end, this is a president who is now a full victim of Trump Derangement Syndrome. He got the virus and is behaving the same irrational way that all the others do."

So am I garbage with an apostrophe?. . .

Happy Halloween fellow ‘garbage’ people! . . .
I assume many of you will be dressing up as refuse for Halloween tonight. Hefty bag? Trash bin? Dumpster? All great costumes!

 Trump and his garbage truck!

California vs. the Space Force....And Elon Musk, SpaceX, property rights, and much more.

 The American Spectator

The CCC now rejects the Space Force plan to launch more rockets from Vandenberg because some commissioners don’t like Elon Musk, who also builds electric cars. This exposes the CCC as a partisan political body with no purpose beyond preserving its own power, with no accountability to the people.

                                      SpaceX catches giant Starship booster

"SpaceX’s plans to launch more rockets from the California coast were rejected by a state commission this week,” the Los Angeles Times reports, “with some officials citing Elon Musk’s political posts on X and raising concerns about the billionaire’s labor record at his companies.” The California Coastal Commission (CCC) rejected the SpaceX plan “despite assurances from Space Force and Air Force officials that they would increase efforts to monitor the effects that rocket launches have on nearby wildlife.”

"In August, the commission asked Space Force to monitor more closely how sonic booms affect southern sea otters, California red-legged frogs, the western snowy plover and the California least tern. “I’m beyond pissed,” proclaimed commissioner Susan Lowenberg. “I don’t understand why our own government is thumbing their nose at another branch of our government.” Perhaps this is because this “branch of government” was not elected by the people.

"Lowenberg is a 2023 appointee of California Gov. Gavin Newsom, and all commissioners are appointed by the governor, the Senate Rules Committee, and the Assembly Speaker. In the Space Force matter, the Lowenberg Corporation president enjoys the support of fellow commissioners.

" 'We don’t want to stop the rockets, we don’t want to stop their satellites, and we certainly don’t want to enable any kind of defense problem,” proclaimed commissioner Dayna Bochco. “But this is ridiculous.” Bochco, an attorney, is the wife of the late television producer Steven Bochco, and served as president of Steven Bochco Productions, producer of shows such as Doogie Houser MD and Cop Rock. A member of the Natural Resources Defense Council, Bochco was reappointed to the CCC in 2023.

"Vandenberg Space Force Base in California’s Santa Barbara County plans to increase launches from six to 36 per year. Commissioner Kristina Kunkel worried that the CCC could be “bullied into ignoring environmental protections.” By October, it was apparent that the real problem was SpaceX and its founder Elon Musk." . . .
