The Biden White House mixed it up with not one but two autopens

Andrea Widberg

"Perhaps the unnamed staffer was switching out autopens. Or perhaps, more chillingly, Biden wasn’t just a puppet for one close aide. It’s entirely possible at this point that we were governed by a shadow committee, with different staffers controlling different decisions and autopens."

Public Domain

"The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project revealed last week that a majority of the documents that Joe Biden purportedly signed while in the Oval Office actually came from an autopen. As the Oversight Project tweeted, “WHOEVER CONTROLLED THE AUTOPEN CONTROLLED THE PRESIDENCY.” The plot has now thickened because it turns out that those documents that didn’t come from one autopen may have come from another. Sadly, though, the ramifications of this probable constitutional fraud on the American people may be very limited.

"Autopens are cool devices for those who need to repeat their signature over and over, whether it’s a celebrity signing those old-fashioned photographs they used to mail out or the Treasury Secretary putting his signature on millions of Social Security checks. We all recognize that these are tasks that cry out for automation, because they can be done with the signatory’s general, rather than specific, consent.

"It's different, though, when you occupy an important position and your decisions must clearly emanate from you, and not from an automated process or someone acting on your behalf. Under Article II of the Constitution, the president of the United States has certain unique decision-making responsibilities that cannot be delegated.

"Yet it seems that delegating is precisely what happened in the Biden Oval Office. You’ve already seen reported here and elsewhere that the Heritage Foundation looked at dozens of executive orders and other documents that Joe Biden allegedly signed, many of which have important consequences (e.g., the final step in creating laws, the predicate act needed to nominate judges, the executive orders around COVID, pardons and commutations, etc.), and learned that they were actually signed by a machine." . . .

Trump Puts Cheney, Fauci on Notice: Declares Pardons Officially ‘Void’ and Demands Investigation  "President Donald Trump declared any pardons signed by former president Joe Biden via autopen are officially "void," directing his ire very specifically at the House Select Committee behind the investigation of the January 6th protest at the Capitol."...

"In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden."

Democrats Unmask Themselves   . . ."In other news, the Democrats claim to stand for Israel and against antisemitism.  How did they show that support this week?  By rushing to turn a terrorist-supporting thug into a hero.  If you listened to the Democrats all lining up to support Mahmoud Khalil, you’d think he was the combination of George Washington and Gandhi.  Hey, he’s going to have a baby!

"The reality is that he’s an evil man.  He celebrates the October 7 atrocities, and his group has called for the eradication of Western civilization.  His group also encourages violent extremists to fight the U.S.  If Americans actually had the full picture of Khalil, this would be a 90-10 issue, with his only support coming from the terrorist-hugging Rashida Tlaib–Ilhan Omar wing of the country.  No sane leader would keep such a hostile non-citizen around." . . .

Do We Have 677 Unelected Presidents?

 Clarice Feldman

"It’s clear that the curtain must fall on the notion that hundreds of unelected district court judges of often outlying political beliefs and of various levels of judicial temperament and legal ability should be permitted to act as Chief Executive."

Posted by Andrea Widburg

. . ."The more urgent question is, what right does a district court (which handles the matters in a designated geographic area) have to issue a nationwide injunction, and that matter is now being raised to the Supreme Court by the Administration in a case challenging the President’s order on birthright citizenship which district court judges in Maryland, Massachusetts, and Washington have blocked nationwide." . . .

. . ."Justice Neil Gorsuch has been critical of them and the Harvard Law Review notes how this practice  politicizes the law.

Morley said a single judge's power to enter a nationwide injunction incentivizes "extreme forum shopping," in which plaintiffs strategically bring their case in a specific court before a judge who will be most favorable to their arguments.

"There are outlier judges on all sides," he said. "You can go to that outlier judge and are systematically having the most controversial, cutting-edge, hot-button constitutional issues being settled and resolved by the ideological outliers rather than a more representative cross section of the judiciary."

In fact, the examination of nationwide injunctions published in the Harvard Law Review found that 92% were entered by judges appointed by Democratic presidents during the Trump administration. For the Biden administration, that portion grew to 100% imposed by judges named to the federal bench by Republican presidents.

"If you see that kind of pattern, it cannot help but call the judiciary into disrepute," said Nicholas Bagley, a law professor at the University of Michigan. "It doesn't look like they're applying the law in a clear way. It will erode the judiciary's legitimacy, no question about it."

Bagley, who testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee about these injunctions in 2020, pointed to one key factor behind their rise: Politics. . . .

Trump throws down the gauntlet to the out-of-control federal district court judges *UPDATED*   Andrea Widburg

UPDATE: And as if on cue, a Clinton judge in California (which has long been the most overturned federal jurisdiction in America), orders Trump to rehire every fired probationary employee. It's highly questionable, though, whether the legislature has -- as the court suggests it does -- the constitutional authority at all to dictate how the president manages federal employees.

Al Green: A congressional Democrat’s TV performance that damaged the leftist cause.

The American Spectator

"Americans, as seen by the polls giving Trump overwhelming approval for his speech, are loving this. The Swamp and the media — not to mention Rep. Al Green — hated it."

Dumb Things Tyrants Say - Imgflip

"If you’re a Republican, ya gotta love it.

"There is the president of the United States, Donald J. Trump by name, standing at the podium in the U.S. House of Representatives, delivering a decidedly serious address to the Congress and the nation.

"And as if he was secretly on the Trump payroll, Texas Democrat Al Green jumped up and started raving like a lunatic. Giving the nation a close-up look at the dismal state of his Democrat Party in Congress.

"He was joined by his fellow House Democrats, who could not find it in their freezing cold hearts to stand and applaud a cancer-stricken thirteen-year-old young man whose ambition in life is to be a policeman and was made an honorary member of the Secret Service.

"That young man, Americans learned, was one Devarjaye “DJ” Daniel. And from his surprised, wide-eyes, young DJ — an African American — had no idea he was to be singled out by the president, much less that he would receive his official ID as a Secret Service agent from Sean Curran, the director of the Secret Service. So overwhelmed was young DJ that he gave the director a heartwarming hug.

"And the Democrats’ response?

"To sit on their hands and turn a cold shoulder to this cancer-stricken boy whose dream is to serve his country.

"And so went the Democrats’ response to the other guests in the House gallery with riveting stories to tell. Including the mother of the murdered young University of Georgia student Laken Riley — murdered in cold blood by an illegal migrant.

"Have they no shame? Obviously, no.

"Then there was the irony coming from Democratic Rep. Melanie Stansbury (D-N.M.). As Trump entered the chamber, Stansbury can be seen standing behind him, holding a sign that reads “This is NOT normal.” . . .

Comedian Bill Burr Doubles Down on False Elon Musk 'Nazi' Salute Claim

Breitbart
Elon Musk did this!

"Comedian Bill Burr doubled down on the false claim that Elon Musk performed Nazi salute in January while celebrating President Donald Trump’s second inauguration, and bizarrely accused the SpaceX CEO of giving Adolf Hitler a “shoutout.”. . .
. . ."Burr went on to insist, “I’m not trashing Republicans. All Republicans did not sieg heil.”

“ 'That guy did,” the comedian claimed of Musk, adding, “And I was just amazed that all liberals had was one day of outrage, and then they’re like, ‘Well, I guess that didn’t work,’ and then we just kind of move on.”

"Burr, however, is correct in his assessment that “none of it tracks,” given that Musk never actually performed a Nazi salute.

"As Breitbart News reported, corporate media accused the tech tycoon of doing a “Nazi salute” during a Trump event at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., in January.

"This claim is false. Musk first slapped his heart, extended his arm, and explained the gesture by saying, “My heart goes out to you.” Notably, even the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has conceded that while the moment was “awkward,” it was not malevolent.

"Therefore, Burr and Charlamagne Tha God are continuing to promulgate false information, potentially dividing the nation and possibly sparking worry or fear in those who have not yet been made aware of the facts." . . .

We regret the language in the below tweet, but the contrast in this man is what you should see:

Mr. Burr, please let us know who got to you. Is the sight of Tesla dealerships burning something that has made you fear what may happen to you?

Meet The One Person Who Has Never Done A Hitler Salute  . . ."At publishing time, Armstrong was facing renewed scrutiny after a childhood friend accused him of once using a department store mannequin arm to salute Adolf Hitler." No explanation for how he handled the thing.

Elon Musk names philanthropist George Soros, LinkedIn's Reid Hoffman among culprits behind Tesla ‘protests’. Is there a plot to take down his empire?

The Economic Times.

"For years, Tesla was the darling of the electric vehicle revolution, a brand synonymous with cutting-edge innovation and environmental responsibility. But in the wake of Musk’s increasingly public alignment with Donald Trump and right-wing politics, Tesla has found itself at the center of a growing backlash."

"Elon Musk, never one to shy away from controversy, has fired off yet another explosive tweet—this time claiming that a coordinated attack against Tesla is being orchestrated by groups allegedly funded by ActBlue, a major Democratic fundraising platform. According to Musk, five organizations—Troublemakers, Disruption Project, Rise & Resist, Indivisible Project, and Democratic Socialists of America—are behind recent Tesla protests, which have intensified amid growing political tensions.

"Musk didn’t stop there. He went on to name high-profile figures allegedly bankrolling these groups, including billionaire philanthropist George Soros, LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman, and hedge fund tycoon Herbert Sandler. And in true Musk fashion, he ended his post with an open call for more information, urging users to "post in replies."

"But the fallout isn’t just about political optics. Tesla’s stock has plummeted by 38% since Trump’s inauguration, wiping out billions from Musk’s net worth. The Cybertruck, once hyped as a revolutionary product, has been widely ridiculed for its design flaws, malfunctions, and staggering production delays. And now, Musk is pointing fingers, suggesting that the growing anti-Tesla movement isn't just organic consumer sentiment—it’s a targeted takedown." . . .

More here:

An investigation has found 5 ActBlue-funded groups responsible for Tesla “protests”: Troublemakers, Disruption Project, Rise & Resist, Indivisible Project and Democratic Socialists of America. ActBlue funders include George Soros, Reid Hoffman, Herbert Sandler, Patricia Bauman, and Leah Hunt-Hendrix. ActBlue is currently under investigation for allowing foreign and illegal donations in criminal violation of campaign finance regulations. This week, 7 ActBlue senior officials resigned, including the associate general counsel. If you know anything about this, please post in replies. Thanks, Elon.

Reminder that Elizabeth Warren was caught diverting funds intended for victims of the LA fires to ActBlue. Of course the media completely ignored this scandal.

West VA Governor Signs Riley Gaines Act Into Law Defining Sex-based Terms Like ‘Woman’

 American Greatness

"The Riley Gaines Act defines sex-based terms like "woman" in state statute. No more unelected bureaucrats reinterpreting these words to mean what they want them to mean."

"Governor Patrick Morrisey signed the Riley Gaines Act into law on Wednesday, defining “male” and “female” by law to protect female-designated spaces like bathrooms and women’s sports from men pretending to be women.

"Gaines, was present for the signing of the law and praised the measure for defining sex-based terms like “woman” in state statute to prevent unelected bureaucrats from twisting the word to mean what they want it to mean.

Ben Garrison Cartoons
"Gaines told Outkick, “There’s no bigger honor than having your name attached to something as foundational and significant as the defense of women’s rights and biological reality,” adding, “The majority of American people know what a woman is, and it’s time our laws do too.”

"Gaines, an accomplished collegiate swimmer, has been an outspoken proponent of protecting women and their sex-designated spaces since she was forced to share locker room space and compete against a male swimmer who says he identifies as a woman.

"The West Virginia measure requires educational institutions including public schools and institutions of higher education as well as domestic violence shelters and prisons to ensure that “restrooms, multiple occupancy restrooms or changing rooms, and sleeping quarters” are designated for either males or females as defined by state law.

"Governor Morrisey described the Riley Gaines Act as “common sense” legislation and vowed to continue to protect young women and their safe spaces.

"Opponents of the measure, such as the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of West Virginia, say the law is “an attempt to force trans people back into the closet” under “the guise of ‘defining’ men and women.” . . .

2022: Stephen Colbert blasted for saying he's willing to pay more for gas

NY Post

“‘I don’t mind paying $15 a gallon, cause I drive a Tesla’ is a joke, until you realize that it really defines the disconnect between the mentality of celebrities and the people who have to drive to work everyday in a car that costs less than $50k,” one Twitter user wrote."

"Stephen Colbert was roasted on social media for saying he would be willing to pay more for gas because he can afford an all-electric Tesla.

"The CBS “Late Show” host gave a monologue on Monday in which he urged Americans to endure higher pas prices as energy costs soar due to the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine.

" 'Since the invasion, oil prices have skyrocketed,” Colbert said on his show.

“ 'Today, the average gas price in America hit an all-time record high of over $4 per gallon. Okay, that stings, but a clear conscience is worth a buck or two,” said Colbert, whose contract with CBS pays him an annual salary of $15 million per year.

“ 'I’m willing to pay. I’m willing to pay $4 a gallon. Hell, I’ll pay $15 a gallon because I drive a Tesla.”

"The comedian then cracked a joke about the US refusing to buy Russian oil and instead turning to another source." . . .

Victor Davis Hanson: Yes, Mr. Khalil, Your Actions Have Consequences

The Daily Signal    "In this edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words”, Hanson discusses the contentious detention and deportation of Mahmoud Khalil, a former Columbia University student with close ties to Columbia University Apartheid Divest, an anti-Israel student group that was thrust into the national spotlight when pro-Hamas student protesters occupied several academic buildings on Columbia’s campus last spring.

"Hanson explores the balance between free speech rights and national security concerns, examining Khalil's support for vandalism, harassment, and groups labeled as terrorist organizations by the U.S. State Department. "It wasn't what he said, but it was what he did. And he now gets his wish. He can go back to the Middle East and be a strong advocate for Hamas, in closer proximity to it."

"Freedom of expression does not mean supporting a terrorist organization and promoting its ideas and ideology.
"Freedom of expression does not mean supporting the genocide of Jews, the destruction of a country, and the extermination of its people.
"Freedom of expression does not mean organizing protests, spreading hatred toward Jews, intimidating Jewish students, and threatening their lives.
"Freedom of expression does not mean rioting and vandalizing public and private property.
"Freedom of expression does not mean turning universities upside down, halting education, and causing widespread chaos."

Unearthed video reveals Obama started his own ‘DOGE’ and put Biden in charge: it failed miserably…

Revolver News  "Some might see this clip of Obama talking about his own mini version of “DOGE” and think, Wow, AI has gotten really good. But this isn’t AI—it’s real.

"Back in 2011, Barack Obama wanted to launch his own DOGE-style program to cut out needless waste. And who did he put in charge of it? None other than Joe Biden—because apparently, nothing says fiscal responsibility like handing the keys to one of DC’s biggest crooks. Obama called it The Campaign to Cut Waste, and he reminded the American people that “nobody messes with Joe.”

"Good grief…"

‘Spewing The Same Crazy Stuff’: White House Spokesman Says Capitol Would Benefit From Maxine Waters’ Retirement

 Daily Caller

The Democrats have been attempting to block Trump’s agenda through legal challenges spearheaded by the Democratic National Committeeeducation organizations, and teachers unions.

"White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary Harrison Fields criticized Democratic California Rep. Maxine Waters on Fox Business Friday, suggesting that her retirement would be a good thing for the U.S. Capitol.

"During the Democrats’ annual issues retreat in Northern Virginia Friday, Waters accused President Donald Trump of trying to incite violence and start a civil war through disruptive policies like imposing tariffs, firing federal employees, and empowering Elon Musk to dismantle government services. In an appearance on “The Evening Edit,” Fields responded and said Waters is “not a credible voice” and recounted her past calls for confrontational protests against Republicans.

“Maxine Waters is another good reason why we need term limits. This is a woman that entered Congress before I was even born. At 86 years old, she is still spewing the same crazy stuff that she spewed over 30 years ago,” Fields told host Elizabeth MacDonald. “Maxine Waters is not a credible voice.”

"Fields continued by referencing Waters’ past remarks encouraging confrontations with Republicans." . . .

“These people are engaging in violence, and they’re engaging in illegal protests that should not be tolerated. When you become a threat to society in the name of protesting, you are now a criminal, and you will be taken care of under this Department of Justice.”

Elon Musk: No good deed goes unpunished.

Democratic Senator To Get Rid Of Tesla, Calls Musk An “A**hole”
Kelly announced he’s ditching his Tesla after Musk called him a “traitor” on social media for visiting Ukraine last weekend to see how Ukrainians were responding to Trump’s decisions to halt military aid and intelligence sharing to support its war against Russia.

Musk blames 'massive cyberattack' for X outages on Monday: Who's really behind it? - Android Authority   . . ."Following the outages, Musk took to X to address the issue, stating, “There was (still is) a massive cyberattack against X. We get attacked every day, but this was done with a lot of resources. Either a large, coordinated group and/or a country is involved. Tracing…”

"Later in the day, during an interview on Fox Business Network, Musk claimed that the attack’s IP addresses had been traced to the “Ukraine area.” However, he did not provide further details or evidence to support this claim.

"Meanwhile, cybersecurity experts have disputed Musk’s claim, warning that IP addresses alone do not confirm the origin of an attack.

"Security researcher Kevin Beaumont noted on Bluesky that the attack was carried out using a variant of the Mirai botnet, which is made up of compromised cameras and other connected devices.

"According to Beaumont, the attack involved IPs from around the world, not just Ukraine. He also said that the perpetrators could be “advanced persistent teenagers,” jesting that the attack could have been carried out by skilled but mischievous hackers rather than a nation-state.

"The X outage affected users in multiple countries, including the United States, India, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Reports from Downdetector showed three waves of disruptions throughout the day, with significant spikes occurring in the afternoon and evening." . . .

The Attack on Elon Musk’s X - The American Spectator  . . ."Who are these bad guys? The speculation abounds. China? Putin’s Russia? Hamas? Who knows.

"The only difference between now and back there in the long ago — and it’s a big difference — is that Americans are living today in the 21st century. If a 21st century Pearl Harbor arrives, it can arrive this time without a single enemy plane swooping in and dropping bombs. It can arrive courtesy of some bad guys somewhere who merely press a handful of buttons and … boom! The cyberattack begins." . . .
