Nanny Bloomberg and his orcs never sleep

Bloomberg: Big Gulp Sodas only the beginning  The fact that so many New Yorkers are willing to let Nanny Bloomberg run their lives brings to mind my favorite Sam Adams quote:
"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen."
 New York Health panel talks about wider food ban  "At the meeting, some of the members of board said they should be considering other limits on high-calorie foods."  Ah, the addictiveness of power.
