The gay lobby insisted that all they wanted was "rights" and "marriage" and then they would be happy. It was presented as, "If you like your religion you can keep your religion if you give us what we want." Did you believe that? I didn't. I had a feeling they wouldn't be satisfied until they were standing on the smoldering ruins of religious traditions and people.
