Who can forget Ted Cruz's takedown of the MSNBC moderators in 2016 and the pleased look on moderator Carl Quintanilla's face as he oddly enjoyed the moment:

The debate was barely 30 minutes in, but Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) stole the show when he went directly after CNBC’s Republican primary debate moderators, who had spent a good portion of the debate using their questions as an excuse to attack the Republican candidates on stage.
"Chris Wallace of Fox News, Steve Scully of C-SPAN and Kristen Welker of NBC News will run the televised proceedings." . . .
Even more concerning for critics are some of Scully’s past tweets, one of which includes him being pictured with Biden in 2016 at a party.“Gotta love the @VP at the Biden Beach Bash '16,” Scully tweeted along with the photo.
