"The First Amendment is under constant assault in our nation. At The Babylon Bee, we fight on the front lines, wielding satire and silly jokes as weapons in a fight to preserve free speech in our culture. We've been fighting these battles since our inception. Some of the more notable examples include:
- 'Being accused by The New York Times of "trafficking in misinformation," resulting in us forcing the media giant to publicly issue a correction.
- Standing up and confronting "fact-checkers" from Snopes and USA Today (yes, they "fact-checked" jokes), despite the fact that we are a satire site.
- Filing an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court to support a humorist who was actually jailed because of a parody website.
- Suing the Attorney General's Office in the state of California to block the enforcement of a law requiring social media companies to regularly report "misinformation, disinformation, extremism, radicalization, and hate speech."
- Refusing to delete a tweet that resulted in our suspension from Twitter, which may or may not have started a chain reaction that led to Elon Musk buying Twitter and restoring multiple accounts that had been labeled "controversial."
"Despite this track record of success, the fight for free speech has only just begun. This year, we had a video sketch pulled from Facebook for "misinformation." Why? Because we made a joke about people who wear masks. In our recent interview with Elon Musk, he told us there is still censorship happening at Twitter, and though he's trying to weed it out, he is being met with resistance within his own company." . . .

'. . ."I honestly screamed when I flipped over the first picture and saw Hillary's psycho eyes," said assistant Jamie Reynolds. "I flipped to the next picture and screamed again — it looked like Schiff's eyes were bulging off the page. Next was the AOC picture, which I still can't believe is real. We had obviously found something.' "
