Another Soviet-style performance: Obama's NASA speech was completely staged -- not a single NASA worker was permitted to attend
http://directorblue.blogspot.com/2010/04/obamas-nasa-speech-completely-staged.html "Interviewed on MSNBC, a visibly shaken Jay Barbree -- the longtime NBC science correspondent -- described the duplicity of President Obama. Put simply, Obama's campaign rhetoric -- that he would preserve NASA's cutting-edge science and engineering expertise -- was, like so many of his promises, a fabrication. And he couldn't even tell them to their faces." And this from Atlas Shrugs "...He has not invited a single space worker from this space port to attend. It's only academics and other high officials from outside of the country. Not one of them is invited to hear the President of the United States, on their own space port, speak today."...
Why Shawarma Mayor
My inquiry to the site, Shawarma Mayor :
I often link to articles in your site and would like to include a footnote explaining the meaning of "Shawarma Mayor". Would you please give me something I can use in my blog, the Tunnel Wall: http://tunnelwall.blogspot.com/ ? I have tried to attribute your articles properly and hope you will find it so. If not, please advise me and I will correct anything necessary. The reply:
I have also linked to an American Thinker article on the full-page ad by Elie Wiesel and hope you will appreciate it.Thank you for your work. God bless Israel. Thank you. Bill Hayden
Hello Bill. The meaning of the name is explained on my blog as such:
Why Shawarma Mayor
The religion of peace blew it up twice. The same restaurant. Now try and explain to me how exactly can you consider Islam peaceful? Remember: first attack report . Second attack report . It was a shawarma stand in Tel Aviv which was bombed twice by the terrorists during the terror attacks period since 2001. I began blogging out of outrage from these attacks.
God Bless Israel AND America.
Great hearing from you and all the best

Obama's Nuclear Posturing, Part Deux
Charles Krauthammer "...Which made this parade of world leaders in Washington an exercise in misdirection -- distracting attention from the looming threat from Iran, regarding which Obama's 15 months of terminally naive "engagement" has achieved nothing but the loss of 15 months."
The Kids Are Alright
Andrew McCarthy "When Eric Holder was an Obama campaign adviser, he didn’t just question the patriotism of Bush DOJ lawyers, he accused them of facilitating war crimes and insisted there needed to be a “reckoning” of their purported misdeeds. Those lawyers were working against the terrorists. But we’re not supposed to talk about lawyers who work for the terrorists."
Geraldo Rivera has repeatedly invoked his dubious Zionist credentials in order to launch verbal assaults on the Jewish state.
Shawarma Mayor "Fox may want to consider limiting Rivera's reporting to topics and regions that don't trigger such irrational outbursts."
Race and Politics: Part IV
Thomas Sowell "Multiculturalism enshrines the sins and grievances approach-- and paints the poor into a corner, where they can nurse their resentments, instead of advancing their skills and their prospects. The beneficiaries are politicians and race hustlers."
Willy's words
American Thinker " Failing to use the consequences of his own selfish lying words as an example, the former president neither then, nor now, ever seemed to really care about the affect irresponsible, disrespectful behavior had on the country. Yet like an elderly reverend Bill Clinton pontificates on the importance of paying heed to words because he suddenly believes they have meaning?" Jeannie DeAngelis ; Clinton Compares Tea Party To McVeigh "The Democrats spring propaganda offensive continues apace. Indeed, they are rolling out their biggest gun." The demagogic party; is there no trace of conscience in these people? More here: Bill Clinton's Ideological Mistake "America has never stood for the principle that dissent is dangerous in and of itself. If it were, we wouldn't have opposing candidates on our ballots."
Red Tape Rising: Regulation in the Obama Era
Heritage "There is no single magic bullet that will stop the excessive growth of regulation, but there are steps that policymakers can take to increase scrutiny of new--and existing--rules to ensure that each is necessary, and that costs are minimized. Congress and the Administration should:"... H/t to Neal Boortz

'For Jerusalem'
American Thinker "Jerusalem is mentioned more than six hundred times in Scripture -- and not a single time in the Koran. Its presence in Jewish history is overwhelming.
"It belongs to the Jewish people and is much more than a city, it is what binds one Jew to another in a way that remains hard to explain. When a Jew visits Jerusalem for the first time, it is not the first time; it is a homecoming." Quoting Elie Wiesel's ad in the Washington Post. Leo Rennert

Judge rules National Day of Prayer unconstitutional
USA Today "The Alliance Defense Fund, an Arizona-based group of Christian lawyers, issued a statement saying Crabb's ruling undermines American tradition dating back to the nation's birth. Freedom From Religion Foundation attorney Richard Bolton didn't immediately return a message seeking comment."
Judge a Carter appointee. From May 2009 : "For the past eight years, the White House recognized the National Day of Prayer with a service in the East Room, but this year, President Obama decided against holding a public ceremony."
