Barack Obama Brings Out A Tiny Crowd In Philly

Independent Sentinel
HOPE&CHANGE

"Philly is the city where President Obama received 100% of the vote in 59 districts in 2012. How things have changed! The Greek columns are gone and the black curtain has fallen.

"Mr. Obama campaigned in Philadelphia on Sunday but couldn’t fill a college basketball arena of rather modest size. It was half empty so they covered the empty seats with a black curtain.

"Check out the black curtain:"

And these people vote! Or, shall we say, the Democrats court them to vote Democrat?

College Insurrection  "This will make you want to tear your hair out.

"Not only do almost all of these students know nothing about the American Civil War, they also have no idea who is currently the Vice President of the United States.

"How can you even get into college without knowing these things?"

Wasserman-Schultz, DNC hire army of lawyers to challenge election results

Examiner.com
Wasserman-Schultz is already preparing to do battle with GOP winners on Election Day.

"The Democratic National Committee (DNC), led by its hard hitting and verbose chairwoman, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, has hundreds of attorneys on retainer in order to fight the results of Tuesday's elections if things don't go their way, according a number of news stories on Sunday.

"Voter identification laws appear to be the primary point of contention, with Republicans supporting the law and the Democrats opposing them. The DNC continues to use its "get out the vote" tactics while making allegations that the GOP is trying to "disenfranchise" minority voters, some of whom were proven to have been bused in from other districts or even states.

" 'These verbal tactics are beginning to become shopworn and bring to mind the words attributed to the father of Communism, Karl Marx: 'Accuse other of what you do.'   If anything, it's the Republican National Committee officials who should hire a million lawyers and private detectives to launch investigations into alleged voting irregularities," said former police detective and corporate fraud investigator. Quiz for Democrats: who is this man?

Why Democrats must be opposed everywhere. EVERYWHERE!

Michael Ramirez Cartoon
Barack Bulworth Obama  ... "After all, he personalizes politics as no other politician ever has: a toxic combination of his ego and his narcissism.  He was the person who said that while he may not be on the ballot, his policies were.  Earlier in his presidency he had reassured a wavering Democratic Congressman that merely by having Obama in his corner will shield him from repercussions for voting for Obamacare (“this time you’ve got me”)

... "He will flex his power as never before, to impose his agenda on America and fulfill his promise to “fundamentally transform America.”

"What can we expect to see in the 26 more months to come in his second term?  The mind boggles.

Race and Reaction  "The Democrats have committed themselves to flushing generations of progress on race down the toilet. That is, flushing the progress whites willingly made toward perceiving and treating all persons as equals. It’s not so clear that any other groups even got the memo that equality and peaceful coexistence were the supposed goals of racial “justice”. Indeed, one now wonders if we got different memos entirely. "

Top 10 Reasons to Vote Democrat
  • #10. I vote Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry
whatever I want. I’ve decided to marry my German Shepherd.
  • #9. I vote Democrat because I believe oil companies’ profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene, but the government taxing the same gallon at 15% isn’t.
  • #8. I vote Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.
  • #7. I vote Democrat because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.
  • #6. I vote Democrat because I’m way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves. I am also thankful that we have a 911 service that gets police to your home in order to identify your body after a home invasion.
  • #5. I vote Democrat because I’m not concerned about millions of babies being aborted so long as we keep all death row inmates alive and comfy.
  • #4. I vote Democrat because I think illegal aliens have a right to free health care, education, and Social Security benefits, and we should take away Social Security from those who paid into it.
  • #3. I vote Democrat because I believe that businesses should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as the Democrat Party sees fit.
  • #2. I vote Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit fringe kooks who would never get their agendas past the voters.
  • And, the #1 reason I vote Democrat is…….. because I think it’s better to pay $billions$ for oil to people who hate us, but not drill our own because it might upset some endangered beetle, gopher, or fish here in America. We don’t care about the beetles, gophers, or fish in those other countries.

If you don't like Republicans, at least vote for them to cancel a Democrat vote. This will tell you why:

Political Cartoons by Henry Payne

Obama always pointing the finger of blame at someone else  "We are witnessing the total collapse of a bad idea. Obamaism, a quasi-socialist commitment to a more powerful government at home and an abdication of American leadership around the world, is being exposed as a historic calamity. It is fueling domestic fear and global disorder and may well lead to a world war.

"If there is a smidgen of a silver lining, it is that the unraveling, complete with Obama’s shameless attempts to duck responsibility, is playing out on the eve of the midterm elections. Fortunately, voters seem ready to respond by giving Republicans control of both houses of Congress.

"I second that emotion, and not just because Obama is a failure. For all his narcissism, he didn’t make this mess alone.

"He was aided and abetted by every Democrat in Congress. They marched in lockstep with his cockamamie policies, from ObamaCare to open borders. They protected corrupt leaders in numerous federal agencies, from the IRS to the General Services Administration. They stymied efforts to find the truth about Benghazi and the Fast and Furious gunrunning debacle.

"They ceded their constitutional obligations and allowed Obama to crash the system of checks and balances. The vast majority stood silent while he gutted the military and abandoned our allies, including Israel, Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and courted Iran, the most menacing nation on Earth.

"With painfully few exceptions, Democrats put their loyalty to him above their duty to America.

"And now they must be punished. All of them." ...   (emphasis added, TD)

It’s time to beat the Jew haters

Caroline Glick

dc-protest-against-israeli-attack-on-gaza-12

... "In recent years it has become apparent that university campuses have become breeding grounds for anti-Semitism. The incidents described by the Jewish students who attended the AEPi convention indicate that the anti-Israel propaganda taught in the classrooms is increasingly being translated into anti-Jewish violence outside of them.

"The major American Jewish organizations were incompetent to contend with anti-Israel incitement as it became a major force in university classrooms some 15 years ago. Jewish students found themselves with few communal resources to rely on when they suddenly and unexpectedly found themselves at the front lines of the anti-Semitic battle against Jewish rights."
...
"Politicians who support or, when asked, fail to condemn these groups, individuals and their actions as racist and bigoted should be called out for their behavior. Police departments like the Oakland police department that do nothing to stop rioters from preventing the lawful, unfettered operation of a major US port should be subjected to public and legal scrutiny."

Canada had Lone Wolf under surveillance

Blackfive   "The Canadians were watching their "lone wolf" killer before he killed CPL Cirrillo. But nothing came of it, what is the problem? My compatriot at Center for Security Policy Kyle Shideler takes a look at why watching isn't enough.
October 22nd’s terror attack by Michael (aka Abdullah) Zehaf-Bibeau brings into focus an important question for Western counterterrorism efforts, as reports are now indicating that Zehaf-Bibeau, reportedly a Muslim convert, or having recently become religious, had been under Canadian law enforcement scrutiny prior to the attack, over fears that he may head abroad to join the Islamic State. This exact same set of circumstances also existed for Martin Couture Rouleau, who killed one Canadian soldier, and wounded another, in a hit and run terror attack on October 21st. Nor are the Canadians the only ones who have had all the proper intelligence on suspects, and literally surveilled them all the up until the moment they began their deadly assault. A look at the past several years brings to mind multiple examples. The FBI was made aware of Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev , and even interviewed him, well before he engaged in his jihad. British MI-5 had likewise been made aware of Michael Adebolajo, when he was arrested by Kenyan authorities allegedly for trying to join the jihad in Somalia. Adebolajo (together with a partner) would go on to engage in the beheading of British Army drummer Lee Rigby, in an attack very nearly copied by Rouleau.

The latest in news and satire on the release of Marine Sgt. Tahmooressi from Mexican jail

If you see this first article anywhere, it is only satire. However it is believable because it is so believable, right down to the use of the personal pronoun "my". TD

"Obama Takes Major Credit For Marine’s Release From Mexican Prison"  " Barack Obama took credit today for Mexico’s release of US Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi, ignoring charges that his administration was slow to act in securing the former marine’s freedom. The President praised the Mexican government’s decision to drop the case against Tahmooressi, taken into custody last March 31 after accidentally crossing into Tijuana with three weapons in the back of his truck, an event the marine called an innocent mistake. “I thank the individuals assisting my negotiating team in our efforts to bring closure to this case,” said the President, speaking from the Rose Garden. “All Americans should join the Tahmooressi family in celebrating his new found freedom,” he added. Tahmooressi was confined for 214 days "

Rohrabacher: Obama was ‘AWOL’ in efforts to free Tahmooressi  "A group of politicians’ efforts to secure the release of Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi from a Mexican jail paid off Friday night. California Rep. Dana Rohrabacher says President Obama was “AWOL” throughout the process...

..."The Republican Congressman told The Washington Times on Saturday that he and California Republican Rep. Ed Royce, former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, and Arizona Republican Rep. Matt Salmon took it upon themselves to fight for Mr. Tahmooressi when President Obama did not."

...Mr. Royce did say that the president did not seem to put as much effort into securing Mr. Tahmooressi’s release as he had for the exchange of five Taliban prisoners for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl.
...
"Knowing that officials were listening in, he also detailed legislation that his office is drafting that would cut remittances from Mexican workers in the U.S. to their families back in Mexico, estimating that it would stop billions of dollars from going across the border." ...  Full article.

 Tahmooressi
... "The two carried with them the simple message that, with a bit of motivation, Obama could ensure Tahmooressi’s release with just one phone call." ...

Whom Will Obama Blame If Democrats Lose Senate?

John W. Lillpop   " Although it is way too early to predict damn near anything about the November 4 election, just a few days from now, it is NEVER too early to speculate about whom Barack Obama will blame should the Democrat Party lose majority control of the US Senate.

"Hint: He will most definitely NOT point the finger of blame at his surly, radioactive self!

"Indeed, rather than accept even a smidgen of responsibility for any election day Republican wave, or even a modest right-wing puddle, The One will, should election results reflect widespread dissatisfaction with his agenda and leadership, resurrect his favorite excuses and promulgate the same as sinister evils inherent in a society dominated by white Christian male capitalists for far too long."  Full article.

I wish I could share in all this optimism, but I still remember in 2012 how we all - including Michael Barone, the wizard of election predictions - thought the Democrats were gone. Besides, my default position is one of pessimism.

What Do Gays Really Want From The Church?

Christians should stay in the closet and live in the shadows;  then perhaps liberals will stand up for them.

American Thinker   ... "The question that is most puzzling to me is why did the gay couple choose to do business with that particular wedding chapel? Were there not any other places that they could have gone (such as the Justice of the Peace) to have their wedding performed? Why did the gay couple in Colorado approach the Christian Bakery? Were there no other bakeries in their city or town? It appears that the gay community is targeting Christians and the Christian church. If that is indeed the case, what do they want from the church?
...
... "Yes, I know that many homosexuals and lesbians claim that the Bible is outdated and that Christians are bigots; nonetheless, the first place they run is to a Christian business owner or minister. If they really believed that Christians are bigots, why would they suffer being in their presence?"...

Victor Davis Hanson: Crimes of Exactly What?

Ka-chung, ka-ching
Victor Davis Hanson // PJMedia ... "Racializing crime is a serious business, because it breaks society apart along tribal lines. It is all the more dangerous when elected officials like the president and attorney general are sometimes the worst offenders, given their racialist slurs like “nation of cowards,” “punish our enemies,” and “typical white person” and cheap editorializing in the Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown cases. So on their cue, are we to look at lurid fatal crimes in the news and s
ee them not as matters of individual evil acts, but rather as collective tokens of larger racial hatred? And are we to detect some sort of state culpability that suggests shared guilt for the violence?"
...
... "If we were to embrace the abjectly racist worldview of Eric Holder or Al Sharpton, where would the racialization of crime end? Who would decide which interracial crimes illustrated premeditated racial hatred — or criminal laxity on the part of the state — and deserved national attention? Which adjudicator could or would declare that one interracial incident was idiosyncratic without transcendent significance, but the other typical and thus representative of collective pathology?

"What exactly has this country stooped to, when our officials and public figures traffic in politicizing the end of human lives? We are becoming not just a sick country, but an amoral one as well. What Ferguson wrought will not end well."
