[T]here’s no end in sight to the two most simplistic and self-destructive devices in their control — gender-swapping and race-swapping.

"Zeitgeist is a fascinating subject for study, conducive to a number of questions. Here are three. At what point does the culture change? When does the change become undeniable? Does it come from the top down or the reverse?

"For players in the entertainment business, these are not abstract questions but crucial monetary ones that will determine the success or failure of their product. They may ignore the warning signs to maintain ideological purity, but they can’t escape the consequences. Then, the ultimate question becomes how badly will they get hit? One answer — badly, but not badly enough to make them reverse course, until they’re thrown out.

"As I cited in a recent article here, director Christopher Nolan should have felt the increasing headwind against a woke version of The Odyssey two years ago, especially given the story he was telling. In Homer’s epic, King Aeolus, “the keeper of the winds,” gives Odysseus a bag full of winds to advance his journey home, cautioning him not to open it all at once. After 10 days, within sight of Ithaca, his crewmen open the bag and get the ship blown all the way back to Aeolus. 

"Director Nolan metaphorically opened the windbag and will soon also pay a heavy price. I cited many of his problems — a feminist translation, a moderately attractive black actress (Lupita Nyong’o) as Helen of Troy, a plain brown actress (Zendaya) as Athena, the goddess of wisdom, and an actress claiming to be an actor (Elliot Page) as one of Odysseus’ warrior sailors. All and any of these will repel a lot of moviegoers.

"Nolan might give the excuse of being part of the woke wave when he began developing the movie, though there was already a backdraft in 2022. But there can be no excuse for others moving forward, only contempt for the majority traditionalist audience. Five years later, it was expanded to those whose “death is not reasonably foreseeable.” People with a disability or non-terminal illnesses could get a doctor to snuff them out. Lawmakers expanded it again to include those suffering solely from a mental illness, which the government expects to implement next year.

"MAID is already big business in Canada. Nearly 100,000 Canadians have availed themselves of this form of “healthcare,” and it now accounts for more than 5% of all deaths in the country. 

"And the government seems to be doing everything it can to make it a runaway hit. Lawmakers waived the 10-day waiting period for those whose deaths “are reasonably foreseeable,” and the rest have to wait only 90 days. 

"The result is that same-day or next-day killings are common, which one member of the MAID Death Review Committee said “reveals remarkable fast‐tracking of euthanasia.”

“'One elderly woman declined MAID and preferred palliative care,” he wrote. “When a hospice placement request was rejected, her husband, who had been assessed as struggling with ‘caregiver burnout’ asked for an urgent MAID assessment. She was euthanized that day.”

Since Democrats have no further use for Joe Biden, a few of them have sort of admitted that he wasn’t all there. They can’t go all the way and admit he was demented, even when he ran for president. That would directly implicate them in perpetuating the most egregious political fraud in American history, and some statutes of limitation haven’t expired. Sure, Normal Americans knew it all along, but never expected honesty from Democrats and weren’t disappointed.

No 'Autopsy' Is Going To Fix Democrats' Raging Anti-Americanism

It’s almost 200 pages long, but I’ll save you some time: There’s nothing in it about the Democrat Party’s fundamentally anti-American positions and therefore no indication that Democrats are interested in adapting to voters; rather, they’re still dead-set on physically eliminating their opposition.

"The report’s debut was bad enough. It only came months and months after prominent Democrats, including Kamala Harris (haha), called for its release. Then, when Martin did push it out, he warned everyone in advance that it was worthless and proceeded to annotate it to hell and back so as to make it painfully clear that he was not a co-signer of the document. “This document reflects the views of the author, not the DNC,” reads the top of every single page of the report. “The DNC was not provided with the underlying sourcing, interviews, or supporting data for many of the assertions contained herein and therefore cannot independently verify the claims presented.”

"To be fair to Martin and DNC leadership, it really is a woefully inadequate assessment of not just the 2024 election but the entire state of the Democrat Party. It spends most of its time chronicling results of past elections and contrasting Kamala’s performance with down-ballot candidates who were able to distinguish themselves from the party at large. The most useful portion comes on page 73, where the report suggests only a change in position would have blunted an attack from the Trump campaign.

"Well, yeah, except Kamala did change her position on several key issues, including energy production, immigration, and health care. And she did it with little to no explanation at all. The problem wasn’t that she refused to morph into something she wasn’t. It was that her boss was a terrible president and as his vice president, she bore every bit of responsibility for it.
